Issue Possible Cause Solution
Plastic wheel is tight/hard to remove (Step 1) The wheel is tightly fitted on the rear wheel pivot/spokes. Lift the rear wheel pivot for easier removal. Alternatively, use a soft hammer to lightly tap on the spokes to help it slide off.
Nyloc nut falls out of the nut cavity (Step 1) Nut dislodged during removal of the wheel or screws. Replace the nut, ensuring the nylon ring is facing outside so that the screws can be properly secured during reassembly.
Missing plastic tube for new stabilizer (Step 5) The plastic tube from the original stabilizer was not retained. Remove and retain the plastic tube from your original stabilizer; it is required for placing the new stabilizers.
Motor wheels are not functioning (End of Installation) The motor wire connectors were not re-connected. Ensure the motor wire connectors, which were removed in Step 5 for easier stabilizer installation, have been securely re-connected.
