Refund policy

This policy outlines the conditions and procedures for returning an item purchased from alphardgolf.com. For items purchased from other retailers (including amazon.com), please contact them directly for their return and refund policy.

1. Standard Returns (New & Unused Items)

You may return a new item within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, provided that:

  • The item is new, unused, and in a saleable condition.

  • The item is in its original, undamaged packaging.

Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. We will provide a return label using our discounted shipping rate, and the cost will be deducted from the total refund.

Restocking Fee: There is no restocking fee for new and unused items.

2. Returns for Used Items

You may return a used product within 30 days of purchase.

  • The return is subject to a 15% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund.

  • The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

3. Damaged, Incorrect, or Faulty Items

  • Arrived Damaged or Incorrect: If your order arrived damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us immediately. We will cover all shipping costs to correct the issue and send a replacement.

  • Developed a Fault: For items that develop a fault through normal use, please refer to our Warranty Policy for service and support.

4. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact Us: Email contact@alphardgolf.com with your order number and reason for the return to request a Return Authorization.

  2. Receive Your Label: We will email you a shipping label and instructions.

  3. Pack Your Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging to prevent damage during transit.

5. Special Conditions & Exclusions

  • Final Sale Items: Sales of used or refurbished items are final and not eligible for return unless the item is non-functional upon arrival. You must contact us within 5 business days of delivery if this occurs.

  • Delayed Shipments: If your original order was delayed, your return window is extended. You will have 25 days from the delivery date to request a return.

  • Holiday Returns: Purchases made during our Black Friday or Cyber Monday promotions can be returned until January 10th of the following year under the same terms.

6. Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
