Easy setup in seconds. Battery lasts atleast 2 rounds if you’re not carrying too much weight on it. I had a small/medium cooler with ice Gatorade and water on it and it almost drained the battery after one round down to last bar. After I charged it and played the next weekend without my cooler on it, battery only went about half way.
But I recommend all day long over any other electric cart.

Very disappointed with the delivery of this product. When ordered I was sent an email the next day stating they were making adjustments to the V2 Pro and that it would be shipped the week of March 10th a month after ordering. The email said I would be very happy with the new adjustments to help speed the set up. 1st after a month with no communication or update I had to call several times before someone answered, when they did they stated I would receive and email in a couple days. A week later nothing. I called after a week and someone finally provided a tracking number. Said I would receive on a Monday but luckily it came on the Saturday before in 2 parts (cart first)which is strange then second part (motor)was delivered a day later. When I opened the cart box I noticed bent screws which damaged the paint and broke the end cap near the clamp arms. Also the handle adjustment is flimsy so if you have to push it for whatever reason the handle is not secured enough and wiggles while pushing. Not good quality or design there. Disappointing to say the least. More care in prepping the product for shipping would be helpful.

The cart worked as expected. My golf course is very hilly. At first I was concerned if the battery will last the 18 holes course and if it has enough HP to go up the hill.
The cart performed beautifully and I am very with the purchase. The wheels are spread out more than some other brand but if you are only carrying one in your car then it should be fine; if you ordered two then you would need to consider the room in your car and your storage at home.
Although I am happy with the purchase. I do wish it was more compact for easy transportation and storage; only issue for me because I have two.

Was doubtful if it would be that useful. But a friend convinced me to try it and I must say it was an excelllent decision to purchase. Makes walking fun. Nothing better than having your cart meet you on the other side of the green versus having to walk back to get your cart. I have used it about 50 rounds now, and this thing is a beast. It can traverse the waste areas and woods as easy as it accesses the fairway. I would recommend it to anyone wishing to consistently walk the course.

I’ve had the V1 & V2 with clickgear carts and now the V2 with the Omni Cart. The Omni cart has some definite improvement over Clicgear. The rotating front wheel makes it much easier to steer, the seat mounts much easier and its cushion is much more comfortable. The detachable front wheel is very nice for cleaning and storing. The V2 is much nicer than the V1, I especially like the easy battery change, I have 2 batteries and just swap them in my car after use to recharge. The key lock on the V2 remote is also a great improvement, it prevents accidentally having the cart run away (which definitely happens).
There is still room for improvement. I miss the CG mesh equipment bag just below the compartment for extra storage and access. The ball compartment is too shallow, it could be deepened to hold more. I’m tall and the umbrella attachment is too short and there is no extension available. The integrated cup holder is very nice, but it needs to have a larger width for wide bottles or 24 oz coffee mugs. Although the cart folds up nicely, it doesn’t click together so you can’t just lift it by the handle or it unfolds.

I have played 6 rounds since getting my OmniCart and I absolutely love it. It's SO much nicer than pushing my old hand cart. I have found that I am not as tired at the end of the round. I have recharged the battery after each round, but the claim of lasting for 36 holes looks to be a fact. My battery is less than 50% drained after 18 holes. I highly recommend this package.

4 rounds played with the TFS and Club Booster. Like having a caddie. My playing partner just got a more expensive cart from Costco, it tipped over on the first hill. The V2 wide wheel base is a plus. Was contemplating the Sidekick, which is sold out, but not sure it is needed.
I am completely satisfied, the only question now will be longevity 3-5 years out.

First impressions:
Diagrams and photos in assembly instructions are pretty low quality and difficult to follow (and I’m and engineer). Downloaded the app and checked for firmware updates. Update available but phone has been in “update mode” for 45 minutes and still 0% updated. When I try to exit firmware update mode it says it’s downloading update…how long can this take?
Otherwise seems good quality hardware and looking forward to road testing soon.

This my 2nd V2. I use the V2 for about 100 rounds of 18 a year. My original V2 was paired with my Clicgear cart. The new V2 has the cart from Alphard included. My previous experience with a remote control electric cart was 3 years of bi-weekly rental at my home golf course. MGI Zip models rented for $13 per round.
The MGI Zip is a robust machine. It feels well build, substantially solid and is a steady performer. Remote operation is intuitive.
I comparison the Alphard Omnicart is a much lighter frame. It feels more spindly than the MGI. Even more light duty than my BAG BOY NITRON. Set-up of the Omnicart with the V2 motor is a bit of a fussy procedure. With the back anti-wheelies stabilizer arms attached getting the cart attached to the motor is a balancing act that requires practice and some grace.
I've used the Alphard just two times so far. It performs okay. I do notice at speed #1 the slowest that the cart seems to pulse slow / fast every second. Not annoying but gives me concern that the motor might be defective. The fully charged battery went down 2 lights (40% ?) after a 4.5 hour round on a hilly golf course.
I didn't want to spend $1,500 for the MGI Zip. Alphard advertised a Thanksgiving black Friday sale of the Omnicart - V2 for $697. I couldn't resist. The military service veteran discount was not honored for any further price reduction.
I play golf 3X / week all year (I live in coastal California). Will be interesting to see how long the Omnicart stays functional.

Pleased with the setup when you are playing golf , except the scorecard clip and pencil holder are very cheap and not very user friendly. Folding the frame after a round is not very user friendly. Depends on where you grab the frame it may start to unfold. I wish I would have just used my click gear cart. It’s more stable and easer to fold and store with better scorecard holder and storage on the cart. Also has a much better cup holder.

I used my V2 and Omni cart six times so far. And they've performed great! While my local golf club is not exceptionally hilly, the Omni car with V2 do not have any issues with the few hilly areas there are. Additionally, its easy to set up and take down. Looking forward to many many rounds with my V2 and Omni cart.

Just got my Omni cart and V2. I had an older model Bat caddy that I loved but it was wearing out and many of my buddies had the V2. I love the width and new features that most carts have like slowing going down hills, breaking on hills and side hills. It is very stable I dont worry that it will tip over like my circa 2020 Bat caddy cart. I also love how easy it turns in place with the swivel front wheel. I did not have that with my old cart. The only reaso for the 4 stars was because the remote charger port tab keeps unplugging while I use it plus you can accidentally hit go button while in your pocket. Or hit lock button (which I inadvertenly did and it would not go on my first trial, Luckily I remembered the lock option) But most importantly It is a pain to take off the wheely protectors after and the believe the seat needs to be removed after each use. ( I did not get it only for that reason) My old cart was east to break down including a push pull procedure to pop off seat) Also included pictures of easy options to store both cart and v2 in my truck bed.

Everything works great except for the reverse button on the remote.
It only works when you cart is completely stopped.
It will not slow down and cart . As a result when I have to stop the cart it’s not at its minimum speed.
I am afraid if I continue to do that it will damage the motor.

Easy and quick to set up before the round! Extremely maneuverable. We have a very steep, long path up to one of our tee boxes and the Booster V2 takes away all of the strain and effort that was required with my old manual push cart.

I have only used mine for a half dozen rounds so far, but initial impressions are quite positive. The cart is very stable, and very responsive to inputs from the controller. At first, setting the unit up for play seemed a bit fussy, but now it seems fairly quick and simple. Time will tell if I am completely satisfied, but my initial impressions are that it seems to be a very solid and well engineered unit.
