My Cybercart had a part break that was not available for replacement. Alphard went out of their way to accommodate me and sent me a refurbished cart which was in fantastic condition.
The battery of the new unit would only charge to 3 out of 5. They sent me a replacement battery which ended up having the same issue. It turned out that the charger was not working correctly, so they sent out a replacement charger and everything works great.
The customer service was top notch throughout with great follow up and responsiveness. I am a loyal customer and highly recommend Alphard and the Cybercart.

I was having several issues with my battery, not charging or not energizing to power up my Cyber cart. I sent a few videos to Alphard Golf technical support and they sent me a replacement battery and a control box. Once I received both components, I was able to troubleshoot the issue was directly related to the battery. My new battery is operating fine in my Cyber cart starts perfect and runs all day long without any issues compared to the previous battery. I returned the unused control box and the defective battery, all went without a hitch. Appreciate all the support from Alphard Golf .

My battery with my cart started having an issue with completing a full round without going dead. The battery was less than 1 year old. I contacted Alphard and they replaced the battery after some trouble shooting. They acted fast to correct the issue.

Alphard has an excellent product in its Cybercart, and I’ve enjoyed using it. I did experience challenges with the battery dying before completing eighteen holes. Since my cart is still under warranty, I notified Alphard, and they promptly sent me a replacement battery. I appreciate their customer support team for addressing the issue immediately and for the professionalism they demonstrated throughout the process.

I really liked the V2 but it was old and I was having to replace parts due to proper wear and tear. I decided to upgrade to the Cyber Cart and it worked fine for the first 8 months or so. I took time off from golf and stored it in my closet in my home. When I took it out 2 weeks ago, I noticed that after it had charged overnight, that it was only at 2 green lights. This should not be happening after 1 year. I received my cart 12/29/2024 and then this happens.
This is a picture of my Cyber Cart battery-fully charged. As you can see, it only has 2 green lights. i see that the NEW batteries they sell after Jan 1 2026, have a 2-year warranty, whereas mine only has a 1-year warranty. I received my brand new cart in Dec 2024 and the battery is crap. They know something is wrong with them, which is why they have created a new warranty period with the newer batteries that are purchased. $325 dollars to replace this battery is ridiculous and now I have a heavy golf cart that I have to push when the battery dies after 8 holes.

Battery life is nowhere as advertised. Im down to one bar/light after 18, even on flat courses in my area. I would be confident playing more than 20 holes.

When my original battery quit after about 10 rounds, Alphard customer sent a new one without hesitation. The new battery is great and the customer service was outstanding.

I play on a fairly hilly course . My original battery would hardly make 18 holes . So for my piece of mind I spent the money on a second battery . Well the second battery still has 3 green lights .. I’m thinking there’s something wrong with my original battery. CAN YOU HELP !! ????? But the second battery works great . Just hoped the original battery would work out better

Bought cybercart at the end of June 2025 recently retired so used cart at a minimum is 4rds a week! Only issue was had to reboot battery once after receiving it and once more cart has operated without any issue throughout entire summer!!
