Love it! Just missing the Cyber Seat!!
CARL Z.
Excellent concept and great mobility! Better height too, than my earlier bolt on model!!
Still going through familiarization trials, especially opening/unlocking and closing/locking mechanisms!
Thanks
Carl

Have only really taken it for a test drive as I live in the Northeast but it drives/rides nicely and has so many extras and compartments for additional stuff
Ogden M.
Love my Cybercart! Upgraded from BatCaddy X3R and love the swivel wheel, the fact it stays straight with the six axis gyro, stays a constant speed regardless of terrain, and folds smaller so can fit, with my bag, in the trunk of my CT5 Cadillac. Used to have to let down the back seat to get my cart and bag in the trunk. Dead grass everywhere!
Ed M.
Works great. No more turning over when I go over uneven surfaces like my old cart did. It has great features like magnetic holder for remote control and range finder. It folds neatly so it is easy to fit in my car.
Steve K.
The cart has been all that I wanted and expected. Have only had it out for a few rounds but so far so good.
Carga&Courier E.
Very nice experience, the play golf now is more friendly and always I can have the cybercar near with me. ⛳️️
Matthew J.
We love the TWO CyberCarts in our family! Previous V1, V2 owners.
James E.
All the reps are friendly and knowledgeable. They are willing and able to answer all questions. I am extremely happy with the cooperation I have receive.
Mark W.
this cart does everything that you ask it to do. Quick, responsive and straight as an arrow. No problems going uphill or downhill and it stops on the dime! I’ve had several of my buddies admire how it looks and have responded positively when I’ve told them how it performs.
Mark W.
KIM S.
This is a great product. I love it.
Leon A.
Love the way it reduces in size for transportation. Love how fast the unit responds. Hate the Cell Phone holder. Too small when using a phone case. Phone has falled off of cart during round. This needs to be addressed.
Kent P.
I had the V2 for years and went to this new cyber cart and I love it. It runs great and folds up so much better.
Juan g.
I’ve had other carts and this one was my favorite
Jason P.
I am enjoying the Cybercart as much as the two V2s I own, however, it was at the expense of my sidekick. Due to the more vertical setting of the golf bag on the cybercart, the sidekick putter well mount would not allow the unit sit perfectly upright causing it to fail and it no longer functions. It sounds as if the internal gear has stripped rendering it useless. I hope there is an updated mount that is more adjustable to improve stability of the sidekick or improved materials before I consider another purchase from Alphard. Also quality control should have been alerted to the alignment of the wheels before shipping. The castor and chamber angle of the wheels is noticeably off causing excessive wear to the wheels.
On a positive note. It out performs the V2 in almost every category except on hills. This is largely due to the fact that I had the 4-wheel conversion kit on my V2. otherwise I am happy with it's performance.
Fabian C.
Still figuring out the folding
Randy M.
I have only had my Cybercart out twice this year due to the weather, but so far I am enjoying it. Our course is somewhat hilly and it performs very well under those conditions. The set up from box to tee was very simple and easy with good instructions. Remote is very responsive and makes guiding the cart around the course very easy. My only concern is the Lock/Unlock button is positioned on the top left side as you view the remote. This positioning causes me to lock the remote by accident when grabbing from my pocket. (Caused a mild panic the first time it happened—-oh no the cart won’t go! Hahahahaha) but that won’t happen again!
Overall very good value, Sturdy and has not tipped over once. Highly recommend when shopping for a remote cart!
Frederick P.
Great piece of engineering!
Gordon M.
A great cart. Seems like they waited a few years for everything worked out, and then listened to golfers and what they wanted in a cart.
Charles S.
I've used my Cybercart twice now and it has performed extremely well. I am shocked at how easy it is to control. I've seen others struggle with other brands (constantly jerking back and forth while going down a fairway). Not with this cart! First course was a very hilly Chambers Bay, which used a fair amount of battery, but it still had 2 green dots left. Second course was a typical course and it used maybe 1/4 of the battery. I am very happy with my Cybercart.
Jonathan Y.
Awesome product
Wayne L.
Buying in January has pros and cons. It guaranteed I'd have my cart by golf season but the cart sat for 2 months before I could try it out. Now that I have use it, I am completely satisfied with my choice of the CyberCart. It is, by far, the best way to walk and play a round of golf short having my own caddie. The cart was a bit bulky for the weight when transferring in and out of the car but I imagine that most who choose to walk and golf will be fit enough to handle it. Stability on the moderately hilly course I played was excellent. The remote was easy to use and the magnetic belt clip is a convenient way to keep it handy. I highly recommend the CyberCart!
Daniel S.
Customer service has been good. I had an issue with a wheel assembly making a clicking noise after only 4 rounds. Alphard sent me out a new wheel assembly. So far everything is working well.
Eric T.
Excellent cart. I used to like walking and now I love it.
Derrick L.
Unbelievable product. Haven't had a chance to use it yet as I'm in the northeast and the season doesn't start till April. Everything so far is working perfect and cannot wait to use.
Aleks B.
Great cart. Great design. Everything is well thought out. I get two rounds out of one charge and the remote control is very intuitive. Folds very efficiently. It’s a bit heavy, although I’m sure all electric carts are, but not too bad. Two of my golf buddies who were on the fence are now buying one. One is not because he has a bad back and didn’t want to deal with lifting it into and out of the trunk. Walking without pushing is so pleasant especially when going uphill. I don’t feel the gps automatic follow is necessary at all, in fact I think it’s a liability- so not doing that. In short I’d recommend this cart!
Mike C.
Built like a tank … has all the bells and whistles … I’m still stuck in winter but hopefully will debut it soon
Gary W.
Is the seat available
Les S.
So far all is working good … Never enjoyed walker so much until I purchased my Cybercart with SideKick …
Jose G M.
I can't do picture or video right now, we have snow and very cold temperatures. I have used it about four times and work great, what I don't like is that I have hard time getting it to open up, its just a pain. Once I get it out on the golf course it's no problem, the full charged battery lasted 35 holes, it might do better in warmer weather.
dianna g.
THIS IS MY HUSBANDS CHRISTMAS PRESENT AND HE LOVES IT. THE GROUND IS STILL FROZEN SO NO MUCH PLAYING TIME BUT WHILE HE IS PLAYING HE LOVES THIS CYBERCART.
Mike M.
I'm very impressed with the Cybercart. An easy 3-step process to fold and unfold. Operating is a breeze. Very maneuverable. I plan on getting the Sidekick too. I originally purchased a different lithium battery cart, but sent it back for a refund because it had cheap electronics that kept malfunctioning and had to be reset. While expensive and a bit heavy, I highly recommend the Cybercart. It works reliably as advertised.
Robert K.
Love to see how it came to my home. Easy to set up. The battery last 35 holes but very satisfying.
David N.
I love it! Easy to control, excellent stability, long life battery, easy to open, close, remove and load into my car. Would buy again! I even gave it a nickname (Flipper) who has been accepted into our regular 4some. Great product!!!
Ty K.
Just got back from 6 days at Bandon, my first real extended run with the Cybercart. Let's break down how it performed.
TLDR; I would buy the Cybercart again and believe it to be the best motorized option on the market.
The Good - able to handle extremely inclement weather without issue. We got pounded by rain and wind and the Cybercart never faltered. I did keep the remote in my rain vest pocket, I was worried about it being susceptible to water damage.
Kept my body fresh for 5 straight days of golf.
Mostly navigated the courses just fine, but needed to go in freewheel mode when the spaces get a little tight (particularly on tight path descents, or very rough terrain).
Overall stability. While I had to grab it a few times on questionable path edges, it never really threatened to fall over and in total performed like a high end piece of equipment.
The battery design. Just 500% easier to deal with than a V2 and head and shoulders above most other motorized carts on the market. Worth the purchase just for the design feature alone.
The Bad - it doesn't lock when it folds, which makes it impossible to carry with one hand, something that's troublesome when you need to take a shuttle. It's also very heavy, but that's not really a complaint.
The umbrella holder that's included is terrible. Please offer a pinch style handle holder or upgraded angle adjustable holder ASAP (see Bagboy for reference).
The Could Be Better: The sync sequence. With the V2, just press the button and go. With Cybercart, it's picky about when you turn on the remote and when you turn on the cart. Sometimes they don't seem to find each other right away and the cart turns itself off.
The accessories net. Also a weakness of Cliqgear, this is where Bagboy dominates. The front entry accessory bag mounted under the handle is simply far superior to any top load design, for protection in inclement weather.
The wish we had it: a hard sided travel case. While I don't expect to ever fly with it, I do expect to bring it on long road trips and because it's so heavy, I need to be able to stack things on top of it and protect it. A travel case with a molded interior would be ideal.
George D.
The cart was shipped sooner than I expected. Have not been able to take it to the course as the weather has been just to cold. Try it out in the driveway and everything worked as expected. Just need a change in the weather
Lyndell G.
The only thing I’d say is you might want to put more detail in your instruction booklet. I had to look at some online videos on YouTube to be able to figure out how to expand and collapse the cart. Once I got the hang of it though all good. It’s really going to enhance my golf experience and my health by walking more. I’ll give it a very high rating!
James E.
I gave it a 5 star because I know it’s a high quality cart. I have a few friends who have it and they’ve had no problems. But my new cart only worked for 27 holes. The battery and remote proved defective. But a whole new unit is being sent. I’m extremely pleased at the cooperation and assistance given by your representatives. I’m sure the replacement be great. Looking forward to many good years with the cart.
Lori P.
Hardly looks like an electric cart.
ernest h.
The cart has exceeded my expectations. It was very easy to get it up and running and it’s very user friendly! It’s fairly light and I love how compact it is when it’s folded.
Sergio J.
I have had the Cyber for a month, it is an excellent product and my experience is very positive so far.
Paul Doug G.
Had the V2 before. Love the ability to fold up. Only reason why I got the cyber cart.
Timothy W.
Love the Cybercart but was expecting the Trunk Case to be included in the order. It wasn’t and I believed it was supposed to be included?? Should be included!
Michael M.
I have had my cybercart for a little over a month now and find it very easy to use. I will navigate it towards the next tee box while we finish up on the greens. No problems with it so far.
Chris G.
I have used the Cyber Cart 6 times now and the cart performs as designed. Is very easy to control and is a lot of fun to use. The battery lasts at least two rounds and charges quickly as does the remote. The only negatives are the cupholder and the phone holder. The cupholder does not hold a standard sized insulated water bottle. I use an alternate cupholder from Sun Mountain. The phone holder does not hold an Android Samsung S22 as the tabs on the side of the cupholder interfere with the on/off/screen wakeup button. I have employed the quad lock phone holder from my bicycle, although that looks like it may interfere with the umbrella holder.....have not been in the rain yet...we'll see. Overall though I am very happy so far with the purchase.
Chris G.
DAVID J.
Took my Cybercart out today for the first time. I've had it for a month. As soon as it shipped (btw very fast) it snowed here in Cincinnati and got very cold all of January! I was skeptical, very soft and wet conditions. Cybercart passed with flying colors. I'm super happy with my purchase! Highly recommend it! ⛳️️♂️
Stan W.
The cart works great. Easy to control. I like how it folds up for easier transport.
David R.
Wish I had made the purchase sooner when they were initially introduced. I have an Alphard V2. Got thr cypercart for ease of setting up and dismantling.
Roger A.
Much better then the motocaddy it replaced. Smoother turning, better fit of bag, better storage.
John P.
I upgraded from a V2. So far I really like the Cybercart. It is much easier and faster to set up and take down. The battery last longer between charge. I think it is a little faster too.
I have two minor criticisms. The side hill stability (gyro) is as good as the V2 and the cup holder does not work. Any tumbler larger than 10 oz is too top heavy and turns sideways.
Gary N.
My CyberCart arrived just in time for Christmas and I have about a dozen rounds on it so far. I owned my V2 for about 4-1/2 years using an old, old Clicgear for it's chassis. l I wasn't sure if the CC would be a large enough upgrade to make the purchase worthwhile, and I can assure you that it is. I love it.
The CC is just such a better design and product. I looks great, has great stability, and fits into my trunk much better. It is more agile, turning on a dime (or ball marker). I use it with the SideKick I had with the V2 and they work well together. Overall, a great design and execution.
Sean H.
Cybercart handles really well. I like the different speeds and how it handles. Caddy tracks well. The caddy also handles the terrain well. The range between caddy and remote is good. Caddy is built well and look Great! Really looking forward to using on the course here in MN this Spring.
Mike B.
Have only played twice easy to operate and set up. Very compact and light. Very satisfied.
Chris J.
Arrived quickly, was able to receive the special sale the day after i ordered, since i received the email code the next day, great customer service. This is an upgrade from my previous item purchased from Alphard Golf. Thanks!
Dave M.
I have been waiting to write my review so that I could have 6 rounds in to give a better opinion of my cybercart.
The lead time between ordering my cart and receiving the cart was about 4 months but Alphard kept me informed on the progress. I had an issue with the upper cradle but they replaced it without any delay at no cost.
Now to my review of the cart. It is awesome. The stability and tracking on the cart is far superior to any of the other name brand carts my friends have on my golf group.
But the sidekick accessory that I bought with the cart is super nice. The cart will follow you as you walk so you don’t have to worry about navigating it as you walk. It is the next best thing to a caddie that you can get.
The only issue I have noticed on the sidekick. It has three follow options; behind you, behind you on the right side and behind you on the left side. In the behind mode the cart sometimes loses connection with you as you walk. The left and right work very well though.
The sand mixture bottle makes it nice. You can fix your divots as you go.
The large storage bag is great to put your jacket in as you warm up on cold mornings.
Oscar L.
I got this at the beginning of January so I haven't been able to use it a lot, but I used it for about 40 holes so far with a single charge no problems keep in mind my golf course is not that hilly. I really like it works great, I wish the phone holder was molded to the tray instead of having that one that sticks out not a fan. Quality of the cart feels and looks good, cart is not light so keep that in mind it is also kind of akward to carry when folded but not a deal breaker for me. I would buy again.
Bryan S.
Took out my cybercart for the first time today and I had one main small issues. The issue being that my cybercart would power down without me pressing the off button, this happened twice during an 18 hole round. This may be user error as I did have the storage net attached with some heavy, solid items and it could have banged into the power button shutting off the cybercart. Other than that, it was completely FLAWLESS!! It handled all the hills and curbs I threw at it. Planning on taking it out again in a couple of days and will update!!
John S.
Love this cart. I have had the V1, v2with cart, and now I have the cybercart. The cybercart is the absolute best.
Dennis A.
The exchange cart is working perfectly, I have not had to fix anything.
Thank you,
Dennis Morton
Keith M.
The CyberCart comes fully assembled, except for attaching the front wheel, and is extremely well padded in the shipping box. I was impressed.
I've had the cart out on the course several times now. I also have used the V2 that I also recently purchased just before receiving the CyberCart. I like the compactness of the CyberCart compared with the V2, but the weight, even without the battery pack, is a bit heavy for my wife to handle. I prefer to use the CyberCart, but on a value-basis, the V2 is hard to beat if you have an existing hand-cart to convert. The V2 is also easier for my wife to handle, since the full setup weighs about the same as the CyberCart in total, but can be lifted as 3 separate pieces: the folded cart, the V2 wheel pack, and the battery.
The speed, handling, and controllability of the CyberCart is excellent, although it's easy to get yourself in trouble if you get distracted and take your eye off of it for too long while it's moving. I love the cart. I still haven't quite figured out the best/easiest way for me to fold and unfold it, but I'm still getting used to it. I struggle a bit with that. Also, I've been leaving the front wheel attached when folded. Not sure if that's right or wrong.
The one thing that needs to be fixed and replaced for all existing customers is the "cup holder" accessory. In a word, it sucks, as most other reviews have mentioned. It's actually an embarrassment and reflects badly on Alphard, so I hope they fix it soon. My insulated water bottle fits in it fine, but after a short time the cup holder turns itself upside down while moving, and eventually the water bottle falls to the ground. My water bottle also bounces out of the integrated sand/seed bottle holder if I try to use that. Frustrating!
I also like the clip for storing the remote control for the V2 that attaches to the handle of the cart and allows a quick 90 degree twist to keep the remote handy, secure, and in a fixed/known place while you make your shot. They went away from that for the CyberCart, and added a belt-clip type clamp device onto the remote itself. I haven't quite figured out where to keep that during my shots. I don't like it hanging on my pocket, and it takes too much time to clamp/unclamp the clip. Battery life on the new remote seems like it may be a bit limited (18 holes), but haven't pushed that yet.
Overall, high quality, well-built electric cart. At full speed, I have to jog to keep up. Handles hills well, and is very stable and doesn't ever tip over. Battery life seems like it could make 36 holes on a relatively flat course. Speed also makes a difference in battery life though. Well done!
Matthew J.
I have only used it once but found it really easy to use. Can’t wait for the weather to get better so I can get more use out of it.
Greg B.
Only used it once so far due to poor golf weather but love it. Easy to control. A little heavier than I thought it would be but still manageable.
Steve C.
Quick and fast service but gotta wait till the snow melts so I can get to use it
MICHAEL H.
really nice cart breaks down easy and works really well . the small size , small battery and phone charger are a big plus
Bob O.
The cart is great. The wider stance makes it very stable. Folding and unfolding is very simple and quick. The storage compartment is sweet which many other carts don’t have. Battery last as advertised and is simple to remove and install. I definitely recommend looking at this cart if you are looking for an electric push cart
John H.
My overwhelming thought was: why did I wait so long to get this cybercart? I enjoy walking, either carrying my bag or using a push cart. Neither compare to the experience of striding down the fairway unencumbered by my equipment, my cybercart bearing it several paces ahead of me. I actually found myself chortling with the pleasure of it.
As for ease of use, the first time I actually operated the cybercart was in the parking lot of my club 30 minutes before my tee time. By the time I got to the first tee I was adept at guiding it around the course. The controller is intuitive and, at sixty-four, I’m no video gamer.
Buy it now. You’ll be glad you did.
tOdd S.
So far so good!! Have used a few times in 2025- easy to operate and seems very sturdy and responsive.
Rommel G.
I love the cybercart. Itms awesome. The only thing I’d like to see improved is the battery latch/lock. It would be nicer if the latch / lock for the battery is easier to press. I have to press really hard before the battery comes off.
RICK S.
Works great. Wish you had a follow me
Jeffrey G.
Easy directions and easy to put together. Can’t wait to have it out on the course
Kevin A.
Replaced a 2nd version Alphard. Cybercart is an amazing improvement which I wasn’t sure was possible. The increased stability on the course and ease of trunk to course make it absolutely fantastic!!! I am the envy of our Saturday morning group
michael s.
Love it, much better than the click gear addon wheels. Easy battery removal to charge at home.
kathryn t.
I am working on opening it easier. It is in our cold garage (January in Ohio). I think the warm weather will help in opening it easier. I like how compact it is and hope as a 70+ year old women, lifting it to my car will be okay. I like the design of it compared to my old Alphard V2 wheels and Rovik cart.
Mike M.
The new cart is more rugit and sturdy compared to the previous models. This cart is a home run....
Lap L.
Broken left wheel can’t back up cart tools right first use
Jerry G.
It’s great , have had the V2 version for several years, so nice having battery on the cart so open up cart and ready to go. It is a little heavy to pick up.
Joseph C.
got it put it together the cart is made very solid can't use it for a few months being live in the Northeast of New York have the old V2 with my own cart played 153 rounds with it last year only went in the pound once with it and a few sand traps but still worked so will be more careful with the new one but from looks it is built solid so when start to use it will get back to you
Thom C.
The course I play is very hilly. The Cybercart has done so much better climbing those hills without toppling over.
Rich F.
Worth the wait. I lived my V2 but this is a step above. I would recommend this to anyone who likes to walk the course
Robert R.
Had one issue with the sidekick, but think we solved it. too much snow on the ground to give a more detailed review
Bobby R.
Going out for the 2nd time, if all goes as the first, it should be an xclnt day
Billy C.
I've never seen a golf cart this well-built. It's sturdy and should last a lifetime.
Robert D.
Really love this product. I golf 3 to 4 times a week walking 8 holes. The cart has really made a difference in the way I feel after each round.
Thomas C.
It was so easy to assemble the small parts and loved using it for the first time. Great product. Also getting a lot of looks on the course
Paul Z.
I couldn’t be happier with this cart. I absolutely love every aspect of it. The only thing I would change is the cup holder. It will not hold a tumbler or a metal water bottle. It should have a slot for the handle of the tumbler.
Royal C.
2nd Cybercart for the household. Waiting for snow to melt in Montana
John R.
Looking forward to getting in the course
Steve M.
The cart itself is well built. The two drink cup holder is almost worthless. It can hold one uninsulated can or small bottle and the fold out is very shallow so a second drink is likely to fall out.
The remote has a fairly useless display which moves the D-pad down to a position making the reverse button hard to press.
The wheels are out of alignment so I can see that I’m going to have same wear problem that the other two cybercart owners at my club have had. I don’t see any obvious adjustment points so I’m sure how this is going to be rectified. Measuring across the front of the drive wheels bs the back of the drive wheels there is a 7/16” toe out. Plus there is an observable positive camber that I didn’t bother to measure.
The frame is very sturdy but I think the weight is going to be difficult older golfers to manage.
I also have a difficult time folding the cart for storage. I seem to have to lean the cart backward or forward enough that some part scrubs on the asphalt. I’m sure the is a good procedure but just not sure what it is. It seems it would be good to have some sort of lock in the compact folded position so I can lift into my trunk without it starting to unfold and pinching my fingers. Maybe the is an instructional video available somewhere.
I do like the cart, it’s easy to control, looks great, lightweight battery, and runs very quietly.
Steven L.
Absolutely love this cart! Easy to operate and love the height of the cart.
Timothy F.
Live in northeast … won’t use it for 3 more months
Allen M.
So far I love this cart. It’s a little higher profile than the V2 with cart but I am getting used to it. The battery is definitely in a better position and able to be monitored for charge. The straps are better than expected as well. I use the sand bottle holder for my large water container and hang my sand bottle from the attachment knobs.
Bob N.
The video is from the third time out with the Cybercart. I had charged the battery several days before, but the night before this round was in the 20’s so I charged it again and kept it in the house overnight. I’m very pleased with the battery design, which allows me to easily remove it from the cart. The battery still has three solid green lights after a round. The cart design is genius as far as I’m concerned. My golf buddies have other battery powered carts, but they usually walk within a few feet of the cart because the narrow wheel base sometimes causes tip overs. I on the other hand feel comfortable letting the Cybercart go ahead of me several yards (unless it’s near a pond) because it’s wheel base and center of gravity along with the built-in wheelie bars make it very stable, even on fairly steep hills.
I love the new features on the remote. The side lock is more reassuring than the previous models, and I have fewer buttons to worry about. And it’s great to have the magnet on the cover instead of having to hook the remote per the previous models. The side magnet is powerful and I feel comfortable popping my rangefinder onto it. Also kudos on the automatic braking feature on the cart. I don’t worry about the cart running away from me anymore.
I was at first surprised by the Cybercart’s weight until I realized that with the V2 model I had to stow the battery and the cart separately. Am still getting used to the setup and breakdown of the Cybercart, but it’s great to have that extra room in the back of my pickup. My only complaint is with the phone mount getting in the way of opening the top cover. I haven’t yet found a good location for it.
I think you guys did a fantastic job in designing the Cybercart. I love it!
Michael H.
I love it. Had the V2 with clickgear and it worked great, but getting it in and out of my RAV4 was very difficult. So I paid a storage fee at my club to keep my clubs and the cart there. It turned into a nightmare. Pain to get the battery off of the V2 (bottom). Seemed like something was broken every time I got it out of storage.
Got the cybercart and keep it in the way back. Easy to set up. Easy to get the battery out. Love it.
