I’d like to start with “wow”. While I gave it 4 stars, there is no regret with my purchase. I will try to get into the reason for my rating below.
A little about me.. I am coming from a Motocaddy M1 DHC so I’ve had an electric cart for a while, but no remote feature. I am on pace to post around 150 rounds this year with more than half of them walking. I wanted to wait until I put 10 rounds on the Cybercart before giving any reviews in case someone is on the fence.
First impressions, it is large and heavy. It stands tall compared to my M1. The weight, width, and height add to the positives. It holds my C130 cart bag perfectly and adds a more upright angle to easily access clubs. Even with the added size to other carts on the market, it folds down very compact and it’s easy to get in and out. The unboxing and set up took about 10 minutes and then you need to let the battery charge for five hours before using.
Useage, this is my first experience with a remote cart and I have grown out of the “playing” phase. I feel like this thing has some speed and will turn on a dime. I am able to load this thing up with anything I would want in a traditional cart and it doesn’t seem to phase it. My course is kinda hilly here in the Carolinas and I seem to rarely hit the wheelie bars. It is also quiet.
Cons, the reason for my lack of five stars comes from two things. Range, while it is more than enough, I saw reviews saying that the cart would run ahead of them 40 to 50 yards, but mine stops after about 20. Battery life, this is the largest complaint/concern I have. I have followed every instruction about charging and storing the battery, but after almost every round I have one bar or less remaining (there are 5). I wouldn’t try to go more than 20 holes let alone the 36 they advertise. There is a little bit of battery anxiety whenever I’ve got two bars left and a few holes to go.
Things not taken into my score. Every interaction that I’ve had with support has felt like an AI bot. I originally reached out about upcoming Black Friday sales and price drop guarantee since I was buying a few weeks before. I got a laundry list of replies, as if I had searched on Google. Similar thing whenever I reached out about a question with the remote. I don’t feel like I’ve talked to a human yet. I did buy another phone holder and foresee myself doing the same with the umbrella holder.
I have thoroughly enjoyed this purchase and would recommend it as well. As for the future, I hope the battery life doesn’t depreciate where I can’t get a full round in. Also, I do have concerns about the wheels since that is where the motors are. I could see where repeated use on cart paths will wear the wheels out and then I’m not sure how easy they are to replace. They appear to be a foam or plastic.

I'm very happy with the cyber cart as an upgrade from my VR2 cart. I've only gotten to use it a couple of times but it has worked flawlessly when I have used it.
I really like the battery set up and how small and tightly the system folds up too.
If there was any negative it would be how heavy the cart is when folded up to lift to the truck, its certainly doable for me however I could se where it may be difficult for an older lady golfer.
Toni E.
The cyber cart has been a great addition to my golf round, definitely makes walking more enjoyable compared to pushing my normal cart. Everything has worked flawlessly so far. If I had any complaints it would be that the cup holder is terrible. I feel like half the world carries either a yeti or Stanley Cup would be great if they made a cup holder that could handle a normal “cup”.
Beau B.
This is the most stable trolley I have used.
Love this product and recommend it highly.
Ben L.
I have had a V1 with a Chicgear 3.5.
I have had A V2 with a Chicgear 4.0!
Loved Both compared to a Kangaroo! Or other options!
Only complaint within those is they ate up a Bunch of Trunk Space (and I drive an SUV!)
I bought the first Cybercart my course inventoried!
I Love It!
To look at Numerous 5 Star reviews and then see a Few negative reviews with Cybercarts that have obviously been Abused is Sad! Shame on You!
My cart has been used Twice a week (or more) for a More than a Year and I have not experienced any of the problems mentioned in the “Negative Nelly” Reviews!
The Bag Bracket did cause wear marks on my bag!
So I simply place a folded towel between it and My Bag!

I really love my new Cybercart, I have used three other Electric carts, this one out-performs the other three. The Cybercart is more stable and more responsive than others I've used
Brice C.
Upgraded from Omni Cart w/V2. Like the integrated design. Very easy to setup and get started. Seems to be well designed. Very satisfied after using for a month.

I play golf 4-6 times a week and would give my Cybercart 10 Stars if possible! The more expensive carts at the country club tip over very easily, but the Cybercarts wide track make them much more stable. They are easy to set-up and very compact when transporting... which eliminates those expensive storage & tipping costs at the country club. The battery is easy to remove & charge as well. The only issue I had with the 1st Gen Cybercart was wearing out the tires, which Alphard Golf replaced for free with their new / upgraded tire design. Seriously, these are the best electric golf push carts for the money, bar none! Play well and enjoy the walk fellow golf nuts!!!
Raymond R.
Absolutely love this this cart!!... This is my second Cyber cart.. I put over 250 rounds into my first one and handed it down to one of my buddies. (it's still going strong!)Alphard is the best cart!!.. Thank you!
P. S. I hope in the future we'll be able to replace the tred on our carts. I used it so much, it's almost completely slick
Roger L.
I really like my cybercart and sidekick, EXCEPT the sidekick i had from my V2 worked for a while and then is stopped working. After describing the issue i was told i had to purchase a new. I did, and now that one has stopped talking after working all season long. Addtionally, the rear wheels of the cybercart are towed out and the wheels are wearing on the inside. Support on both these question lead to several follow up requests in addition to the request for the purchase number. YOUR SUPPORT SUCKS.
Robert S.
Works great. Feels solid. Very compact. Highly recommend.
Brian W.
Works as expected. Upgrade vs the V2. Happy with purchase and the features.
Jerald M.
Love the new Cybercart! Trade in process was easy and quick. Very happy I did it!
John C.
I love how easy this cart is to set up for play and fold when finished my round!
John J.
I love walking the course with my electric caddie. I have used it approximately 13 rounds. It has all the features I need. The battery easily lasts 18 holes. I have not tried to go longer. It is super stable, has not come close to tipping over even on steep hills. I especially like that I can charge my phone or plug in a speaker for music. Set-up takes a little effort but definitely worth it. It’s pretty heavy but I was ok with that because the weight enhances the stability. It’s easy to go to push mode which I do on the bridges on my course. The only minor issue is that the remote will occasionally shut off on its own but it’s infrequent. Time will tell on the longevity of the unit but so far I couldn’t be happier. I
Cody C.
Ordered the Alphacart with the sidekick. Easy to set up except for the sidekick. I was able to get the remote paired but the unit wouldn’t follow. I didn’t spend very long messing with it because the caddy worked fine using the remote. I’m very happy with it so far.
chris y.
well built! easy to use
Fletcher R.
It would be five stars except for problems with support responding. I had a sidekick follow me unit (v2 Pro) before purchasing the cybercart and was told that the cybercart would work with the sidekick. Mine does not and I have requested help from support. They continue to say the cybercart should work with the sidekick remote; it does not. Been about a month and I have no answer. Cybercart works well with the remote provided but support is not very responsive if you need them.
Nhat D.
Overall, this is a great product! Very good build quality and many good design features.
I upgraded from the V2 Pro. The V2 Pro worked well, but it was a pain in the a$$ to attach and detach from the push cart, before and after every round.
The Cybercart is much easier to fold and unfold, like a regular push cart, and it takes up less space in the trunk of a car.
I have 3 complaints though: (1) on bumpy terrain, the storage compartment cover keeps popping up even though it has a locking mechanism; (2) on steep declines, it is not very responsive to turn commands; and (3) the remote control is a little too short, so it doesn't sit in your hand comfortably.
Despite these complaints, the Cybercart is still the best out there, so I would highly recommend.
Ståle S.
Very good trolley.
DENNIS K.
I’ve been using electric push carts for 4 years and the cyber cart is by far the best one. It is so easy to open and close and is extremely well balanced and stable, even on slopes. I would highly recommend it to anyone seeking to walk worry free in style.
DEAN M.
Love new Cybercart. Had V2 which was also great. My personal caddy
Jim H.
Lots of storage space, runs smoothly, and is just a lot of fun to use! It's keeping me walking at age 66.
Donald B.
I traded in two V2s for new cybercarts, they are awesome. Our V2s were several years old, still working great but we decided to take advantage of the trade in program. A few anomalies with the order caused by me, not Alphard, but James and the company worked with me to get things worked out. Great customer service and a great product.
Tony C.
Best purchase ever. Easy setup and easy to use. Highly recommend
Daniel V.
Easy to load and set up easy to break down very good unit
Bruce W.
Great product. Easy set up at the course. Just unfold and go! Gotta get the seat for it when back in stock. Love the product!!!
Bradley M.
It’s great and easy to function. Ergonomically designed with the golfer in mind. Battery could last a little longer… Found that when playing a course with hills, it definitely drains faster. Also found when playing regular flat courses, I wouldn’t trust it to last or make it over 27 holes. Outside of that, it has been phenomenal! It’s quiet, fast enough and allows you to feel like you have a caddy in regards to not carrying or pushing a bag. Used it about 60 rounds this year. This far it’s been great
Mike H.
My initial impression of the Cybercart is very good. I'm a PGA club professional and enjoy walking whenever possible.
Here are my positives:
Very robust and well built.
Stable and well balanced.
Easy to manuever.
Bag sits well on the cart.
Speed control is excellent.
Battery life if great.
Negetives:
It's heavier than i expected when folded up.
Need's to be unfolded outside because it's very wide when set up and very challenging to get thru the door of the pro shop. (not a big deal if you're bringing it to the course and unloading in the parking lot)
I wish battery cover was hinged somehow. I feel like i'm going to lose it at some point.
Overall, I'm loving this cart so far. Very glad i purchased it. I'll revisit this review after a few months of use.
Max T.
Upgraded from v2 an it. Works great. So far
Tom M.
The cart works really well and is very responsive. The only issue is that there may be a battery connection issue. A long push on the battery switch turns it on for a few seconds, but then it turns back off... It takes 2 or 3 times of pushing the button for the battery to stay on.
Steve S.
Very intuitive right out of the box. Battery holds up well thru 36 holes. Good balance on inclines and declines. Only issues have been due to operator error when not paying attention. Drastic improvement over the initial offering.
Anthony A.
Well engineered
Tom R.
I did the trade in with my old V2, purchased the new Cyberchart. The transition of buying the Cyberchart to boxing up my old cart was seamless! Alphard did what they said no surprises meaning they told me I would get $208 for my old V2 cart and that’s what I was credited. They paid for the shipping as well.
I’m very happy with the Cybercart, setup prior to playing is very fast, nothing to it to get going.
The only negative is the drink holder, it’s very flimsy, swings around spilling my drink.
Farzin T.
Easy does it. Great golfing companion.
Donald M.
Very easy setup and takedown. Battery lasts and lasts.
The usb port on the battery is a nice surprise to keep the phone charged up. The remote with the LCD screen is a nice bonus but due to operator error, I keepmhitting it while not paying attention. GREAT CART
Edward K.
Much better than the battery only V2. Works great especially like the gyroscope function as it works really well up hills and side hill lies.
Thomas B.
Love the new cart. Had the Bag Boy conversion kit first. Love not having to break down the cart to put in car.
Robert l.
Very easy to use and folds up nicely. Fits in my trunk with my clubs.
I love the way the battery fits in to the frame.
Brian D.
Nice upgrade from the V2. Cart sits well and the battery is so much better.
t b.
This cart is a game changer! I love to walk the golf course and the cyber cart lets me do so without pushing my bag. It is amazing how much effort that removes and leaves time and energy for focus on upcoming shots or friendly talks while walking with fellow players. I highly recommend this cart.
Mark D.
It’s a little heavy and is awkward to set up but works great and is easy to control.
Charles J S.
Convenient and easy to use, good battery life, and many useful features.
Frank B.
The bracket that holds the bag on the cart broke within the first few weeks. Upon inspection, there is very little plastic connecting the bracket to the cart. Hence, a shifting, heavier bag can easily break it. I have to reseat the battery regularly. It's not the mature product I'd expect more than a year into its lifecycle.

Cybercart Review – After One Year of Use
I’ve been using the Cybercart for about a year, and unfortunately, I’ve experienced several issues. While the support team replies quickly to emails, they haven’t provided any effective solutions so far.
Here are the main problems:
1. Remote control issues: The remote frequently shuts off during use, usually once or twice per round. It’s difficult to get support for this because the serial number on the remote is unreadable (see photo).
2. Poor folding design: Folding the cart is cumbersome and risky. The plastic components are flimsy and can easily break if not handled very gently. You have to be extremely careful when folding or unfolding it.
3. Communication failure and warranty difficulty: The cart recently stopped operating, and the remote no longer communicates with it (see photo). I’ve been trying to get warranty support from Alphard, but the process has been frustrating. They require information—such as the serial number—that’s unreadable on my device, even though Alphard started to deliver the Cybercart less than a year old. All Cybercart should be under a 1-year warranty at this point.
4. Tires are wearing out unevenly, which indicates the alignment issue. I have seen the other reviews complanting about this.
Overall, the design and support experience have been disappointing, especially given the price. I hope Alphard improves product durability and warranty accessibility for future customers.
Jaewoo K.
I used to use V2 and suffered from low battery issue which only went 15 holes using two years so I traded in with Cyber cart. Unfortunately the battery capacity was not improved. It goes only 18 holes with new one and fully charged even though Alphard advertised that the battery goes 36 holes. Another issue of Cyber cart is less stability than V2 which is wide width so often falling down at hilly ground. And I expected that the weight of Cyber cart would be lighter than V2 but it was heavier and bigger. One more trouble is power switch which is not easy to turn on. I could not turn on with one time pushing power button.
Kyle B.
The new Cybercart is great...I took the offer to trade-in my V2 and get the $250.00 rebate. I love it!
Leslie B. B.
I loved my V2, but this is easier to use and it fits my cargo area better,
Gordon B.
I replaced my V2 that I had attached to a clic gear golf cart. That worked nicely for several years until it finally broke down. I like the new cyber cart. It is much more stable and easier to handle. The golf bag attaches to it easily and it folds nicely. The only issue is that it is very heavy. I’ve only had this for a month now, but it seems to work well.
Risto W.
It is excellent look and feel, better than I expected. I would recommend it to everyone. Only thing is battery duration as at least for me it is not enough for two rounds.
LAMBERT V.
I received my new Cybercart on Thu 2nd October and used it for the first time on Wed 8th Oct at my golf club.
Unfortunately, the cart did not operate as expected.
The wheels unexpectedly played up by not turning together and thus causing the cart to rotate sharply to the right. No amount of holding down the left button fixed the problem. Also, when pressing reverse at this time, one wheel did not turn.
I switched off the cart and the remote and then pushed the cart for the rest of the hole. On restarting everything, the cart behaved for a few holes and then the same issue occurred again. This happened at least 6 times during the round.
What annoys me most is that several emails to Alphard AU regarding the problem was met with no response whatsoever.
It is now Sun 19th Oct and have still not heard from anyone.

It's a very good carrier cart. I've used it five times already. The only thing that doesn't feel enough is that the battery is not enough for 36 holes, maybe only 35 holes. What a pity!
Alejandro B.
1. It is too heavy
2. The base of the umbrella holder is not strong enough
Richard V.
Not complicated to order, setup and use. Very quiet (especially compared to V2 conversion) and gyroscope seems much more accurate. Love new drink holder and rack for sand bottle.
MIKE V.
I will have to revise this review in another month or so. I have had the Cybercart for approximately 3 weeks and was only able to use it for 2 holes. After teeing off on the third hole of it's debut round the cart would only go in literal circles and I had to abort the attempt.
As I type this I will be attempting to play a round tomorrow morning as I finally received a new control box today.
Everything seems to be fine again. While I had no issues with the customer service I received, including the technician I worked with I think 3 weeks to get a control box on a brand new cart that takes 5 minutes to replace and took 10 minutes to diagnose is waaaay too long! Communication needs to be much quicker and overnight shipping is a must for the price of these products.
David M.
very nice cart and quick delivery.
Rob H.
Great product.....it's been a game changer for me.
Timothy J.
Upgraded from the V2 to the CyberCart and I love the features and how this cart work - was able to use my Sidekick to allow follow mode, and the trade in was easy and helpful. Would recommend!!
James K.
I have always been a walker, but walking without pushing is so much more enjoyable! I have significantly more energy at the end of my rounds than before. The cart itself is extremely well built and incredibly stable which is a must on the very hilly courses that we play.
J. Michael J.
So much to like but serious shortcomings.
The basic design is pretty good and appears sturdy but…
I’ve had a couple of plastic parts fail. Contrary to promotional claims it is NOT stable regardless of slope. I have to pay far too much attention to the cart and still often it falls over once or more a round. As much as I like the more vertical bag orientation I think the center of gravity is too high for the size of the foot print.
The photo of its maiden voyage was taken on 11/01/2024 today’s date is 10/08/2025. The photo of the “tires” was taken today. The faux tread is useless especially on wet grass - the cart will slide sideways, continue sliding at a stop, and is worn out after about nine months of use. The gyro function is inferior to the V2 unit I had. Granted my home course has a lot of contour and the cart paths are gravel and clay but I expected better durability.
I could go on but I will just say caveat emptor.
The photo of the Cyber Trunk Case shows a handle made from a nylon strap originally used in whitewater rafting. It loops underneath the case and up the other side to form two handles so the case with folded CyberCart can be lifted in and out of my vehicle.
I wish I could give a rave review but it is what it is.
Gary L.
Overall Cybercart is excellent.
A few things that would make it even better and easier to use:
1. Provide a padded bag for the battery to protect it during transport.
2. There should be a way to put cart in freewheel mode without the remote (like, oops I left the remote at home!)
3. The circular bungee to secure the bottom of the bag is awful; need three hands to hold the bag up and get the bungee around it. A two-part bungee with a simple clasp where they join would be much easier. I have resorted to using my own bungee.
Thanks for the opportunity to provide input.

At 76 I can no longer carry, but still enjoy the walk. The Rollingstone Ranch course here in Steamboat Springs is hilly in places and has some long green to tee walks, in addition to the 6500+ yards, and naturally they are all uphill! My Cybercart allows me to enjoy the walk, get in a good golf rhythm and concentrate on my game.
Thanks,

Love walking the golf course again! This cart is amazing! Plenty of battery life, quick, and easy to control.

I have used it 3 time 18 holes each time, I love this Cyber Cart, just what I needed. Thanks ,,
KEN M.
Easy setup and ordering. Works 100% as advertised!

I've almost always carried my golf bag, but I've had the Cybercart for almost six weeks now and I have to say it's really cool. I never would have imagined that a round could be so relaxed, especially since our course is very hilly with lots of slopes, which takes a lot of energy when you're carrying your golf bag. That's no problem for the Cybercart, and the battery is powerful enough to play two rounds without any issues. The remote control also works very well and is reliable. I have to say: it's a great product!
Travis B.
I love the cart, but this battery is definitely not good for 36 holes. Yesterday I walked 36 on a relatively flat course and the cart only lasted a little more than 27 holes. Fortunately it’s easy to push. All that said, it is so feature packed and well built that I can look past it since I rarely walk 36 in a day anyways.
Ralph B.
Enjoy using the cyber cart. Definitely makes walking 18 more enjoyable. Only 2 issues that I think alphard should correct. My water bottle falls out of the holder. They should supply one that works with all bottles and drinks. The brake should be stronger. I play in new England and all of our courses are hilly. There seems to be plenty of power in the battery to allow this. Overall, happy with the purchase and would recommend.
Hee B.
just great to have one.

Cybercart has been a game changer for my golfing experience- recently added the seat- To date, the excellent Customer Service has been the differentiator!!!
Garry W.
Absolutely love it!
Plus they have great after sales support!!

I enjoyed not having to push a cart or carry the bag, and get a good walk of 4-5 miles in a round of golf. The electric cart works well and was easy to operate.
My only criticism is the cup-holders. Wish they had a better built-in cup holder.
John P.
Built extremely well and operates great!
Tim A.
Best powered cart out there!!!!
jollie a.
bought it for my cousins christmas gift so he could use it brfore the end of the season. He loves it
John A.
It’s only been a month but love my Cybercart! Very user friendly and folds up nicely. Customer service was excellent also!
ROGER S.
I never knew how much I needed this thing until I got it out on the course…I absolutely love my Cybercart!
Sumant P.
Good cart, but heavy.
Robert D.
My second Alphard device. I first had the V2 and it worked well. Unfortunately, I accidently went into ground under repair at the local course and damaged it. After much help from the Alphard support team, I decided forgo the repair and purchase the Cybercart. I'm glad I did. I've only gotten to use it for a couple of rounds but it works great. Go straight to the Cybercart in my opinion. While the functionality is quite similar, the ease of unloading the cart and getting it ready to play is so much easier. These guys know electric carts. Buy with confidence.
Trung D.
Had a little issue with the tires. Alphard took care of it immediately. Great Cart, I'm an ex. MGI Navigator owner and the CyberCart is way better.
Gerald H.
We have his and hers Cyber Carts and we think they're fantastic. We opted to not retro-fit our clicgear carts to give us the best experience and we don't regret that decision at all.
I bought one to make sure it would fit in my Boxster's frunk. It's a small car but the cart folds down and fits perfectly. And I mean perfectly, with no room to spare! Once done, we bought the second unit. The deliveries were impressively quick. I think they each took 4 days to arrive.
It's a tad heavy but not crazy. My wife is 4' 10" and weights 100lbs and she can manage the lift in and out with no problem.
Unfolding the cart takes a little practice but it works just fine, and seems to be loosening up a bit, making it easier.
We play a very hilly golf course where less than 1% of the members walk. I was a little worried about the battery lasting, but the carts usually get around with 3 of the 5 charging lights still lit. Whether it'll do two rounds or not is yet to be seen, but as advertised, the "free" mode is reasonable to push the cart, if necessary.
I think I saw some reviews that complained about the clubs getting in the way of the main console, scorecard clipboard, and main pouch & compartment, but we do not experience that. It's well designed.
The batteries usually recharge in a couple of hours.
We did not opt for the "follow me" as the reviews were somewhat ambiguous, but, the remote control works fabulously and the cart is very responsive. No issues at all to control the cart. And, it goes to about 100-125 yards of range before stopping automatically. I'd like to have been able to calibrate my specific walking speed to the unit's 6 speeds (as I fall some where between settings 3 and 4) but it's not really an issue.
The only nit-picky thing is the LCD screen in the handheld remote. It's a cheap plastic cover over the screen and it scratches real easy --would have been better if it were glass and I only mention this as it stands out as weak, relative to the cart itself.
I have used it now for about 25 rounds (retired here) and I love it. Works great, strong sturdy construction, solid battery, and well, everything I wanted.
Bottom line: 5 stars from me and highly recommended.
Sharon J.
Works great on hills and doesn’t tip over. It’s so easy to use. Received a lot of compliments on my “robot”. It’s my little R2D2.
Kanchana R.
I love the cart but the umbrellas holder is not strongly enough to hold the umbrellas on the cart.
Paul P.
Awesome cart. Very easy to put together.
Mark L.
Let me just say that Alphard carts are well represented at Bartlett Hills golf course. There are now six of us who are sporting Alphard carts. I was using a Bat Caddy but when I saw my fellow players with the Alphard carts and saw how nice they worked I abandoned my Bat Caddy and purchased the Cybercart.
Best investment I have made. The cart is built like a tank and operates flawlessly. I would recommend this cart to anybody.
gregg m.
Had to reset battery before first use, great tech support. Have played 5 rounds with the cart- it's like playing with a caddie that does not laugh at bad shots. Love this product.
Richard K.
The new cyber cart provides several important improvements to the original omni cart. The unit is much easier to set up for play. The battery is much lighter. The overall cart is much lighter. Importantly the remote control shows its charging status, a great improvement over the old remote controller. Superior in all regards.
Paul H.
No issues to report … thumbs up
Stephen F.
Totally changes the way I play golf!! I love my new caddie!!
George R.
The Cybercart is very good. Wide wheelbase and ability to turn tightly are excellent. Only negative is that the drink holder is a little smaller than I’d like. On the plus side, my clubs sand dispensers fit easily into the sand bottle holder.
Joseph B.
Had MGI Zip Navigator AT, got it wet. I was going to get a new one, but saw your product, talked to the guy that owned it. my head said go with the MGI because I now had $1400 worth of spare parts, but my heart said to go with your product. Your product is much more stable, the rear wheel base is wider providing more stability. I did like the MGI feature of how many miles you used it for, but the narrow rear wheel stance made much more unstable.
Josh H.
After years of golf purchases, the Alphard Cybercart stands out as one of my smartest investments. For too long, I accepted the fatigue from carrying my bag or wrestling with a push cart as simply "part of the game." Then it hit me—why make golf harder than it already is?
When I started researching electric carts, the Cybercart kept coming up in conversations with local golf friends. The enthusiastic recommendations were unanimous: if you're going electric, the Alphard Cybercart is the way to go.
Even after just one round, the difference is remarkable. The cart effortlessly handles the terrain while I focus entirely on my game. No more tired shoulders or sore back after 18 holes. It's not just about convenience—it's about arriving at each shot fresh and ready to perform.
What impressed me beyond the product itself was Alphard's customer service. From purchase through setup, their support team exceeded expectations with prompt, knowledgeable assistance.
The Cybercart isn't just an accessory—it's an investment in better golf. If you're on the fence about electric carts, stop hesitating. Your game (and your body) will thank you.
james a.
This is the best golf cart that I have ever owned!!! It's stability is second to none, more importantly for me is the fact that it folds and unfolds so easily making it so convenient to carry, stow and use. I would recommend it 10 out of 10 times. Actually I have given it rave reviews at the course when other golfers inquire about it.
Kim N.
Having issues with battery not wanting to charge. Customer service still working on it. Otherwise the cart runs great.
richard i.
It is definitely a game changer. That is, I'm not has fatigued after the round by not having to push my cart 18 up and down the terrain. Don't become complacent, that's how mishaps occur, i.e. driving it into a bunker, ravine, etc. A little vigilance goes a long way, and took no time to get the hang of it. Very easy set up and break down, I would strongly recommend the alpha cart.

Much like others who have reviewed this product, I am very pleased with my purchase. I have always preferred walking to riding in a cart. As I have aged (now 71) my feet started to suffer under the weight of carrying the bag on my back. After one round, the difference in how I felt was remarkable! Good product, delivers as advertised.

Gamechanger--literally. Can't believe I waited so long!
