I was so bummed when I misplaced my controller for the V1 Alphard.
You guys were so helpful and Johnny on the spot on getting my new one mailed out. I only missed a day or two walking the course.
Your communication was quick and very helpful. I even bragged to my friends how nice every body was. She has a V2.
My next purchase will be a rubber cover for the controller. Helps to protect and also helps keep it from sliding off my click gear push cart.

New Remote works fine. However, original remote had a magnetic ring, which attached to a magnet located on the handle of the cart. This remote must be carried at all times.

I was expecting to see the rubber protective cover piece for the price I paid for remote and there’s no instructions on how to sync with unit. Disappointed considering I shouldn’t even have to be replacing the remote in the first place
