Alphard Golf: Wholesale Terms of Sale

Program Policies & Key Terms

Important: While the four points below represent our most critical program standards, your partnership is governed by the comprehensive Terms of Sale detailed in the following sections.

  • No Marketplace Sales: Reselling or advertising Alphard Golf products on Amazon, eBay, Walmart, Costco, or Target.com is strictly prohibited.

  • MAP Policy Adherence: Wholesale accounts must strictly follow our Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) policy; no price protection is offered during Alphard Golf DTC seasonal promotions.

  • No Drop Shipping: Orders must ship to a Verified Dealer Address on file. Shipments to any third-party address (residential or business) incur a handling fee per item.

  • Payment Terms: Account terms (e.g., Net 15) are assigned at account creation and may be subject to change periodically with prior notice.


1. Ordering & Inventory Allocation

  • Authorized Channels: Dealers are encouraged to use the Shopify B2B Portal for self-service ordering and real-time inventory tracking.

  • Manual Orders: While manual orders via email are still available, please note they may require additional processing time compared to portal orders.

  • Inventory Priority: Alphard Golf reserves the right to allocate inventory at its sole discretion.

  • Stock Discretion: Acceptance of an order does not guarantee immediate fulfillment; we may prioritize internal Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) channels during periods of limited supply.

  • Territory: All products are for resale within the United States only. International transshipment or unauthorized export is strictly prohibited.

2. Brand Integrity & Digital Marketing

  • MAP Policy Enforcement: Violations result in a tiered response: 1st (Written Warning), 2nd (30-day suspension), 3rd (Permanent termination).

  • Keyword Bidding Restrictions: Dealers are prohibited from bidding on "Alphard Golf" or specific product names (e.g., "Cybercart") in paid search campaigns (Google/Bing).

  • Negative Keywords: Dealers must add "Alphard Golf" and "Cybercart" as Negative Keywords in their ad accounts to ensure their ads do not compete with official brand advertisements.

3. Pricing & Promotions

  • Wholesale Independence: Wholesale pricing is independent of any Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) promotions or seasonal discounts (e.g., Father’s Day) offered on AlphardGolf.com.

  • No Price Protection: We do not offer price protection, credits, or rebates for inventory already in a dealer’s possession during Alphard Golf retail promotions.

4. Payment & Financials

  • Terms & Fulfillment: Specific terms (e.g., Net 15) are granted at our discretion and apply from the date of fulfillment.

  • Tiered Late Interest: To encourage timely payment, the following interest rates apply to overdue balances:

    • Invoices 1–60 days past due: 1.5% interest per month.

    • Invoices 60+ days past due: 5% interest per month.

  • Payment Methods: We accept Credit Cards, ACH, and Wire Transfers. We reserve the right to implement a credit card processing fee for future transactions.

5. Shipping, Logistics & Taxes

  • Shipping Address: Standard orders must ship to the dealer’s own registered business or warehouse location as provided in this application.

  • Drop Ship Definition: Any shipment to an address not owned or operated by the Dealer is classified as a drop shipment and will incur a handling fee per item.

  • Claims: Discrepancies, shortages, or shipping damages must be reported to Alphard Golf within 5 business days of delivery.

  • Tax Compliance: Dealers must maintain a valid State Sales Tax ID and signed Exemption Certificate on file; tax is automatically applied if certificates expire.

6. Returns, Warranty, Demo & PUD Policy

  • Returns: "Change of mind" returns for unopened items are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

  • Warranty Support: We prefer end-users utilize the Alphard Golf Warranty Portal directly for technical support.

  • Floor Demo Units: To support in-store visibility, Alphard Golf may provide "Demo Units" at a discretionary discount. These units must remain on the sales floor as active demonstrators for a minimum of six (6) months and may not be sold as "new" merchandise.

  • Restricted PUD Policy: Personal Use Devices (PUD) are not a standard dealer benefit. Requests are reviewed individually and granted at Alphard Golf’s sole discretion. Approved PUD units are for exclusive individual use and are strictly prohibited from resale.

7. Intellectual Property

  • Usage License: Dealers are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use official Alphard Golf high-resolution imagery and logos.

  • Brand Standards: Logos and brand marks may not be altered. The creation of websites mimicking AlphardGolf.com is prohibited.
