The bolt broke off the umbrella holder! This is such a poor design!

There are two things I have issues with. 1. There is a bolt sticking out of the base of the holder that screws into the bracket on the cyber carts handle. That is a very weak design and when out on the golf course where the sun is hitting it the plastic gets hot and flexible. The umbrella and holder pulls right off that bolt. The second thing is that the whole holder spins and if you have your umbrella at any sort of angle, it spins to the lowest part. There should be a way to lock it from spinning. This is the second umbrella holder you have sent me and both have experienced that same issue. The bolt came out before I even made it on the course and the second holders bolt came out only 7 holes into my first round with it.

Broken under normal wind conditions. This was the replacement for previous defective umbrella holder. Asked for a refund. They want to send me another one, or charge me a 15% restocking fee plus shipping. I guess they’re going to resell a defective item?

Umbrella holder screw pulled right out of the holder and I am unable to put it back in. Also, the swivel portion of the holder just turns to the lowest point. You need to design it to where you can lock it in place. This was a waste of my money.

My issue is the adjustable umbrella holder spins too freely and can't be tightened. With an umbrella in place, if you adjust the tilt angle the holder spins frequently.

The swivel portion is a bad design, once you set the umbrella where you want it to shade your clubs it just rolls around to the lowest point. Also the screw that holds it in already broke off

The upgraded umbrella holder is well worth it. It’s adjustable and has a built in clamp. Much better than the stock holder.
