Installation Instructions
Carefully flip the Cybercart Push+ upside down to access the mounting area without unfolding the cart. Position the control box in place and secure it using the four M4×16mm screws provided in the kit. Ensure all screws are tightened securely for a stable installation.Note: When installing the control box, ensure that the plugs are oriented toward the front wheel for proper alignment and functionality.
Unfold the Cybercart and turn it over to access the rear wheels. Remove the original wheels by unscrewing the M16 nuts. You may leave the existing brake housing in place; however, ensure the brakes are in the release position. If not, the brake stud may rub against the new motorized wheels, potentially causing interference.
Gently lift the left wheel pivot and align the holes on the wheelie bar with those on the wheel pivot. Insert the provided M6×44mm screws through the wheelie bar tube and pivot holes, then secure them with the M6 nuts. Once the left wheelie bar is installed, repeat the process for the right side.

Fold the cart halfway to create space between the secondary tubes. Route the wire and connector through the pivot hole.
Lift the pivot, align the flat surfaces of the motor stud and pivot hole, insert the wheel, and secure it with the M16 lock nut.
Plug the connector into the control box with the silver latch facing down—you will hear a click when secure. To unplug, press the latch first. Use the provided rubber strap to secure the wires.
Begin by removing the battery cover to access the compartment. Insert the battery into the designated slot until you hear a distinct click, indicating it is securely in place. Ensure the battery is fully seated and the connection is firm before replacing the cover.
The battery lights will turn on first, followed by a few blinks from all four lights on the control box. After that, all control box lights will turn off except for the yellow gyroscope light, which will remain solid, and the red operating light, which will continue blinking—this indicates the system is ready for use.
Press and hold the power button until the display screen lights up. This indicates that the remote is successfully powered on and ready to communicate with the Cybercart system.
You are all set to begin your round. With the system fully operational, you can now enjoy a smooth, hands-free experience as the Cybercart effortlessly follows your lead across the course.
Remote Pairing Instructions
If you need to pair a new remote or re-pair your existing remote:
- Power off the Cybercart and ensure no other units are nearby to avoid interference.
- Turn on the remote control.
- Press and hold both the "STOP" and "Gyro" buttons simultaneously until the screen displays "Remote Pairing."
- Turn on Cybercart within 5 seconds by holding the power button on battery.
- The control box light will begin blinking, indicating that pairing mode is active.

Troubleshooting & Support
| Issue | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| The Cybercart will not power on. | 1. The battery is not fully seated. 2. The battery is not charged. |
Remove the battery. Re-align and re-insert it firmly until you hear the click. Charge the battery fully using the provided charger. |
| The remote will not connect to the cart. | 1. The cart is not powered on correctly. 2. The remote and control box have lost their pairing. |
Ensure the cart is on and the red operating light is blinking, then re-pair the remote. Ensure the Cybercart is powered off. On the remote, press and hold the "STOP" and "Gyro" buttons simultaneously until "Remote Pairing" appears. Power on the Cybercart within 10 seconds by holding the battery button until the red operating light blinks. |
| A wheel wobbles or feels loose. | The M16 lock nut was not sufficiently tightened. | With the cart off, firmly tighten the M16 lock nut on the axle (Step 4) until the wheel is secure. |
| The cart pulls hard to one side. | The original brake housing is rubbing on the new wheel. | Unfold the cart and inspect the wheel from Step 2. Ensure the manual brake lever is in the "release" position and the brake stud is not touching the new motorized wheel. |
| One or both wheels do not spin. | The main motor wire is not connected properly to the control box. | Unplug the main connector (Step 5). Re-plug it firmly, ensuring the silver latch is down and you hear a click. Secure the wire with the rubber strap. |
