I love the cybercart. Itms awesome. The only thing I’d like to see improved is the battery latch/lock. It would be nicer if the latch / lock for the battery is easier to press. I have to press really hard before the battery comes off.
RICK S.
Works great. Wish you had a follow me
Jeffrey G.
Easy directions and easy to put together. Can’t wait to have it out on the course
Kevin A.
Replaced a 2nd version Alphard. Cybercart is an amazing improvement which I wasn’t sure was possible. The increased stability on the course and ease of trunk to course make it absolutely fantastic!!! I am the envy of our Saturday morning group
michael s.
Love it, much better than the click gear addon wheels. Easy battery removal to charge at home.
kathryn t.
I am working on opening it easier. It is in our cold garage (January in Ohio). I think the warm weather will help in opening it easier. I like how compact it is and hope as a 70+ year old women, lifting it to my car will be okay. I like the design of it compared to my old Alphard V2 wheels and Rovik cart.
Mike M.
The new cart is more rugit and sturdy compared to the previous models. This cart is a home run....
Jerry G.
It’s great , have had the V2 version for several years, so nice having battery on the cart so open up cart and ready to go. It is a little heavy to pick up.
Joseph C.
got it put it together the cart is made very solid can't use it for a few months being live in the Northeast of New York have the old V2 with my own cart played 153 rounds with it last year only went in the pound once with it and a few sand traps but still worked so will be more careful with the new one but from looks it is built solid so when start to use it will get back to you
Thom C.
The course I play is very hilly. The Cybercart has done so much better climbing those hills without toppling over.
Rich F.
Worth the wait. I lived my V2 but this is a step above. I would recommend this to anyone who likes to walk the course
Robert R.
Had one issue with the sidekick, but think we solved it. too much snow on the ground to give a more detailed review
Bobby R.
Going out for the 2nd time, if all goes as the first, it should be an xclnt day
Billy C.
I've never seen a golf cart this well-built. It's sturdy and should last a lifetime.
Robert D.
Really love this product. I golf 3 to 4 times a week walking 8 holes. The cart has really made a difference in the way I feel after each round.
Thomas C.
It was so easy to assemble the small parts and loved using it for the first time. Great product. Also getting a lot of looks on the course
Paul Z.
I couldn’t be happier with this cart. I absolutely love every aspect of it. The only thing I would change is the cup holder. It will not hold a tumbler or a metal water bottle. It should have a slot for the handle of the tumbler.
Royal C.
2nd Cybercart for the household. Waiting for snow to melt in Montana
John R.
Looking forward to getting in the course
Steve M.
The cart itself is well built. The two drink cup holder is almost worthless. It can hold one uninsulated can or small bottle and the fold out is very shallow so a second drink is likely to fall out.
The remote has a fairly useless display which moves the D-pad down to a position making the reverse button hard to press.
The wheels are out of alignment so I can see that I’m going to have same wear problem that the other two cybercart owners at my club have had. I don’t see any obvious adjustment points so I’m sure how this is going to be rectified. Measuring across the front of the drive wheels bs the back of the drive wheels there is a 7/16” toe out. Plus there is an observable positive camber that I didn’t bother to measure.
The frame is very sturdy but I think the weight is going to be difficult older golfers to manage.
I also have a difficult time folding the cart for storage. I seem to have to lean the cart backward or forward enough that some part scrubs on the asphalt. I’m sure the is a good procedure but just not sure what it is. It seems it would be good to have some sort of lock in the compact folded position so I can lift into my trunk without it starting to unfold and pinching my fingers. Maybe the is an instructional video available somewhere.
I do like the cart, it’s easy to control, looks great, lightweight battery, and runs very quietly.
Steven L.
Absolutely love this cart! Easy to operate and love the height of the cart.
Timothy F.
Live in northeast … won’t use it for 3 more months
Allen M.
So far I love this cart. It’s a little higher profile than the V2 with cart but I am getting used to it. The battery is definitely in a better position and able to be monitored for charge. The straps are better than expected as well. I use the sand bottle holder for my large water container and hang my sand bottle from the attachment knobs.
Bob N.
The video is from the third time out with the Cybercart. I had charged the battery several days before, but the night before this round was in the 20’s so I charged it again and kept it in the house overnight. I’m very pleased with the battery design, which allows me to easily remove it from the cart. The battery still has three solid green lights after a round. The cart design is genius as far as I’m concerned. My golf buddies have other battery powered carts, but they usually walk within a few feet of the cart because the narrow wheel base sometimes causes tip overs. I on the other hand feel comfortable letting the Cybercart go ahead of me several yards (unless it’s near a pond) because it’s wheel base and center of gravity along with the built-in wheelie bars make it very stable, even on fairly steep hills.
I love the new features on the remote. The side lock is more reassuring than the previous models, and I have fewer buttons to worry about. And it’s great to have the magnet on the cover instead of having to hook the remote per the previous models. The side magnet is powerful and I feel comfortable popping my rangefinder onto it. Also kudos on the automatic braking feature on the cart. I don’t worry about the cart running away from me anymore.
I was at first surprised by the Cybercart’s weight until I realized that with the V2 model I had to stow the battery and the cart separately. Am still getting used to the setup and breakdown of the Cybercart, but it’s great to have that extra room in the back of my pickup. My only complaint is with the phone mount getting in the way of opening the top cover. I haven’t yet found a good location for it.
I think you guys did a fantastic job in designing the Cybercart. I love it!
Michael H.
I love it. Had the V2 with clickgear and it worked great, but getting it in and out of my RAV4 was very difficult. So I paid a storage fee at my club to keep my clubs and the cart there. It turned into a nightmare. Pain to get the battery off of the V2 (bottom). Seemed like something was broken every time I got it out of storage.
Got the cybercart and keep it in the way back. Easy to set up. Easy to get the battery out. Love it.
Jeffrey B.
Love my new Cybercart! It is well built, and Alphard has thought of everything! It is nimble and so far after two rounds of golf I am 100% satisfied! After 18 holes the battery still had plenty of juice left and I am sure it is good for 36 holes or more! I also love all the accessories it comes with, and it is good looking! How many electric pull carts come in three colors? (Mine is Royal Blue!)
This was a great purchase and I highly recommend it!
Jeffrey Byron - Los Angeles
Jene H.
Solid E-caddy so far.
But there is some squeaky sound with the wheels and the remote will shut down unexpectedly.
Will probably need replacements soon.
Gino P.
Exceeds my high expectations on quality, design, performance and ease of use. Folds up nicely like my clickgear to easily fit in the trunk.
Don S.
Great cart only thing is seat should be part of package
I’m a beginner when it comes to power push carts and it was a breeze to use cybercart,!!!!
Cody L.
Love the update with the Cybercart. Easy to store and great battery life! Great improvements in how it navigates slopes and seems very balanced compared to the V2 setup I had. The only way to walk and play!
Ed B.
Love the cart so much that my wife and I each have one!
Kevin H.
My wife uses an Alphard V2 so I got the Cybercart for myself. I like the easy setup and improved storage compartments as well as the simple battery removal and charging. The holder for a sand bottle is nice as well and I like the magnetic spot for sticking the remote. My only complaint is the weight, I wish it were a bit lighter to lift into my truck. The V2 breaks down into multiple components so none of them are too heavy to lift. The weight is acceptable, I just need to be careful how I lift it.
Richard J.
The cart works great. The gray locking mechanism was broken when I got it. Other than it works great. I like the way it holds my bag more up right. It is very stable.
Mike S.
After about 10 rounds on my moderately hilly country course in South Carolina I can say that I could not be more satisfied. It maneuvers very well and has 6 speeds, which comes in handy for varied terrain. The rough on our course is very rough and it handles it like an over-land assault vehicle. I usually walk with it at speed level 3 or 4. I've played 36 holes on a single battery charge several times with charge to spare, although I usually charge it every round. One hint... spray some WD40 on the rail for folding and unfolding so it slides easier in cold weather.
Wan E.
It is very easy to operate, and I still have so much energy left after each round.
Tim A.
Can't wait till spring so I can use it
Micheal C.
Amazing, one of the best carts I've ever purchased. It is everything I hoped it would be and desired to have on an electric golf cart. You guys nailed it.
Dennis F.
Great Product. Better than my V2. Takes up less space in the car than the V2 and Cart. I also use the Side Kick and I think it works better with the cyber cart as it sets up higher. Highly Recommend it.
Robert L.
The Cybercart is really cool. I love the remote. The battery life is less than I would have anticipated. I typically will play 36 holes in a day and the battery is good for about 24. I would suggest having a back-up battery if you play more than 18 in a day.
Hal D.
A work-horse. Got my first 36 in on a single charge, gyros work great, love the belt clip for the remote and the magnet on the frame for range finder. Like the idea for cup holder but it doesn’t let go of beverage. Sand bottle holder woukd be better if it held standard bottle used in riding carts. Overall great product.
michael r.
Haven’t used the cart yet! But the set up and fold down looks great!
Matt M.
Half a dozen times out with my new cart. I've owned a BatCaddy for many years but the Cybercart beats it handily. It is built like a tank, all straps and accessories that I use work fine. But for me, it's about operation. It works well with the remote and tracks straight! Requires minimal button action on the remote--far superior to my old cart. A couple of minor quirks: it's a little tricky to open it and set up--but you'll learn--it is heavy, it doesn't track straight on steeper side hills (to be expected), and it is difficult to use your hands to maneuver it when using the remote. Once you learn the remote though--it's cake. So far, I'm very satisfied and would highly recommend.
Susan D.
Everything I need is there. It's a very user friendly cart. I really enjoy walking with this cart.
Jerry W.
Haven’t used ,
Will in spring
Richard K.
The cart showed up early, the packaging was great, and it was easy to get started. I've played a few rounds with the cart and it's worked flawlessly. The battery would definitely allow for at least 36 holes as my recharges have just been topping off the battery.
When folding the cart I prefer not to fold the front wheel because it's more compact and fits in my trunk.
One feature recommendation for the future would be a way to lock it when folded so it's easier to handle. Sometimes when you grab it it in the wrong place to pick it up it tends to unfold.
Conrad G.
Everything arrived safely and set up instructions were easy to follow. I haven't been able to take it to the course yet since we have snow here. But it passed the driveway test. :-)
Anthony P.
Nice product!! Easy to use. Easy to operate. Good customer service.
Edward C.
Good experience, love the walk even more than I did while pushing a cart.
Ronald P.
Absolute fun using it the first time. Made walking golf much easier and less tiring.
dan d.
great pick. luv the exercise n
freedom of play
Jesse C.
The Cybercart is fun to used and is living up to all of my expectations! It is worth the wait, I was like a kid at Christmas time when it arrived.
JC
Rod K.
Can’t wait for spring to give it a try
Kathy S.
This cart is well constructed and engineered. This is a quality cart.
Craig L.
Have only been able to use it twice, too much snow! But it's built really solid and drives great. Easy to open and close, small footprint fits in my jeep way easier. I have the V2 which I loved, but this is so much easier to open and close. It's great to no longer have to assemble the unit before and after a round. I also like that the wheelie bars are already attached.
Robert M.
Haven’t used it yet
Still winter up here in NE
David C.
Great improvements. Very stable on hillsides. Lower bag bungee takes some getting used to. A bit difficult to operate. Outstanding product overall. It was worth the wait.
William S.
Very frustrating waiting until the end of the year to get my CC. I must say that Alphard (Michael) kept me informed and answered my nagging questions. Without being asked they through swag in as well. Set up was easy and it looks great. I won’t get to use it until spring but at least I have it now!
Joe L.
Love my new Cybercart, best golf investment I have ever made!
STEPHEN P.
Great electric cart,easy to operate.
Cyrus L.
As good as advertised
Aaron H.
The Cyber Cart is better than I expected. It’s well built and easy to operate.
Gary A.
Really like it works well
Michael P.
Maiden round began in 33 degree weather with frost and finished in 65 degree weather. Cybercart handled the entire experience, including up and down the various hills and slopes on the course. Ran approximately 6.1 miles and still had over 60% charge remaining. Clubs were securely anchored the entire time.
Don D.
First round in the books. I love it so far. Much more stable and sturdy than the bat caddy x4r I had
Bruce D.
Easy to assemble and start using! Bag secures safely to the cart. Tremendous versatility and ability to maneuver. Glad I purchased.
Jack K.
Great upgrade and soooo compact to store between rounds
Nelson Y.
I love that the bag is more upright. It’s easier to get my clubs in and out.
Blaine T.
The cart was delivered late, but the company was very honest and straightforward about the delay. They also provided a few extra items for the inconvenience, and that was appreciated. The cart is excellent, it works great and is much smaller then my e-wheels V2.
Jack S.
Used it twice then t was destroyed in the Palisades fire in Los Angeles earlier this week.
Eric J.
I upgraded to the Cybercart from the V2. I rarely see other electronic carts despite living in Phoenix; however, when I went to sell the V2 it went quick! This cart is truly a gem. The ability to connect your cell and recharge during a round is great. I don't know why the connection is pointing toward the ground where debris can get in, but I am sure the next upgrade will be better. The accessories are well planned out and the cart drives smooth. Great buy!
Bob R.
I was excited to finally get my cyber cart just in time for Christmas. But then the snow came so not sure when I will actually get to use it. I did some test runs in my driveway and backyard and appears to work just as advertised. Based on comments I have read, I went through and tightened all screws and nuts and it added blue locktite. There was only one screw that was loose but I would rather be proactive to enjoy a better experience. The quality appears to be first class and I like how the battery hides within the frame.
Scott B.
The first time out the umbrella holder broke in the wind. The attachment point on the handle is very small and unstable. You should look into making it the same size of the tube. (Look at the Clicgear)
Where do you put an umbrella when not in use? The Cybercart blocks my umbrella holder on my bag.
The tilt wheels do not extend far enough to stop the cart from tipping. They are much shorter than the V2 and I am going to have to replace the attachment connection with one that is longer.
Otherwise I am very happy with the Cybercart. Just waiting for the "rear wheel fix"
jeff W.
Have only been able to use the Cybercart in two rounds so far due to bad weather.
It performed very well.
Battery lasted easily.
Climbed hills with no problems.
Descent control down hills was very good.
Did not tip over.
Easy to operate.
I called to ask a question and someone answered the phone and the question!
travis r.
It works great much better design than the original.
Chris T.
Great cart. Easy to use.
Tom M.
Solidly built, very stable, works great!
Greg F.
I like the cybercart, however, it seems top heavy. I have tipped it over three times in the four times I’ve used it. I have the club booster v2 and have never come close to tipping over in the three years using it.
Joey F.
The perfect cart! Previously had the V1 and this is such an upgrade. Maneuvers well. The drink holder is cumbersome and is prone to dislodging and falling off when removing from my trunk and unfolding. Overall happy. Battery is light and easy to remove. I wish there was a handle or instructions on how to properly lift it without damaging anything.
Florentino F.
I have been using the cybercart and I have experienced better control than the V2,better looking and balance with load is good . I like to have storage bag for easy transport ,
Bruce L.
So far so good. I won’t be able to get it on the course until sometime in March but trial runs in the garage have been good.
Dean I.
The cybercart saves time, space, and energy.
Joe F.
Works great, easy to put in play and easy to put up. I'm 73 and still can handle the 35+ lbs it weighs.
Joseph S.
It looks and functions great. Haven’t had a chance to to try it in the course due to winter conditions in Colorado.
Terry F.
All I have to say is that it is so obvious that attention to detail and what a golfer needs went into the cyber cart. They didn’t miss a beat on this one. Kudos for doing a great job.
william o.
Only used it once but a great improvement over the earlier e wheel
Lokesh R.
I have the original cart but decided to get the new Cybercart. Great cart. Makes a clicking sound from one wheel but does not effect the function. At first was difficult to open and fold but the video solved the issue. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=d_kn4BrDlhs
Use the cart 2-3 times a week. My friends have the V2 version. 4 of us with carts going in front. Turns a lot of heads. If you are looking for a solution to carrying/riding, you should consider this option.
chong d.
Over all the Cybercart is fantastic! Two things for me. 1 the battery only lasts 27 holes. Design flaw, my walking bag (the bottom kick stand mechanism) hits the front wheel locking mechanism and it release the front wheels some times going up hills. Regarding the battery, maybe its because my course is very hilly but i wish the battery would last longer. Overall, its a great golf cart!
Carl
Awesome motorized cart. I also have the V2, which too is excellent, but the cyber cart is more to my liking. The only negative, at least for me, is that it is harder to move around when not in use.
Scott S.
The cybercart has met and exceeded all expectations. The cart is easy to fold and unfold. The removable battery makes charging easy. You can tell they put a ton of thought into the cart and how it's built. It is extremely user friendly and sits at a decent price point. Would highly recommend it if you're willing to wait for it to be built and shipped out.
Gerry H.
Been using the Alphard V2 ewheels for the last 4 years ( about 400 rounds). Has worked excellent. Replaced the grip pads a couple times and the wheelie wheels once.
Was thinking about a New cart last year when I seen the Bagboy volt. but before I got a chance to order it I noticed Alphard was coming out with their new version.
The V2 served me excellent so I had no reason not to buy the new Cybercart.
Received my new one silver with the green a couple days ago. There is snow up here in northern Ontario right now so I haven’t had a chance to test it out only in my garage. Looks to be very sturdy. I buddy of mine also bought one, in black. So we will see in the spring when we take it to the course. But I expect it to be nothing but great.
Arvie R.
I’m very satisfied with my Alphard Cybercart especially with its impressive battery life and power. After finishing an 18-hole round, the battery still had plenty of charge left, which exceeded my expectations. It’s reliable and makes walking the course much more enjoyable.
This cybercart is a fantastic upgrade from my existing V2 E-Wheels, which I’ve used for a couple of years. The improvements are noticeable and have enhanced my golfing experience even further.
However, the 2-in-1 drink holder could use some improvement. It’s not very stable which can be frustrating during a game.
Overall, it’s a great product that I would recommend to any golfer. Nicely done!
Uncle H.
Love the CyberCart (CC). Replaced a competitor's product with the CC and can honestly say there is no comparison. The balance is beyond compare. I've taken it up hills, over small curbs, around tight corners and it maneuvers incredibly well thanks to the swivel front tire and well balanced frame. Putting the battery into the cart bracket and the motors inside the rims was genius. My previous cart had a fixed front wheel and a single anti-tip wheel in the back and was constantly tipping over. Alphard knew what they were doing when they designed this. While it's a little heavy, and I have some challenges getting from the house to the first tee, I came with a solution in the attached photo. It cost me a little extra, but the Trunk Saver fits perfectly on the cargo carrier. Way to go Alphard!
Ken t.
I’ve walked 1449 miles behind my cart this year. I’m not a kid anymore, if someone asked if I wanted to play again after I’ve finished 18, I would likely feel up to it.
Young S.
I like the cart, but the remote is keep getting turn off 2 or 3 times during the round. I contacted the customer service by email. I received a reply 3 days later, and CS asked me to provide the video. It happens sporadically so I don't know how I can capture that video...
I'm getting a replies from CS every 3 or 4 days after I respond, but no solution yet. It's been a month.
