Best golf purchase i have ever made
Gary C.
Great cart. No more pushing uphill which is great for my back!
Tim L.
So far the Cybercart is great. I’ve been using it for a couple months and no issues whatsoever. It is very solid, and because of that somewhat heavy to lift in and out of the car, but it folds down very compactly. Very easy to learn to use, and I love the magnets for the remote and rangefinder. Highly recommend!!
Daniel C.
Cybercart delivers outstanding equipment that performs exactly as shown in the demonstration videos—reliable, efficient, and built to impress.
Michael V.
Cybercart works great. Kind of heavy compared to my Clicgear push cart, but once it's pulled out, easy to get set up and go!
Michael C.
Love this cybercart.
Sean C.
Have used it for over a month now and am very happy with it so far. Seems to be built solidly and learning how to drive it was very easy. I've especially enjoyed doing donuts with it and occasionally crashing into my playing companion's cart (strictly by accident ;-). Battery is robust and the remote hardly needs charging.
brett i.
Has been a wonderful addition to my game. Especially with the hot weather. Arrive at the ball ready for the next shot.
Jeff S.
I upgraded from the V2 and I'm very happy I did. The Cybercarts wheels are much more stable and it takes up less room in my trunk.
Robert A.
love the cart, works really well. Tried to call Fri. to order another water bottle but no one answered the phone.
Scott H.
The Alphard Cybercart is a game changer. Extremely easy to assemble and get running out of the box. Runs great. I'll never go back to pushing a cart again.
Jorge A.
I like how it performs on the golf course.
I don’t like that it is heavy and difficult to get in and out of the car’s trunk. Maybe a future design can be two, easy to assemble and disassemble, parts to alíviate this issue.
Chad W.
I’ve got about 15 rounds on my new Cybercart and I am loving it!
If I’m searching for my ball and find it 30yards away I’m the rough. I don’t have to run back and grab my cart. I just bring it to me. Or simply bring it around to the other side of the green while the others are reading their putts.
It’s easy to setup, fold up and control. I have ZERO regrets about this purchase.
earney r.
I should have got a cyber cart sooner, I enjoy my round much more walking upright along with my cyber cart.
Francisco A.
Truly a good quality well thought out product! Couldn’t be happier with the product
John R.
I looked at a number of electric push carts and I’m very happy with the cyber cart. It’s everything I need for walking. Love all of the features it offers and ease of use.
Barry S.
Very solid cart, with great remote control. Easy to assemble and brake down. Very well thought out design with added magnetic features to hook up rangefinder. Very happy with this purchase.
Will J.
So far this thing is amazing! Last for 2 and a half rounds on one charge. Colors are cool. Easy to pull out of the car and go. Nice little magnet on the side of the cart for a range finder. Has been cool so far!
Brian K.
I’m amazed at how easy this is to set up and use. Have played several rounds with it now and find it just merged into my game beautifully!
My wife walked with me last week and will probably one for herself.
Home H.
Once it’s setup and operating it’s great! Very easy to operate. And it makes walking 18 holes in the Florida heat much less strenuous.
With that said, I do have two issues:
1. I have a mid sized vehicle and it barely fits in the trunk. It’s heavy, kind of awkward to handle, and can be a challenge to lift and wedge into the trunk…especially right after a round.
2. It’s awkward to unfold and fold back up. It’s not self evident on what to unfold or fold first. So a tutorial on best way to unfold and fold would be useful.
Thank you!
Mike

As far as the cart working, it’s been awesome. The remote works well. It stays connected and I haven’t had any issues with any side hills or steep Hills that I go up. I played 36 holes on a full battery no problem. Honestly, the only issues I have are with the actual cart design itself. I wish that it had a USB charger and I’m surprised that there is no storage for any type of jacket or any extra items besides the small net in the front. The only other design flaw I’ve noticed is that when it’s completely folded up, it doesn’t actually lock shut so when you go to pick it up, it can start to unfold on you as you’re grabbing it.If I had those few items, I would give a five stars. But if you’re debating on pulling the trigger on one of these, it is well worth the money if you like to walk. I do really like that it folds up almost as small as my standard push cart and that the battery slides into the frame and you almost can’t tell that it’s an electric cart at all And it’s reasonably lightweight.

Ease of Control:
Navigating the course has never been smoother. The cart responds effortlessly to directional inputs, gliding over fairways and rough terrain with precision. Whether you're maneuvering around bunkers or weaving through tight paths, control feels intuitive and reliable.
Long-Lasting Battery:
One of the most impressive features is the battery life. A single charge easily powers through multiple rounds, eliminating any worry about mid-game shutdowns. It’s perfect for golfers who play frequently or enjoy full-day outings.
Quick Folding Mechanism:
Setup and storage are a breeze. The cart folds down compactly in seconds, making it ideal for transport and saving space in your trunk or garage. The mechanism is smooth and doesn’t require any extra tools or effort.
Exceptional Stability:
Even on uneven terrain, the cart remains remarkably stable. Its wide wheelbase and balanced design prevent tipping, ensuring your clubs stay secure throughout your round.
Enhanced Enjoyment:
This cart truly enhances the joy of golfing. By removing the physical strain of carrying or pushing a traditional cart, you can focus more on your game and the scenery. It adds a layer of comfort and convenience that makes every round more enjoyable.

Four rounds of golf since buying my Cyber Cart. I really prefer to walk when I play golf but have had too many very uncomfortable rounds trying to push my old 3 wheeled cart on my regular courses.
I had been watching the CC product for a few months and finally decided to pull the trigger and buy one.
I TOTALLY waited too long, it’s a game changer if you prefer to walk when you play golf vs riding carts where often you’re limited to cart path only!
I play a number of courses that are either very or mildly hilly and the Cyber Cart works fantastic!
Don’t wait, get one…
JOHN H.
The cart is awesome! Easy to operate, easy to transport. The only negative is that my water bottle constantly falls out of the holder. After many times picking up my bottle off the ground, I quit using the holder.
Brian H.
This cart has met all expectations. It arrived well packaged and all parts/pieces were included. Setting up the cart was simple and after charging the remote and batteries was ready to go. I've used it almost a dozen times and it is very easy to use. It is a very sturdy cart and well built so I'm expecting it to last a long time! Other carts may be higher rated but I would put this one against any of them.
Paul M.
Love this cart! It is a tad slower than the V2 I previously had, but the smaller size and ease of setup/takedown more than make up for it.
Ryan D.
Received less in accessories than a friend got even thought I only ordered 2 days after. Was only offered to purchase the accessory quickly because of ‘limited supply’.
Beatriz C.
I love this cart! It handles my golf course very well and I have so much energy to use on my golf game instead of on pushing a cart up and down the course.
Frank L.
I like the cart. Works great, just seems to have a loud gear box compared to other carts. Handle all kinds of hills and slopes with ease. Does have a buzzing sound when on.
Gerald W.
Worth every cent. If you are going to spend money on a cart this is a great option.
Carson S.
WOW! What an upgrade from my old Carttek that I bought in 2016! A few features that truly enhance the e-caddy experience vs my old cart -- 1) The wheel base is wide enough so tipping over isn't an issue; 2) the cyber cart maintains constant speeds going down hills; 3) it adjusts for slopes and travels straight down fairways without having to be steered; 4) it's parking brake holds position (even on steep hills), 5) it's equipped with storage for items, etc. I can go on, but I hope you get the picture! Also, to enhance the experience, I highly recommend the Side Kick!
Chris M.
The cart and remote work well and make playing golf even more enjoyable. However, there have been a couple of times the battery was plugged in but did not fully charge, and then would not turn on / stay on when inserted into the cart. So I had to resort to my old push cart, which I still had in the trunk for such an emergency.
Michael M.
My cybercart lasted 7 holes. Then failed. Looks like the circuit board. One of the motors does not work and it just goes in circles. It was like pushing a weighted sled in the gym for 3 hours to finish. A waste of a round. Cart dead and $250 green fees down the drain.
Created a support ticket with no response. Called 5+ times and nobody ever answers.
I assume the company is legit but I can't confirm. My buddies have the v2 carts and said support was responding to them when they had problems. That was over a year ago.
Glenn S.
Replacing a first generation battery cart. So much more stable . Better battery life and the remote is much more responsive . A little heavy and a little awkward to fold and unfold . All in all very happy
Michael R.
So far, I am very pleased with the Cybercart and would recommend it to anyone looking for an electric push cart.
Edward D.
I had the V2 prior to the Cyber cart. The cybercart is an improvement in some ways and still has room for improvement. The folding cart and the belt clip are strong pluses. Subsequent engineering might alter the blade design of the battery to a pin arrangement. The blades are too fragile and prone to bending. The catch mechanism for the storage compartment tends to release for no reason and is particularly prone to opening when going over bumpy terrain. The gyro does not permit the cart to turn when going downhill.
Would I recommend this cart? Unequivocally yes even with the preceding areas for improvement.
Matt J.
Worked straight out of the box and next to no assembly. The remote is easy and intuitive to use. I did get the follow on add on and it also works well though does need some manual assistance from the remote at times. Battery has lasted around 27 holes.
Russell T.
I'm 71 years old. Bought the sidekick but at this time of my learning curve the hand remote is good as I learn more about controling the cart. Honestly, the side kick is like having a four year old grandson...Always watching where it is.
I have been recommending to all my golfing buddies to purchase one as I feel it takes a load off my back and legs.
Harry G.
The Cybercart has met all my expectations. It is very robust. The only way to improve it would be if the weight could be cut a few pounds.
HG
Steve S.
Best way to enjoy a round of golf, walking without carrying. Sturdy and long lasting powerful battery.
Gerard B.
3 rounds . love it- Tough getting umbrella to fit in holder:(
John W.
Love my cybercart.. need a seat though.
Derek G.
My cybercart is really easy to use, easy to navigate, and very strong and durable. It is awkward to carry from house to car, but luckily, I get to just leave mine at the club!
James D.
The cybercart is so superior to anything else on the market. Couldn’t be happier. I would be happier if someone would buy my V2. though.
RICK W.
Game changer! Love walking and not worrying about pushing a cart.
Michael U.
Takes some time to get used to the remote vs the V1. Otherwise, no issues so far.
Edward G.
I really like the Cybercart. One small complaint, the lid comes open too easily spilling thihgs out, But I think I have that fixed. I will let you know, Can"t wait for cooler weather, cause I will wear it out .
Peel C.
Very satisfied but it is heavy
Lisa P.
Tons of compliments from other golfers. Super easy to operate. Battery plenty strong and we have a rather hilly course!
Stephen I.
Very happy with the Cybercart. Easy to get set up the first time. Makes walking the golf course easy as a walk in the park.
Angela M.
Great on any course! Makes your game more relaxed!
Jeff B.
Love it. It’s like going from shoveling your driveway to getting a snow blower. Handles roots and uneven/broken pavement, navigates turns well, and I play on a pretty hilly course and it takes that on competently also. Speed adjust is excellent and responds effectively to remote. My bag didn’t sit cleanly on my last push cart but fits snug here. And the straps are easy to wrap and secure. Also has a couple magnetized spots for accessories. No complaints. Well worth it.
Joseph L.
The Cyber Cart performs even better than I expected. I have friends that use competitors products that don’t have the same stability going up or down steep slopes. It makes the round of golf and walking so much more pleasurable. Can’t wait to get some of the new add-ons that are supposed to be available (seat and cooler bag attachments). I’ll be recommending the Cyber Cart to all my friends.
Gil S.
My second cart from Alphard. Great product
Randy S.
Really enjoying the new cart. I have been wanting to do more walking of my course and the remote control cart makes that possible for me. Easy to use and works great!
Doug N.
This cart is easy to control and is much better than pushing a cart. I can now walk the golf course in the hot summer without getting exhausted! It opens and closes easily.
Manuel A.
Cart runs great and easy to use.
Rick W.
The cybercart has made walking easier and has let me focus on my next shot versus pushing a cart up and down our course. It is a game charger!! Thank you!
Larry W.
I have used the cart 8-10 times and it has been great!
The only negative is I wish the battery lasted 36 holes, but it really only lasts 27.
Eric H.
I love my Cybercart! Makes walking so much more enjoyable! As advertised.

The Alphard CyberCart Review: 7/6/25
Pros:
The Alphard CyberCart construction and overall build quality is unreal! It can climb any hill and traverse any golf course in America… CyberCart will say “bring it on and then some” it’s a “BEAST”. It will carry a PGA staff bag, gallons of water, snacks, and then push you up the hill when tired (ha ha recommended not to try). I would instead call it the Cyber-Hulk. It has a cool design (very sleek), and the controls are very responsive… it makes navigating the course a no problem. The Cyber Cart “look” isn’t over the top and will mix well into other pull/push carts on the first tee … very inconspicuous.
Cons:
Despite its many strengths, the CyberCart has some issues: the lower elastic bag strap, tangles during the unfolding process and it can get frustrating, so much so it led me breaking the securing clip… bummer!
The cart's weight is another point of concern, making it cumbersome to lift and maneuver in and out of my car. Furthermore, surprisingly the storage lid is of poor quality, popping open. I now have tape to keep it secure.
The battery design, resembling a long log that you inserted into a long tube, this could present a problem; debris can accidentally make its way into the tube, causing electrical connection problems.; Alphard does provide a detachable protective lid that unfortunately could be lost in the future … wish it was connected to the unit. Again, could see possible problem in the future of ownership.
The synthetic leather protector on the bag strap tends to slide off, which can be an annoyance. Additionally, the bag straps lack hinges, meaning golfers must have a bag of the appropriate size for a secure fit. Finally, the "opening" mechanism of the CyberCart isn't great, but after practice can be mastered and less cumbersome.
Recommendation:
Despite the issues, I highly recommend the Alphard Cyber for one reason (a big reason) its outstanding build quality. The construction outweighs the annoying flaws. The Alphard Cyber Cart is the best electronic cart by far …. Good luck competitors!
Glenn D.
Love it, makes walking a much better experience. I do find the speed varies but other than that all good
Michael M.
Well worth the spend. Easy to operate, easy to control and battery lasts a long time. Have used it 4 times now and makes walking 18 hole easy!!!
Todd G.
Cybercart is great. I play at a CC that is hilly and the cart performs as needed. Still trying to get used to opening the cart as it is still hesitant to open. I have already cracked the plastic housing to the upper bag holder due to this.
Gary G.
Have played about 6 rounds so far with this. I wish I did it sooner. Cart lasts at least 36 holes without needing a charge. Folds nicely and is easy to break down. Got several guys at my home course looking into these now.
Terry E.
Nice wide wheel base for stability and easy controls
Stephen W.
The cybercart is great. Easy to set up and store. Easy to operate and plenty of battery power. I have not walked more than 18 in a day but the battery indicator showed >50%
Tomlin R.
Awesome cart and wonderful design
Bruce F.
Need a recommendation on what bag is the best fit. My ping walking bag slides sideways and I have issues with the club going in/out smoothly.
Laurence W.
Been so fun at 69 finally getting a walking cart, and it battery ran!!! Really great experience so far, we have some high hills and elevated greens, my never misses a beat. She’s so good I named her “Betty Joe”!!!
You’ll love golf again when you get yours.
Kevin K.
love the cybercart
Mike M.
Have used the CC for 5 rounds so far. Makes a huge difference on the body vs pushing a cart!! An added benefit that I wasn't aware of is being able to find shade during hot days and navigate the cart down the fairway.
Frank B.
Few rounds in and learning to control it like a pro… love the easy setup and fold down -
Matthew C.
Love it so far!
Timothy P.
The cart is very responsive and tracks well. It holds my heavy cart bag well and moves it with ease. The cup holder could be bigger and deeper to hold my hydroflask securely. The lid on the handle compartment does pop open frequently so I will need to get that adjusted. The battery on the cart looks like it would go 36 holes but I’m not so sure about the remote. The battery on the remote died when I forgot to charge it and I had to push the cart. Overall I am very satisfied with the cart especially the ease of battery removal and charging.
Terry Y.
Works great!! Very pleased with how it operates.
Keith S.
Really enjoy walking w my cart - making my rounds more enjoyable-
Pinder B.
It so easy to assemble and put it away with a breeze. If you want a push cart, remove the battery. It works well with my sidekick from my old V2 unit as well.
Nicely done.
Matthew C.
I like my new Cyber electric push cart for the most part. It’s very stable up or down hills and side grades. Easy setup and fold down. This is my 4th electric cart over many years. This is the only one I have owned that doesn’t have controls on the handle. The remote works fine but it’s the only option (besides cell phone) for operating. I would have given a 5 star rating if manual controls were also available. I think this was a big miss.
Rob H.
Game changer for me and my wife. Makes 18 holes so much more enjoyable.
I am having one problem with the front wheel assembly. It releases and falls off when I’m opening it and closing it. Any thoughts?
Walter R.
Awesome, easy to use and a great way to get 14k steps in. Dropped a few strokes as well .
Tom H.
Searched-reviewed the major models available and this seemed have all the features at a slightly lower price. Easy to set up. Good battery life. Very good stability. Remote is easy to use. Holds the bag very well. Works as promised. No issues up or down hills. Good traction. Ordered direct. Arrived in 2 days. Satisfied after 3 weeks of use.
Robert P.
Thought it would be tougher for me to get used to it but after a couple of rounds I feel like I wish I would have bought this cyber art long ago! Much easier on my body than pushing my old golf cart, especially on hills which my course has plenty of! Contemplating getting the follow me feature next?! Not sure it would work at my course with all the twists & turns!
Michael L.
The cart handles easily around the course and in tight spots.
Christopher G.
Love the Cybert Cart. Stable, heavy duty, reliable and easy to use. Great up hills. The gyroscope feature is very useful as it keeps cart traveling in a relatively straight path (so less need to constantly adjust travel path with remote). The cart looks great and has heavy duty construction. The compartment on top handle of cart is really handy for easily storing wallets, keys, sunglasses etc...no more searching my golf bag at the end of my round to find my stuff. The only thing I do not care for is the remote control...although easy to use it has to be recharged with an iphone cable every few rounds. I find this inconvenient. Would much prefer to have a remote powered by standard batteries so I don't need to worry about charging my remote. The good news is you can use you iphone as a remote if the main remote runs out of power. Other than the remote issue I love this cart and enjoy using it.

The cart operates great, however some features are flimsy and break. The plastic latch broke, but they replaced with an aluminum latch and works fine. The upper cart bag holder has broken. Customer service has yet to get back with me for a replacement. It’s been a week and I have contacted them multiple times by email and they won’t return my call. Very disappointed with customer service.
