Cybercart Giveaway - Official Rules
Promotion period: August 3-9, 2026 | Sponsor: Alphard Golf Inc.

1. Sponsor
The Cybercart Giveaway (the “Promotion”) is sponsored and administered by Alphard Golf Inc., 8 The Green Ste B, Dover, Delaware 19901, United States (“Sponsor”). Questions may be sent to contact@alphardgolf.com or directed to (302) 488-0774, Monday through Friday, 10:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. Eastern Time.
2. Promotion Period
The Promotion begins at 12:00:00 a.m. Eastern Time on August 3, 2026 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. Pacific Time on August 9, 2026 (the “Promotion Period”). Sponsor’s computer systems and records are the official timekeeping devices for the Promotion. Purchases completed after the Promotion begins are eligible even if the website’s promotional content or forms are published later that day.
3. Eligibility
The Promotion is open only to legal residents of the District of Columbia or any state in the contiguous United States other than Rhode Island who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry. Residents of Alaska, Hawaii and Rhode Island are not eligible. Employees, officers and directors of Sponsor, and members of their immediate families or households, are not eligible. The Promotion is void in Alaska, Hawaii, Rhode Island and wherever prohibited or restricted by law.
4. How to Enter
4.1 Free Online Entry
During the Promotion Period, visit alphardgolf.com and submit the Cybercart Giveaway form using a valid email address. No purchase or marketing-email subscription is required. Existing Alphard Golf email subscribers are not automatically entered and must submit the giveaway form during the Promotion Period.
4.2 Automatic Purchase Entry
A person who completes a purchase of a Cybercart or Cybercart + Sidekick from Alphard Golf during the Promotion Period will be automatically entered using the email address associated with the order. A purchase does not provide an additional entry or improve the odds of winning. An order is not eligible if it is fraudulent, a test order, cancelled, returned, charged back or fully refunded before winner verification.
5. Entry Limit and Entry Conditions
Limit one entry per person for the entire Promotion, regardless of whether the person submits the form, makes one or more purchases of Cybercart or Cybercart + Sidekick, or uses both entry methods. Duplicate entries may be removed. Entries generated by scripts, bots, automated methods, aliases, multiple identities or other attempts to exceed the entry limit are void. Sponsor may require proof that an entrant is the authorized user of the submitted email address. Incomplete, late, illegible, corrupted or otherwise noncompliant entries may be disqualified.
6. Prize
One winner will receive one Cybercart in the winner’s choice of color. The approximate retail value of the prize is $1,379. Free shipping to an eligible address is included. Sidekick and other accessories are not included. The prize is nontransferable and has no cash-redemption option except for the purchaser refund described in Section 9. Sponsor is not responsible for differences between the stated approximate retail value and the actual retail value at the time the prize is awarded.
7. Random Drawing and Odds
On or about August 10, 2026, Sponsor will conduct a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. Sponsor may combine and deduplicate form and purchase entries before the drawing. One potential winner and two ranked alternates may be selected. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. All eligible entries have an equal chance of winning, and a purchase does not increase the odds.
8. Winner Notification and Verification
Sponsor will contact the potential winner by email on August 10, 2026. The potential winner must respond within 48 hours of the time the notification is sent and provide any information reasonably required to confirm age, residence, identity and compliance with these Official Rules. Sponsor may require an eligibility affidavit, liability release, tax documentation or other legally required forms. If the potential winner does not respond within 48 hours, cannot be contacted, is ineligible, declines the prize or fails to complete required verification, the potential winner forfeits the prize and Sponsor may contact the next ranked alternate. A person is not the confirmed winner until Sponsor completes verification.
9. Treatment of a Winner Who Purchased
If the confirmed winner purchased a Cybercart or Cybercart + Sidekick during the Promotion Period, the winner will receive a refund instead of a second Cybercart. Sponsor will refund the actual amount the winner paid for the Cybercart after discounts, plus the actual sales tax attributable to the Cybercart. The Sidekick, accessories, other merchandise, shipping upgrades and unrelated charges are not included in the refund. Sponsor may require the winner to provide the Cybercart order number and proof of purchase. Refund timing may depend on the original payment method and payment processor.
10. Winner Announcement and Optional Winner Content
After the winner is confirmed, Sponsor may announce the winner’s first name, last initial and state on Sponsor’s Facebook and Instagram profiles and in Sponsor communications. Sponsor may separately ask the winner for permission to use the winner’s full name and state and may request a photograph and video of the winner using the Cybercart after delivery. Permission to use the winner’s full name and providing a photograph or video are optional and are not conditions of receiving the prize. Any broader use of the winner’s name, image, likeness, voice or submitted content will be subject to the winner’s separate permission and applicable law.
11. Taxes
The winner is solely responsible for all federal, state and local taxes and any other costs or expenses associated with accepting or using the prize that are not expressly included in these Official Rules. Sponsor may request tax-identification information and may issue tax-reporting documents when required by law. The winner should consult the winner’s own tax adviser regarding the tax treatment of the prize or refund.
12. General Conditions and Conduct
By entering, each entrant agrees to comply with these Official Rules and Sponsor’s reasonable decisions concerning administration of the Promotion, which are final and binding to the extent permitted by law. Sponsor may disqualify any person who tampers with the entry process, attempts to obtain more than one entry, provides false information, interferes with the Promotion, acts fraudulently or abusively, or violates these Official Rules or applicable law. Sponsor will not arbitrarily reject a valid entry or fail to award the advertised prize.
13. Release and Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, advertising and promotion providers, and the platforms used to advertise or administer the Promotion from claims, losses, damages or liabilities arising from participation in the Promotion or acceptance, possession, use or misuse of the prize, except to the extent caused by a released party’s gross negligence, willful misconduct or other liability that cannot legally be waived. Nothing in these Official Rules limits any nonwaivable consumer right or remedy.
14. Technical Problems; Suspension or Modification
Sponsor is not responsible for entries or communications that are lost, late, incomplete, misdirected, corrupted, blocked, undeliverable or not received because of technical failures, network or service interruptions, browser or device settings, email filtering, platform errors, human error or events beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control. If fraud, technical failure, security incident, legal restriction, natural disaster or another event materially impairs the integrity or operation of the Promotion, Sponsor may suspend, modify or terminate the Promotion to the extent reasonably necessary and permitted by law. If the Promotion is terminated early, Sponsor may select the winner from eligible entries received before the impairment. Sponsor will not use this section to avoid awarding the prize after a valid winner can reasonably be determined.
15. Privacy and Marketing Communications
Sponsor will use personal information submitted in connection with the Promotion to administer the Promotion, verify eligibility, communicate with entrants and the winner, prevent fraud, maintain legally required records and fulfill the prize. Marketing-email consent is optional and is not required to enter or win. Entrants who opt in may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time. Personal information will be handled in accordance with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy. If these Official Rules conflict with the Privacy Policy regarding administration of the Promotion, these Official Rules control only to the extent necessary to administer the Promotion lawfully.
16. Platform Disclaimer
This Promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Facebook, Instagram, Meta, Google, Shopify or Klaviyo. Entrants release those platforms from responsibility for the administration of the Promotion to the fullest extent permitted by law. Questions about the Promotion must be directed to Sponsor, not to those platforms.
17. Governing Law and Disputes
To the extent permitted by law, these Official Rules and the Promotion are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Before filing a claim, an entrant must give Sponsor written notice at contact@alphardgolf.com and a reasonable opportunity to resolve the dispute informally. Any claim that cannot be resolved informally must be brought individually, and not as part of a class or representative action, in a court with jurisdiction in Delaware, unless applicable law gives the entrant a nonwaivable right to proceed elsewhere. Each party waives a jury trial only to the extent that waiver is legally permitted. Nothing in this section eliminates nonwaivable rights under the law of the entrant’s state of residence.
18. Severability and Rule Priority
If any provision of these Official Rules is held invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted and the remaining provisions will remain in effect. If promotional copy conflicts with these Official Rules, these Official Rules control.
19. Winner List
To request the winner’s first name, last initial and state, email contact@alphardgolf.com with the subject line “Cybercart Giveaway Winner List” no later than October 9, 2026. The winner may also be announced on Sponsor’s Facebook and Instagram profiles after confirmation.
