Purchased for my wife after the 2025 season. Broke it out for the first time last weekend and it worked great. Will take a little getting used to the remote but that will come with use. Was nice to not have to push a cart. Wish I would have done this sooner. May have to get another one for myself. Only downside is the weight. Will be a task for her to get it in and out of the car. We’ll see how it goes.

This cart handles beautifully, offering a sharp turning radius and adjustable speeds that make navigating the course effortless. For any avid golfer who prefers to walk, this is a top-tier recommendation. The battery endurance is particularly impressive, as you can easily clear 36 holes on a single charge as long as you avoid staying on the maximum speed setting. It is a reliable workhorse that feels incredibly stable and responsive throughout the round.
While the remote has a minor quirk where it occasionally shuts off at random, it is a simple fix. A quick click brings it back to life instantly, and the cart’s overall performance more than makes up for the occasional restart. Operation remains smooth and intuitive, allowing you to focus on your game rather than your gear.
If you are transporting the unit in a sedan, there are some practical logistics to consider. The frame is somewhat bulky, meaning you will likely need to remove the wheel each time to fit it into a standard trunk. It also has a solid, heavy build that can be a bit awkward to lift in and out of the vehicle, though it remains entirely manageable. Ultimately, this cart is a game-changer that balances high-end performance with multi-round longevity

This is my second cart. Had the V2 and gifted it to my son. I love the V2 it is a beast. The Cybercart takes it to a whole new level. Easy to use, stable, and looks great. I would not consider buying any other brand. Ordering was a breeze, and it came quickly. The Cybercart is by far, the most common cart on my home course. Get one!
Rod S.
It’s a really good cart! The customer service was excellent when I had some issue with the compartment on top and a slightly defective wheel. They sent replacements immediately.
Timothy C B.
Instructions were not well written - almost like AI wrote it and wasn’t well edited. That said, love the product - no problems so far. I think the wheelie wheels could be a bit higher off ground and a little longer, but this is not-picking. The cart is great and easy to use.
David N.
10 rounds into season and have used the cybercart for every round. Robust build quality, plenty of power and easy to use. It is a real game changer and elevates my enjoyment of the game. I have run this thing through mud, up and down steep hills and even sideways across hills and have yet to find a flaw. Highly recommend this well designed cart!
Justin H.
I’ve used this product about 6 rounds or so now and I am impressed. Absolute zero complaints. This is the one to buy. Worth the money.
David D.
I love it. Always had a push electric trolley before and I wanted to go hands free. Did lots of research and spoke to the team who sent me a demo cybercart for a couple of weeks. Weather was rubbish so couldn't use it but could see that it is built to the highest standard. Also managed to have a trial fit in the car which had been a concern but was fine (see photo). I've now been out four times at my club. It's hilly, it's rough and bumpy and narrow with tight paths in places but the remote is great and the trolley is very responsive so no problems anywhere. I've tipped it over twice by being overly adventurous in where I send it. On most but the steepest of slopes it has no problem and will go over almost any terrain your likely to find on a golf course. I have friends with remote trolleys and they wouldn't dream of sending their trolley off through the places this will go. I love being able to send it of ahead of me down the fairway and being able to walk in a natural manner without having to have hands on a handle steering my as I did with my old electric trolley. It makes the walk during the round such a different and more enjoyable experience.

I have played 5 rounds with the cart. Plenty of power and very agile. Only have two complaints, I have a Callaway hybrid bag and the base doesn’t fit into the bottom at all. Please modify the bottom to accommodate all of the shapes of golf bag bottoms, please. I like the remote, I wish the belt clip was stronger, so it wouldn’t shift around. I would recommend this cart for sure.
deanna j.
Love it.....Walking 18 just got much easier
Susan & David S.
Very responsive and a breeze to use. Had an electric push cart previously.but not remote control. The remote control makes walking even more relaxing and effortless. It really is just like having a caddy. I have used it on many steep hills and the cart is absolutely the most stable of any I have seen or used. Great product.
Kelly L.
Great cart, functionally very good. Only problem the system is extremely heavy. But this is what makes the cart so stable. Its is still early so asked me again a year from now.
Keith M.
My ordered arrived and the box was mangled…thought no way the cart isn’t damaged as well. Due to the great packaging everything was great. My first round using the cart was amazing. Simple controls, amazing stability, walking 18 was made easy.

I started my journey with the Alphard Cybercart by researching the top three electric pushcarts that met my needs. My main considerations were easy transport and setup, along with essential features such as a long-lasting 36-hole battery and advanced stability. I also wanted a reliable, long-range remote control, powerful dual-hub motors, and a gyroscope to ensure stable handling on steep terrain.
A key feature of the Alphard Cybercart is its quick, one-click folding process, which makes both storage and transport extremely simple. The remote control is highly responsive, making it easy to maneuver on steep inclines and declines without the risk of tipping over. Additionally, it has an automatic parking brake for added safety, which I find very reassuring.
One of the biggest advantages of the Alphard Cybercart is the free, built-in accessories it comes with. This includes a phone holder, a drinks holder, a scorecard holder, and an umbrella holder. Unlike other brands I researched, which offered integrated storage only as an optional add-on, the Alphard Cybercart features a built-in storage console and basket, enhancing its overall functionality.
After using it for 10 rounds, I can confidently say this has been an outstanding purchase for my golfing experience. The Alphard Cybercart has proven to be an invaluable addition to my game, and I believe it’s the best golf-related investment I’ve ever made! The little things really do count.

Easy to set up, compact fit, weight not a factor. Easy to manage on the course, quick but nimble, handles rolling hills without a problem. Have received lots of looks and positive comments at the course. Most importantly, it makes walking the course a true joy.
Howard S.
Great cart that does exactly what I need.
Brian K.
Great first three rounds with the cybercart. Have a lot more energy holes 15-18 when the carts is doing the heavy lifting. Looking forward to being able to take advantage in match play / money game scenarios
Paolo L.
After 20 years of golf, I finally have found the best caddy for me.
Walk with hands free is amazing and effortless.
Great trolly, easy to drive it and also nice look.
Great job
Susan W.
GREAT cart!! Makes walking a pleasure. Such an improvement over the previous versions! You will be glad you made the purchase!
Harold B.
Two rounds in and I'm very pleased with the cart and remote operation. Makes the game more enjoyable for sure.
The only downfall is the phone mount. While needing to screw it on makes it more stable, it could be a pain when needing to take it off. On top of that, during my first round, one of the screws fell out without me knowing, leaving my phone and half the mount in the wood line. Found my phone, didnt find the other half of the mount.
Overall, great product and will definitely recommend.
Darryl K.
Great equipment upgrade. Easy to use. Tracks well and stable on hills.
Ray S.
The cart was delivered when scheduled and was pretty easy to put together. I have had numerous compliments on the looks and it preforms just as well.

4.5 I really love it. The compartment opens too easily and a tire had a small defect. However, I’m getting replacements which is great customer service!
Kimberly D.
Both have alphard wheels. I updated to the new cybercart. Easy to use !!
Becky Z.
Just have it set up so far but love how it looks. Can’t wait for the snow to melt.
Chris M.
Loving it! Putting my wife's clubs in with my clubs, sending the cart off to her, it's been a joy!
Kirby S.
My cart makes walking a golf course easy. It is extremely sturdy and easy to learn to operate. I like how well the design was thought out for making it easy to carry sunglasses and a small bag for a wallet.
Steven H.
I tried a “follow me” type cart and studied several that other members of the club had; watched some of the problems (carts tipping over). I can’t believe how much I like this cart, it goes anywhere I go; up hills that I have seen other flip over, over roots (my water bottle did pop out). The Cybercart just cruises along! I do wish it had a little better battery; I walk from home to and from the first tee and last green (sometimes to the range) so I only can play 33 holes before the battery gives out. However, it has been the best thing for my overall experience.
Douglas C.
Learning process leads to satisfaction.
melodie d.
I absolutely love it! Got a few friends who are using it and now so glad I don’t got to push anymore!
Cary U.
Still getting use to it, but very promising after three rounds. Tried getting 2 rounds out of one charge…plenty left over. Haven’t hit anybody yet, think I’m already past that.
Stephen W.
Seems to work OK but the locking mechanism/cable DOES NOT engage to lock front wheel from swiveling! It seems to be a common complaint from other users, and I just deal with it...a lot of money for everything not to work right.
Daniel D.
Having an issue with the unit going around in circles. Alohard team is on it
Eric
Finally got to use my Cybercart.
To start with initial unfolding I was a little confused how to do it correctly, when trying to extend the main body, I could determine on how it should have been sitting. But I'm sure as time goes I will have it down with no issues.
On the course, I started out with it off and was pushing manually too see how sturdy it felt (hilly course, some fairly steep dips, and rocky paths for carts). I then gradually moved to electric, I fooled around with it a bit to see how easy it may able to tip. With the gyro on it seemed fairly stable. I then sent it off on an open par 5, again a bit nervous for dips and rough patches not easily visible, but again didn't have any issues.
Packing up, again was a little confused about folding it, but that's me.
Overall/tl;dr, it worked well for a first time out. If I could say, I wish it could have folded maybe a 1/2 (but the battery is fairly longer than I thought). I also wish the grip didn't have so many curves to it, I'm not sure if I'll be able to fit my phone holder, umbrella, and the Sidecick all on it. (Prefer the sidekick off my bag).
Can't wait to use it more!
BRIAN L.
I used to ride in a cart most of the time, but I always liked walking better whenever I used my manual push cart. After getting the Alphard Cybercart, I’ve been enjoying walking way more. It makes the round more fun, and I feel like I stay more focused compared to riding.
I play at least twice a week, and buying this honestly made me want to get out and play even more. I also got the Sidekick, but I don’t really use it much. The remote setup just isn’t ideal for me since I don’t wear a belt, and putting it in my pocket doesn’t feel that convenient.
Still, the Cybercart itself has been great. I enjoy walking a lot more now, and it definitely stands out. It gets a lot of attention from other golfers, which is kind of fun.
Brandon L.
Screw fell out after 5 rounds and wheel fell off. Still waiting on refund for follow me feature too.
Mike H.
A terrific upgrade to pushing a push cart, now the battery powered cart handles the terrain while the feet follow along! It folds and unfolds easily. My only problem is that my feet need to keep pace which is fine….it does everything right.
Joseph E.
I've had it out for two rounds and it has met my expectations from Alphard. Before purchasing the Cybercart I had the V2, which was also very reliable. I am a golfer on oxygen and pushing a cart is not happening, but I don't want to jump in a cart if I can still walk. Alphard has enabled me to continue walking the course. The reason I changed to the Cybercart was the V2 became a little much for me to set up, it is a little involved. The Cybercart makes it simpler to pull it out of the car unfold it, throw my bag on and go. Tear down is just as easy. I still recommend the Cybercart or the V2 to anyone who asks about it on the course.
Todd S.
Well unfortunately I have not had a chance to use it. As I live in upstate NY and the weather is less than ideal. Hopefully ill be using it within the next few weeks.
Lance D.
I’ve had my Cybercart for about a month now, and probably 6 rounds on it. I’m a big fan and usually and pretty critical of products with any flaws. This thing is well built and works as advertised or better on all the terrain I’ve challenged it with. The drawbacks to consider would be 1, this is a heavier cart…which is ok for me still and 2, I’ve had the remote come unsynced a few times in the middle of rounds. If you can accept those negatives it’s a great cart.
Stephen E.
Videos and instructions didn’t talk about a lock on the wheels that would not let them
Open up. Took some engineering to figure out. Also, easy things like how to remove the battery from the cart are not included. But it has a lot of get up and go
Grant S.
I bought the Cybercart for my wife. She has used it a few times, and so far she is really enjoying her new toy. It is easy to use. She has tested it on varying terrain, and so far it has performed very well. Several members of our club have the Cybercart, and they are all very satisfied with their purchase.
Jeff J.
I used the AlphaRD V2 for about 5 years. The CyberCart is not just an upgrade, it’s a MAJOR upgrade over the V2.
Robert G.
Very stable cart. Easy to use.
MICHAEL O.
Pros:
1. Shipped fast & arrived undamaged. OOBE was good
2. Golf bag fits well and easy to secure
3. Speed and direction controls are simple to operate
4. Great balance due to wheelbase + wheelie wheels for hills
5. Battery life is good…my 18 holes home course is about 5.5 miles from parking lot and back with only two LED used
Cons:
1. Learning how to unfold is cumbersome as directions/manual are vague
2. Remote battery life is challenging for 18 holes – I’ve had to learn to use less presses to make it through my round
3. Drink holder is poorly designed due to the bottom tab being too short. My bottle fell out 3X during the initial round. I remedied this by glueing a 2” plastic piece to the bottom tab and did not fall out over the next 4 rounds
4. Need stronger magnet to better hold range finder
5. Has not improved my putting
Becky P.
We love ours. Bought the first one in May, 2025, second three months later. We golf 18 holes Mon, Wed & Fri. More people have bought one after seeing and talking about ours. You won’t be disappointed.
Walter J.
It arrived as scheduled. Easy put together. Like a kid I played with it in my driveway.....only got stuck in snow one time. Since then have gotten 14" more snow. So my caddy waits in basement for spring to arrive.
Will post when I can get out.
Richard A.
So far I am really enjoying my Cybercart. It is much more responsive than my old (different brand) electric cart. It also has more power. I am still processing all of the abilities of this cart, but, I think the experience with it will just get better and better. My only real complaint is that it is a bit on the heavy side which makes getting it in and out of my vehicle moderately difficult. Other than that, I am overall very satisfied.
Douglas W.
Battery would not fit into unit after only three uses of cart. Control unit pins were faulty.
Robert M.
I was previously an MGI cart user, but a friend of mine turned me onto Alphard. The Cybercart is better in almost every way when compared to the MGI.
M T.
Two round in, exceeding all expectations
Philip S.
Love it...easy to operate and holds a charge as advertised!
Barry K.
My Cybercart works great. The seat feature is nice also but it was difficult to install. But, overall, I'm very pleased with its initial performance.
Yizhaq L.
assembled it but in the North East we are under a lot of snow.
it's a beautiful cart. assembly was easy. ran it around the garage. seem to be working as expected. I'll know better once I have a chance to take it out for a spin on the course (April ?)
Blue H.
Fast delivery and great cart!
Harvey C.
The cart itself is amazing. It's easy to open and close and is very easy to use. The battery life is great. I've played a few rounds with the cart and I still have 3 dots left when I'm done. I do wish there was another knob for attachments. I'd like to add a larger cup holder. I'm not a fan of the phone holder. The knob on mine kept coming off. The cart is 5 out of 5. I'd give the accessories that come with it a 3.

I learned about alphard from watching Gary Martin on YouTube. Good guy. I wanted to replace my Powerkaddy rx which for me has been a disaster. Straight line technology more akin to drunken supermarket trolley. Negatives are it’s not cheap, it’s takes a while getting used to folding and unfolding. A find your handset gps would be good. Saying that it’s a fantastic trolley. My course is on a mountain. Unlike the Rx the Cybercart copes really well not many courses as undulating as Borromées. No falling over, holds a straight line really well. Easy to steer and control. Great handset with display telling you charge left. Be better for me with colour to help you find it if dropped (have put paint on
Mine) but cannot complain. Looks great great build. Have to say as well that their customer services impressive too. Battery with charge display is such a useful addition. All in all really good trolley and has stopped me swearing at a trolley with a mind of its own disappearing here there and everywhere . Knocks the Rx into a cocked hat x100. Anyone wanting to buy an Rx let me know . Well done Alphard and big thanks to Gary Martin, go watch!!!!
Austin K.
Cart broke twice within a month. Durability is definitely an issue. With this price tag, it's very disappointing to see a product like this mess up, twice, within a month. Do not recommend to anybody.
Pauline L.
It’s fantastic and live it thanks
Robert K.
A piece of cake to put
Into use. But the seat base attachment to the leg was a huge pain in the neck (I was about to use a different adverb).
D.J. S.
Color scheme is PERFECT for a Pittsburgher like me.
Controls are smooth and easy. Super responsive and stable.
Battery is unbeatable. Heavy duty. A little bulky and heavy. But 100% worth it, will literally pay for itself in saved cart fees.
9.5

Play a lot of walking/caddie courses and my first use was at Bandon playing Pacific Dunes. A very hilly and at times some tight paths. The Cyber Cart was amazing and very easy to use with no previous experience. A few rounds later I played with someone who had a new far more expensive cart on Old Mac and they seemed a little jealous at how often I didn’t need to touch or assist my cart on steep hills and tight paths. The hand control is really great and easy to use. Would not hesitate to buy again!!
Michael L.
I have used my new cart twice and everything is working great. I like the way the bag sits up higher than the V2 pro. Like how it folds up into a single, small size for transport. In a perfect world it would weigh a few pounds less, but also would not want to sacrifice durability for less weight
Allen C.
I have had the cybercart for several months. Overall I like the product. The problem I have is its weight and how difficulet it is to fold and unfold. I would be hesitant to recomend the product to other golfers because of this.
Ken H.
The unit was easy to assemble. The functionality is amazing. It is effortless to operate. It is stable going up and down hills and over ground obstacles. It has a long range between controller and cart. The battery life is outstanding. It is a great product for the cost. I am extremely happy with it.
Simon C.
I have only had three games of 18 holes with my Cybercart and I have found it to be fantastic - better than I expected. I find it easy to control and really like the phone holder accessory. I would have rated it five stars if it wasn't for the umbrella holder, which is pretty useless. It needs a holder that will clamp the umbrella handle not just a flimsy piece of elastic. I have ordered a third party product to replace it.
Jonathan D.
I took my new cart out on its maiden voyage and it worked great. Was going to play last Friday but the stairs were covered with ice and I fell. I had surgery a couple days later. I'll be able to take out again in about 8 weeks. I'll let my friends use it while I'm disabled.
Jeff G.
Haven’t been able to use this beauty outside yet (Ohio = Snow). A dream too fold down/up and is quite sturdy! Another benefit is its ability to securely carry my stand bag (which my BatCaddy could not do adequately). Quality machine and I can’t wait to try the Sidekick module!
Joe M.
I've used the cart twice now with no issues. The cart is easy to fold and unfold, steers nicely and very durable. I would definitely recommend.
Becky P.
Was able to walk my home course for the first time in years. It’s quite hilly. Huge difference to have this great electric cart. Easy to use.
Robert B.
I've actually only used it for 9 holes, so I will have to report again later after more experience. But, so far I love it. It arrived very well packed, and it is well built -- very strong and sturdy. Assembly was easy. Operation is intuitive. My only negative comment is the weight, but I knew about that so I can have no complaint.
john h.
Used twice before the snow covered the courses here for the next month. Enjoyed it very much. Some learning curve on my very mountainous course. No problem with battery but I doubt it would make 36 with the elevation changes. However I have not tried. Yet!
Looking forward to more use after the snow melts. Wish you all made a hard case for checking on airplanes. I would take to Bandon with me here soon.
Only thing I’ve noticed is that the directions say it is challenging to use in Gyro mode. I have not found that except when going up access paths where there is uneven ruts from utility vehicles.
Richard H.
Haven’t used it but once due to severe winter weather down here but it performed as promised. Great product.
Kevin S.
Very happy still kind of tip light, front wheel. Tipeed backgiing up a hill.
All else very nice
Brett H.
Order and delivery process were very good. However, the compartment lid will not stay closed and latched on bumpy surfaces.
Ronnie M.
So far so good! Love it!
John F.
Great experience. Great upgrade with the new Cybercart
Bobby H.
It’s a very well-made cart and I love how easy it gets around the golf course
Steve H.
I've had a minor issue that was quickly resolved by Alphard. Very pleased with the company standing behind the purchase!!
Very happy with the operation of the Cybercart.
DON R.
Love the cart…It is my first remote cart and I have found it extremely easy to get used to and operate. Battery life is great !
Mark Q.
The cart has changed the golf experience for me, it’s the closest thing to having a caddy. I’ve only had the opportunity for 1 round so far, but the cart performs wonderfully. Folding and unfolding are very easy and features perform as advertised.
Looking forward to more rounds soon once weather improves a bit here in coastal SC.
Kevin V.
This cart is absolutely fantastic. I upgraded from a Bag Boy Nitron and not having to manually push my golf cart anymore is a game changer. The Cybercart is very stable, powerful and the battery is long lasting. Super well built. I was deciding between this and the Bag Boy Volt and was not disappointed to go with this. Highly recommend!
Young H.
I am 71 lady , playing 3times a week walking regularly for last 25yrs. .Cybercart is my best investment for golf.
I had a rear tire issue but customer support took care of it so quickly.
I really satisfying than other electronic cart I tried before. This is very strong , stable to go uphill or downhill especially.
But since I am 71 lady ,it is too heavy lift up and down to car trunk.
Otherwise I am enjoying it very much.
DAVID C.
Worked like a charm right out of the box. No complaints.
Jason K.
Have several friends who have a cybercart. Finally broke down and bought the red and blue cybercart. Not sure what took me so long to pull the trigger! Do it, you won't be disappointed!
Scott W.
I bought for my wife for Christmas and she loves it. Her friends have them and recommended she get one and what great time she is having with it.
Julie D.
Better than expected, it’s a real game changer. Easy to operate and easy to set up.
Brett C.
The cart is great. The sidekick sucks. Constantly shifitng and roaming to find me then just goes in an opposite direction. Get's of control. I'm going to return it. Really don't need it.
Tala S.
Only use it twice so far so good! Love it! Thank you!
Christopher K.
I have only used it for 2 rounds but so far, it’s been a great cart. Works as expected and better! Very easy to navigate.
Robert R.
So far it is better than expected.
Eric G.
Easy to operate and great quality. Very happy with the purchase. Highly recommend!
