Absolutely love this cart. Well worth the money and it gets me back walking the course. Which has helped me drop a couple pounds. I highly recommend this cart.
George M.
Very good purchase
Kenneth D.
Great cart. Easy to use; I’m getting 36 holes from a charge. I love the exercise from the walk.
Jonathan E.
The videos online were for the earlier model of the Omni Cart and the V2 wheelie bars. Also I got 2 copies of the "Speedlock System installation Instructions" which made me think that perhaps I was missing something. Most importantly, it is NOT clear from the printed instructions or the online videos whether I need to add stopper plates to the Club Booster V2 since I purchased the V2 and Omni cart combo. I expected that the V2 would have already had the stopper plates for the Omni cart in the correct location.

I wanted an electric trolley so my husband did the research and narrowed the search to MGI and Alphard. He choose the Alphard V2 Pro + Omni Cart bundle for several reasons: it has a wider rear wheel width for greater stability, the rear wheels are joined to a common axle so the wheels wear evenly (a plus compared to the CyberCart), the transportation weight is lighter since it's in two pieces and it's a much better value. When my cart arrived my husband used it and thought it was so great he bought one for his self. We both highly recommend the V2 Pro + Omni Cart.
Michael T.
Exceeded my expectations for a great price.
Paul W.
Looked at many electric cats including the new cyber cart. Ended up with the v2 pro and Omni and couldn't be happier. So far it's worked perfectly. Super stable compared to my friends mgi. Quick to put up and pack down.

Love the Omni cart and V2 Pro booster. I was able to play 33 holes before the battery ran low. I forgot to charge the battery my second time out……Like many… I would like a better cup holder design. The V2 booster wheel adjustment stops were not necessary to install with the omni cart. The instructions did not indicate that. I wasted a bit of time researching on the internet. But…. It is a great cart and drive! You cant beat it for the price. Make sure to purchase the seat for the Omni cart. Well worth the additional $60!
David K.
I got the V2Pro + Omni Cart budle for $997 with a $100 discount. All preassembled upon delivery (minor assembly) and takes 5 seconds to get it out of the car and go. Both the cart and the V2Pro are well made and totally stable(I have witnessed few pricey carts flipping over). Delivered in 4 days as well.
It's like having a caddy and you will have more than enough gas left in your tank after a full round.
I highly recommend getting this bundle. It will change your game!
Michael O.
My brother bought the original V2 2 years ago and I would bust his chops calling him lazy. I got tired of pushing my cart up and down hill so I bit the bullet and purchased the new V2 PRO and I love it.
Now I know why my brothers game has improved.
LOVE IT!!!!!
Muthu R.
Very stable. Holds charge for more than a round. Highly recommend for the price!!
Vicki C.
The cart is very responsive to the remote control.
It’s easy to set up and break down.
We are very happy with it and recommend this to others. We get alot of attention and people inquire about it. It’s very impressive
Only thing I don’t like is (on the remote control) the charge port is in the worst area. The rubber protective cover is constantly being touched when handling.
It’s constantly open and does not protect the charging port. Matter of a fact my husband has lost his protective cover within 2 weeks of using the remote control
William M.
Very stable golf caddy.
Jack L H.
I love the cart and how it works. I don’t like the bottle holder, however. It might hold a baby bottle, but nothing close to what it should be. I’m working on a fix.

Good product and good service
Gage P.
The cart works great. Battery life is great. I love it. The only three problems I have are 1) The cup holder already broke, 2) The wheel spacers keep coming loose and shifting out of place and 3) The wheelie wheels slip out of place and need to be pushed back two or three times per round.
Guy C.
It’s really a game changer! Have the Omni cart which I built to fit the V2 Pro. That means simple setup! I’ve been using a nice 4 wheel push cart, but the difference in the way I feel at the end of a round is significant. And it takes strokes off my score because my shoulders aren’t sore and my swing lazier at the end of a round. Absolutely love this product
Rob S.
I tired another brand cart and they had terrible customer service and the cart was mediocre. This cart is terrific, and the customer service was fabulous. A great new addition to my golf.
Sang J.
It's worth of money and time. Walking without pushing a golf cart makes a difference.
Zachary W.
I've had this cart for a month now and love it! It has worked flawlessly and has made playing 18 more enjoyable. Highly recommend! My only critic is the tray by the handle. It's not practical. Only a small drink cup will fit in the cup holder and my phone barely fits in the tray.
Carl F.
The cart is easily folded open and ready to use. I absolutely love how light weight it is making it easy to carry and put away. I have not put them in use quite yet because I've been traveling, but will post some videos when I start using the devices.
Richard K.
I am 73 years old & prefer to walk when playing golf but pushing a cart was getting tiring. This makes golf much more enjoyable.
Wayne M.
Wish I could’ve got this 35 years ago.
Sangyeul H.
Nicely working electric cart! My hands are free.
Charles M.
I am very happy with my purchase, and enjoyed my first round in the Mountains. My caddy did very well with steep inclines up and down the mountain on a course that ranged from 9200-9750 ft elevation.
Matt S.
Super simple to set up and use, stabilizer wheels can be squeaky but cart is solid!
Lynn P.
Only been out with it once but did wonderfully. Highly recommend plus my golf buddies already have them as well.
Dominick A.
Three rounds in and flawless so far. It is incredibly stable on hills and sidehills.
John L.
It was easy to set-up, easy to get rolling, and great to play with. Met every expectation and then some.
John L.
Takes the hills nicely, though it definately uses more battery - only good for about 27 holes. No complaints on the power or controls after a little practice. Only two quality points of issue for me: 1) Needs a mesh net or open sling in front of the score card holder to carry items 2) The remote needs a belt clip or velcro sleeve, putting it in my pocket causes it to turn, run forward/backward occasionally when reaching for it or when bending.
Overall, I will be enjoying this over the next few years.
James S.
So far, so good. Still learning how to adjust speeds, but happy with how it handles.
darrin a.
Came in two different packages and I thought I ordered only the v2-pro; two days later came the omni cart; assembly was pretty tricky as the directions were not the best; thankfully some good utube posts helped to get the spacers on and the cart assembled. Once assembled, the battery has to be charged before use btw, the cart was fantastic; older videos did not show how the new omnicart tilt wheels lock in the v2pro. Otherwise great purchase, waiting for first use.
Eli E.
The new V2 Pro and Omni cart are top notch. I had the original V2 for about 5 years using it for 100+ rounds per year with a Rovic cart. I like the new V2 Pro attachment to the cart. I like the Omni cart also, but would like to see some possible upgrades in the future. Being used to the Rovic and Click Gear carts they have a few features that the Omni cart may want to add. The score card holder (elastic strap) would be nice. Adding a few options on the handle to be able to attach a towel hook. Possibly a more robust umbrella holder.
Another item I like is being able to remove the front wheel for storage.
Laurie H.
Several of my golfing friends have electric push carts, of various makes. Those with the V2Pro Have fewer tip overs due to the wide wheel base, and on top of that they are much more reasonably priced.
Larry V.
I’m 86 years old and I find it performs well and is easy to set up. I don’t feel as tired walking as now I don’t have to push my old cart. LCV
Andrew C.
Played 3 rounds with it so far and it works great very user friendly…. If your in the market for this type of product i would highly recommend alphard …
FRED D.
So far, so good!
My home course is very hilly and this thing just attacks hills.
Love it.
Amy J.
I have the original version for a 2-3 years, coupled with my own cart. Although it's a bit heavy for ladies, it is sturdy! Never need to worry about turning over (not like my friends' other brand, which is lighter but falls more often).
Got this one for my husband. He loves it. The only thing I wish to improve is the cart. It needs to have a bigger, more compartment, built in bag. The storage is not enough, at least not for ladies, lol.
Ken B.
There was a backlog so I got the battery/wheelies package a few days before the cart came, but that was the only hiccup. Easy instructions to finalize assembly; charge the battery and off I went.
Bottom line - love it. What a different experience without my bag on my back! More energy and I never realized how much more of the course and outdoors I see being able to walk totally upright and comfortably. That was what really hit me.
Michael S.
This is a great piece of equipment!
ROBERT V.
Cart rolls well and stays on track. I have played 27 holes on one battery charge and still had 2 lights left. This unit is much easier to use than my older model that was adapted to my clik gear push cart.
Ellen F.
Great to be able to walk hills!
Craig H.
Really, really, really impressed. This is a very well built golf cart and I truly love being able to walk the course and not have to push or carry my clubs. Now all I have to do is remember where I put the controller and charger. LOL
beau a.
The V2 + Omni cart is extremely stable and responsive compared to the Kangaroo and Bat Caddy. This my third battery operated cart, by far the easiest to put together and the lightest. Highly recommend....
john k.
A bit heavy. Supporter small wheel arms do not stay straight when pulled.
Randall Y.
Speed Lock system is defective. I have been in contact with Dave. Sent requested pics and videos. Have used for 4 rounds and I have to manually engage the locking pins for the Omni cart. Not very convenient. I have enjoyed the cart. I NEED A FIX. Please respond. Randall

Did not receive
Shipped to a buddy’s in the US
He crossed border not knowing half order was missing
I paid duty on all
Hassle getting cart clips for pro
Still don’t have them
Order was delivered 1.5 months ago

Great product - bundle is a great value and simplifies setup. Highly recommend!
Teresa R.
I have not used it yet.
David D.
Bought it for my son in-law for his 1st Father's Day. He loves it.
Yang Jo C.
It is very stable and excellent performance to enhance my game a lot.
John P.
Arrived in 2 shipments a day apart. Expected it to come in 1 shipment and not told it would be 2 shipments. Set it up and charged the base unit and the controller. Instructions were fair at best. A 3 on a scale of 1-5.
I have had the cart out 4 times. Really works good once you spend some time with it. Impressed with steep uphill and downhill movement. Like being able to move it around the green while I am putting to minimize my movement from green to next tee. Added double sided Velcro to controller and cart as the holder on cart was a pain to use.
Charging instructions say don’t leave the charging on the base unit on too long. It takes about 2 hours to recharge base unit after 18 holes. About 30 minutes for controller. Set your timer on your watch so you don’t leave the charger too long on your base unit.
I gave it a 5 review as I am enjoying it after my learning curve. 4.5 may be a truer reflection based on learning curve but I am really enjoying the unit 1 month after receiving it.
James D.
Assembly/disassembly much better than friends older model.
Could use a little more documentation on the remote modes and driving tips. Had to learn by trial and error. Also need description on the charge ‘meter’ on the battery/axle unit. Do the white lights actually measure the state of discharge?
Thomas G.
Doesn’t get 36 holes on one charge. Only get 33 holes before the battery dies, on a dead flat course.
Kevin J.
I have really enjoyed it and wish I would have had one years ago
Steven M.
Better than advertised. Very stable. Easy to control. Hard to beat!
moo r k.
Everything is great. Unfortunately, however, I need two storage boxes.
Michael R.
I love everything about my V2pro and my Omni cart. The only negative is that when I placed my order, somehow the seat I had in my shopping cart did not go through. And now I have to wait several months until I can order one. It would have been real useful to have a seat during the heat of the summer.
Peter L.
Tried it for the first time today and was a great experience. I always felt golf is better when walking, but at 70 those days were behind me. This made it easy to walk again. Our course has some serious hills and the cart and V2 handled it with ease.
Not only a great produce at a fair price and wonderful customer service!
Gary R.
Though I like the footprint of the Cyber Cart when folded, it's not available with a seat which was a must for me. Just used it for the first time this week. First time I've walked 18 holes in years. Tested it on some side hills and it went nice and straight. Read lots of reviews on other brands and between that and the price, this was a no brainer for me.
Ronald K.
Just a great product operates perfect!
Eric D.
I enjoy walking the fairways but not pushing a cart so after much research I purchased the V2Pro +omni cart. The V2Pro +Omni cart worked flawlessly going up and down the steepest hills without tipping over or stalling out. After finishing a very long and hilly course I still had 2 out of the five battery lights still showing. I'm confident that on a more level course the battery will last for 36 holes. If it continues to perform over the next several years I'll be more than pleased.
william r.
Easy to assemble
Easy to control on the course
Lucas C.
Awesome product! I’ve used a handful of rounds already. Was a little disappointed on arrival as the cart was equipped with 2024 parts and the booster had the 2025 parts. After a couple weeks of waiting it was corrected though. Cart works great. Haven’t tried getting 36 holes out of it yet, but after 18 holes the battery is around 70-80% still.
JOSE G.
Excellent to play with
Nancy V.
The cart is a big hit with my husband. It makes the game more enjoyable. He mastered the movement controls quickly and can direct it expertly.
Carlos D. C.
Nice cart. Rey easy to assemble and disassemble. The maneuverability is excellent.
Ray M.
The V2Pro is awesome! We were going to put it on our Bag Boy Nitron, but decided to buy the Omni Cart with the V2Pro since the Nitron doesn't have a swivel wheel in the front.
The Nitron is a better cart set-up in terms of storage, cup holder, etc, we ended up buying a number of accessories (phone holder for GPS, Magnets for remote control, and rangefinder) but the Omnicart works great with the V2Pro and doesn't require any retrofiting.
Overall we are very please and are really love not paying cart fees or having to carry our bags.
Dustin B.
Absolutely love this combination! So easy to set up and control! Side hill, up hill, or downhill it will not fall over!
Lenore S.
The V2Pro Omni Cart is wonderful. I can walk the course, including the huge hills, and still have energy to focus on my game. The cart is sturdy and doesn't tip on the hills. Also, the remote is very responsive. I am very happy with my purchase.
Cesar l.
How long the delivery time?
Scott C.
I found out later about the referral fee.
Bill Low, who is in my saturday foresome, bought one last November.
I'd been looking at many carts, but after seeing first hand how it operates, I bought one.
So If you can, please send Bill his $50 refferal.
Mark V.
Ordered, delivered, and enjoying every round since. Wished I did this earlier in my golfing career. Highly recommend. Thanks Alphardgolf.com.
Adam B.
It has worked perfectly so far. Great battery life
Jeffrey W.
Fantastic. Works great and makes walking the course so much fun. I look forward to playing each day with this beauty.
Todd T.
Love the cart and accessories.
Have referred to my friends.
Stephen C.
My only complaint is that the assembly instructions were for an earlier design than the one I purchased, however I was able to correctly assemble it without callin support. The cart & drive work great, actually better than similar carts from different mfg’s that are more expensive.
Jay C.
Awesome cart! Much better than previous model. V2 Pro is very good.
Robert B.
On the fifth time using it, the right side pin would not release with bar that releases it. The other side currently works but doesn’t fully engage. Seems to be a very bad design. I have tried to call once and tried to chat a few other times. They have sent only one email back just saying I hope all is good. So not very happy with customer service either
Mei Kim Carol L.
Great stable ride!
Robert C.
Awesome. Love using it works perfectly.
Kenneth M.
I will send visit another day but since it’s been raining for two weeks i haven’t been able to.
However, when able to use it i was very impressed: sturdy, maneuverable and easy instruction. No issues with charging as it stayed charged way beyond 18 holes. Remote easy to use.
Chris B.
Everything was good till the battery ran out after the 28th hole....had to push the rest of way. thought battery was good for longer...guess have to charge between rounds.
Seng L.
love the omnicart and V2 . I own the zip navigator but this is a much better cart given its wider back wheels and a longer chassis front wheel. It does not tip over when hitting a depression , going along side hills or up an incline. The only downside is the battery life which last 27 holes but having to charge after every round is not an issue. Its also a much easier cart to push if your battery dies like your normal pushcart unlike the navigator. more imortantly this omnicart package with V2 is more affordable than the Zip Navigator.
Nancy M.
V2 is great. As a package, it is almost perfect. The cart is lacking for a decent cup holder. Why even bother putting on the net cup holder, it is worthless. A storage net under the push handle would be nice.
All in all I am thoroughly enjoying walking with my cart instead of pushing my cart.
Ning X.
The product is pre-assembled when delivered so I am able to assemble the rest of them smoothly. However, the last piece I was trying to install is a stop plate then I found out the hex key provided is too big - seems for M4-20 but my all hex screws including the one for a stop plate are smaller or for M4-10. I have contacted a support team but never got a positive response. Their post-sell service is so slow and bad. I am trying to decide if I should return a whole product...
Janet S.
Great cart. This was a gift for my son who lives in Colorado. It runs smoothly up and down inclines. He has been very happy with it.
James N.
It does everything you said it would.
I recommend it to everyone I golf with.
jim -.
So far.. very happy.. but I want to be clear: in a week or so, I'm posting a complete, honest review. But, I don't think Alphard is going to be unhappy with that review.
Tim C.
The Omanicart and club-booster work very well together. The system is easy to use, stable, copes with uneven terrain and is very reasonably priced compared to other remote control pushcarts. The automatic shut-off at 25 yards has already prevented me from accidentally losing control of the cart through inattention. I highly recommend this system.
Dylan G.
Best Electric Caddy on the market!
Joe B.
Awesome product, easy to set up and pair the remote. It’s also easy to assemble at the course( 2 minutes) and it’s a joy not to have to push anymore. I really am happy with the purchase and I would recommend using ups instead of fedex to ship though. FedEx delivered it to my neighbors house. Other than that, highly recommended.
Kyle O.
Very stable compared to buddies 1800.00 caddy.
Steve R.
This is my first experience with a remote control cart. I am very, bery happy with my cart. I have already recommended it to several at my club.
Kevin M.
Extremely stable, way more than previous brand that I owned. Was skeptical about the gyroscope feature, but keeps the cart in a straight line, even on side hills and other uneven terrain.
Jon E.
delivered on time all components and parts provided.
