This kit turns your Bagboy Quad XL (2015 and newer) into a 4-wheel cart with front wheels that swivel once you add the Club Booster V2Pro. It does this by using the original back wheels from your Bagboy cart to make your cart, which enables better maneuverability, a smaller turning radius, and less power needed from your battery.
PLEASE NOTE: NOT COMPATIBLE WITH BAGBOY COMPACT 3 or QUAD "PRO" MODELS.
The length of the front cross bar should be about 14 inches to fit our BB swivel kit.

At purchase, the bot will try to add this to your order - and it is GREATLY needed, however it is NOT compatible with the Bagboy 3 and the bot does not know that. They do not make a front conversion that is compatible with the Bagboy 3 and it’s greatly needed because without it, your front wheel will eventually snap off. Had I known this was not compatible, then I would’ve ordered the entire cart set up. You really need to have humans available to speak to. I tried numerous times to talk to someone and got message machines. I sent emails. No one ever contacted me.

I see I'm not the only one that's had this problem but this kit puts widens the front wheelbase, which caused the front knuckle on the push cart to break. I contacted customer support about the issue but never received a response. I was able to fabricate a bracket that should prevent the problem from happening again, but this appears to be a design flaw with the conversion kit.

In theory this seems like a good idea, but in practice it fails. I purchased this conversion kit, and it failed. Although it did make sharp turns easier, it made me have to almost constantly steer the cart as if the cart encountered a slope, it would go off line. Finally, it ended up hitting the back of my leg and it snapped the Bagboy Front Wheel Knuckle. This has rendered the entire system useless as I am unable to find a domestic supplier that has a replacement.

this makes the BagBoy QuadXL so much easier to navigate, but this purchase replaces a previous one that just needed a simple axle shaft, a machined bolt that is unavailable as a spare part, so instead of a few dollars, it cost me another $80 to replace the swivel wheels. I am saving my old unit for its remaining spare parts.....

Got the V2 system and the swivel conversion kit in December. Now it’s April and I’ve finally been able to use it. Can’t say enough about how happy I am with the complete setup. My original Quad boy XL cart was easy to convert following Alphard’s directions and videos. I highly recommend the system to anyone interested in converting their push cart.

On One side of the unit The wheel keeps popping out so I had to zip tie it to the frame. One of the wheels is tilted in quite a bit and when I tighten it up enough to make it straight it won’t turn. Wish I had better things to say but it’s still better than it not turning at all.

Overall, the swivel has been an improvement. However, there are times when dips and ruts cause the front wheels to suddenly turn sharply in the wrong direction. I think this item could benefit from a little tighter action in the swivel.

The wheels won’t freely move in the direction intended. Once they turn they stay in that position instead of straightening out again. Not ready to give up on it yet, but not working as smoothly as I had hoped.

I ordered the conversion kit before I ordered the V2 Club Booster just to make sure everything worked properly and I was able to assemble everything properly. The kit was awesome and only took about 15 mins to install everything. As soon as I knew it fit I ordered the V2 Club Booster and away I went. Couldn't have been happier with the product and the shipping was extremely fast.

The swivel kit is a major upgrade to my BagBoy Quad XL. It saves big-time on battery consumption. I played one round without and turns were a struggle. My only criticism would be the plastic knuckle on the Quad XL. It's fragile with the extra load of the kit. I had one break with a minor impact on the course. However, I made a simple mod to strengthen the front axel and I couldn't be happier now.

Had to wait a couple of weeks for the conversion kit to arrive. Unit seemed to be working well without the swivel kit. I now have the swivel kit on my BagBoy Quad XL. It does turn easier but I don't think it's a necessity. The real down side is that my cart does not fit well into the BagBoy carrier since the swivel kit widens the axel by a few inches.

Works well. Wheels are a little too swively and they take a second to straighten out . A good upgrade would be some sort of resistance spring that brings wheels back to center after turns… I get caught pushing left them right then left again trying to get cart back on course.

Ordered Bagboy swivel kit for my Caddytek CaddyCruiser V8 cart as the front end is very similar to the Bagboy. Unfortunately there were enough differences in wheel axle size and wheel mounts that the kit could not be adapted to fit. Returned the kit for a refund.

The swivel kit was very easy to install. The directions were clear and concise. The kit makes it much easier to make turns and eliminates the excessive wear on the front tires of my Bagboy Quad. The only issue I have with the cart is in the back up feature. The cart used to back up in a straight line, but with the swivel kit when you hit backup, the wheels jerk to the right or left and the cart backs up in a tight circle. Haven't figured out how to overcome that yet. Generally a good product, 4 stars only because of the backup issue.

Only gave four stars because instructions do not tell you how to tighten it up and adjust the camber. Out of the box the wheels bounce around a lot. With the Tie Rod tightened up the bouncing is gone. Have not figured out how to get the negative camber out of the wheels. The cart does track pretty well and it’s a lot better than having non swiveling wheels.

Added the conversion kit for the front wheels on my Bagboy Quad and feel they are a significant plus for the mobility of the cart as the V2 is no longer having to push the front end one way or another when trying to change direction. I have only had a couple of rounds with the swivel kit, but first impressions are that the added mobility is saving power in the battery as well. I do find that the front wheels have a tendency to bounce a little too freely going over rough terrain so I wouldn't say no to adding a tensioning adjustment to the front linkage to allow the user to set the looseness of the wheel linkage (how fast the wheels would change angle / direction). All in though very happy with this addition.

Literally takes minutes to convert to swivel. Best to start go forward first then turn and not turn first...especially on pathways or concrete. Happy with purchase.
