I like my new V2Pro, however my critique is with the cart. Having the front wheel that can swivel is a must, but that wheel also needs to have some form of spring or shock absorbing effect. That wheel does take some abusive shock when it hits at an angle an edge on a path.

I have been pushing a cart for 15 years. I’m about to turn 65 and found I was getting fatigued by hole 15. The closing 4 holes on the course I play are hilly, mostly up hill. I was considering becoming a cart riding player but did not like the idea of giving up the walk. The Alphard cart has totally changed the way I feel at the end of the round! It’s easy to set up and take down. Best money I have spent on golf equipment!

Love how it works. Very reliable and easy to use. Only downside it that it has not large net for stowing jackets etc. and no small pocket to temporarily stow items like rangefinder or snacks. The water cup stowage doesn't tolerate a Styrofoam or other disposable cup because it sits at an angle,

If you had mentioned somewhere in the instructions that the cart locks into the wheels when you pull out, the stabilizing wheels would be a help. The first time I used it I didn’t realize that and how to lock it in. I had to see it on a YouTube video.

I'm enjoying walking the course with the V2 Pro. Set up was easy! Using the wheelie bars as the latches for the pull cart was ingenious. Carrying the bag or pushing a cart wasn't really an option, but this is a great way to be able to walk the course without being exhausted at the end of the round!

Took longer than I cared for to get. One guy said he couldn't find my order even though I had an order number. Once I got it it works fine but wish there were more accessories. The covered basket barely holds my cell phone. Price was right, but service was a C.

I recently received my V2 Pro + Omni Cart. I had 2 open heart bypass surgeries last July. My Doctors suggested I keep up my walking routine. I advised him that I golf a lot and walk most rounds. I’m already playing golf and have already walked 3-18 and 1-9 hole round. It has allowed me to walk without additional effort, strain, or fatigue. Senior League play begins in 2 weeks and I’m ready to go. I plan to add pictures to my next post. The V2Pro + Omni Cart has allowed me to continue enjoying my passion for golf. It performs exceptionally and was a great value compared to others on the market. I believe it is an excellent product. I recommend it to several others in the short time I have used it. We purchased the two Alphard V2 with Omni Cart bundles for us. We enjoy playing golf together and we live on a private course complex that features 3 courses that are very walkable. These new carts are replacing competitor carts that had sealed lead batteries and the framework on the older carts didn't hold up well for us.
Set up and assembly took about 10 minutes per cart. My favorite features are the detachable lithium batteries, the rechargeable remotes, the ability to "free wheel" should the battery die and the smooth and steady operation of the V2 power drive unit. We were able to get 27 holes of use from the first full charge.
It's easy to charge the batteries so we intend to charge up after every 18 holes.
My only criticism is that the webbed beverage holder should be a few inches deeper and perhaps larger in circumference. It basically holds a plastic water bottle or pop/beer can. But I want to use a larger drink container for water and currently that isn't practical because my water bottle doesn't fit.
Otherwise we are extremely happy with our purchase.

I have the V2 and Omni cart. This will be my 5th season with the V2. I purchased the Omni Cart two years later as I was using a Sun Mountain and a Clickgear with the fixed front wheels. I found, especially on wet turf, I need a turning front wheel. I highly recommend this set up for anyone wishing to get away from pushing a cart. I get 18 holes easily and if I push it I can get 34 holes from one charge. I have a spare battery, having purchased a new one 2 years ago, for those really hilly courses. Best combination I've seen on the market. Fantastic customer support and service. Two thumbs up.

Putting the cart onto the wheels really confused me though. You need to put in large letters the support wheels need to be in the closed position to connect the cart.

Love the product but the currier was a disaster. Was notified it was coming one day, stayed in all day, no delivery. Following day whilst out was notified that they had tried to deliver. Following day received notification that it had been delivered, but I had not received, then a neighbour brought it to my house, quite poor really.

Worked well for 1st year and then started losing battery capacity. Now i only get 14 holes and have to push the cart manually for the last few holes - a lithium battery shouldn't degrade so quickly unless its really cheap quality.

I’ve played 3 rounds now with the V2 Pro. It’s a pleasure to use, safe and secure and has made the game that little bit easier. Not being bent over a trolley makes walking behind it so much easier. The battery life is amazing, my course is pretty hilly and long and it’s only used the first light on the battery, about 20% 2 rounds would be easily achieved. A bit Thanks to Peter, who answered emails really fast and ensured a smooth purchase and customer satisfaction. Great product!

My order arrived very promptly and it only took a short time to assemble the V2 Pro including fitting the hedgehog wheels. Only used it a couple of times so far but all seems to be well. It is very stable, the only time it came close to toppling was when a gust of wind caught the umbrella.

Saw the cart on Gary Martin's YouTube channel. He was at Halifax GC which is notoriously hilly and the machine performed admirably. I have only used it for 3 rounds so far but this seems to be a solidly built piece of kit. Remote is very responsive and battery life appears to be excellent. The absolute best golf purchase I've made ,ever. I've had a stand bag,a push cart and this is the best investment I've made in the game. If only all those new clubs made the game that much more enjoyable. The battery easily handles 27 holes on a full charge and I almost made 36, ran out of battery power just off the tee box at hole 36. My home course is a mountain course, the only flat terrain is the parking lot.

Having only used my V2 pro / omni cart combo twice, I’m already smitten! My slightly dodgy hips were causing me all sorts of grief using my old pull cart for a full round, and they are already breathing a sigh of relief. Genuinely think that this will add years to my ability to keep playing and enjoying Golf!
The actual kit does exactly what it was advertised to do - after two holes it had already become second nature. Set up is a doddle, and the battery has so far not left indicating full after 18 holes. Solid kit, and gets admiring glances from people using other brands that at a higher price have no remote at all!!

I wanted an electric trolley so my husband did the research. He narrowed the search to an MGI, Alphard V2 and CyberCart. The V2 is the better design for many reasons: wider rear wheel span for much better stability, rear wheels on one axle for even wheel wear, lighter to transport since the V2 and Omni Cart are separate. I purchased the V2 + Omni Cart and love it and now my husband has one too.

The videos online were for the earlier model of the Omni Cart and the V2 wheelie bars. Also I got 2 copies of the "Speedlock System installation Instructions" which made me think that perhaps I was missing something. Most importantly, it is NOT clear from the printed instructions or the online videos whether I need to add stopper plates to the Club Booster V2 since I purchased the V2 and Omni cart combo. I expected that the V2 would have already had the stopper plates for the Omni cart in the correct location.

I wanted an electric trolley so my husband did the research and narrowed the search to MGI and Alphard. He choose the Alphard V2 Pro + Omni Cart bundle for several reasons: it has a wider rear wheel width for greater stability, the rear wheels are joined to a common axle so the wheels wear evenly (a plus compared to the CyberCart), the transportation weight is lighter since it's in two pieces and it's a much better value. When my cart arrived my husband used it and thought it was so great he bought one for his self. We both highly recommend the V2 Pro + Omni Cart.

Love the Omni cart and V2 Pro booster. I was able to play 33 holes before the battery ran low. I forgot to charge the battery my second time out……Like many… I would like a better cup holder design. The V2 booster wheel adjustment stops were not necessary to install with the omni cart. The instructions did not indicate that. I wasted a bit of time researching on the internet. But…. It is a great cart and drive! You cant beat it for the price. Make sure to purchase the seat for the Omni cart. Well worth the additional $60!

I got the V2Pro + Omni Cart budle for $997 with a $100 discount. All preassembled upon delivery (minor assembly) and takes 5 seconds to get it out of the car and go. Both the cart and the V2Pro are well made and totally stable(I have witnessed few pricey carts flipping over). Delivered in 4 days as well.
It's like having a caddy and you will have more than enough gas left in your tank after a full round.
I highly recommend getting this bundle. It will change your game!

The cart works great. Battery life is great. I love it. The only three problems I have are 1) The cup holder already broke, 2) The wheel spacers keep coming loose and shifting out of place and 3) The wheelie wheels slip out of place and need to be pushed back two or three times per round.

It’s really a game changer! Have the Omni cart which I built to fit the V2 Pro. That means simple setup! I’ve been using a nice 4 wheel push cart, but the difference in the way I feel at the end of a round is significant. And it takes strokes off my score because my shoulders aren’t sore and my swing lazier at the end of a round. Absolutely love this product
