I enjoy walking the fairways but not pushing a cart so after much research I purchased the V2Pro +omni cart. The V2Pro +Omni cart worked flawlessly going up and down the steepest hills without tipping over or stalling out. After finishing a very long and hilly course I still had 2 out of the five battery lights still showing. I'm confident that on a more level course the battery will last for 36 holes. If it continues to perform over the next several years I'll be more than pleased.

Awesome product! I’ve used a handful of rounds already. Was a little disappointed on arrival as the cart was equipped with 2024 parts and the booster had the 2025 parts. After a couple weeks of waiting it was corrected though. Cart works great. Haven’t tried getting 36 holes out of it yet, but after 18 holes the battery is around 70-80% still.

The V2Pro is awesome! We were going to put it on our Bag Boy Nitron, but decided to buy the Omni Cart with the V2Pro since the Nitron doesn't have a swivel wheel in the front.
The Nitron is a better cart set-up in terms of storage, cup holder, etc, we ended up buying a number of accessories (phone holder for GPS, Magnets for remote control, and rangefinder) but the Omnicart works great with the V2Pro and doesn't require any retrofiting.
Overall we are very please and are really love not paying cart fees or having to carry our bags.

The V2Pro Omni Cart is wonderful. I can walk the course, including the huge hills, and still have energy to focus on my game. The cart is sturdy and doesn't tip on the hills. Also, the remote is very responsive. I am very happy with my purchase.

My only complaint is that the assembly instructions were for an earlier design than the one I purchased, however I was able to correctly assemble it without callin support. The cart & drive work great, actually better than similar carts from different mfg’s that are more expensive.

On the fifth time using it, the right side pin would not release with bar that releases it. The other side currently works but doesn’t fully engage. Seems to be a very bad design. I have tried to call once and tried to chat a few other times. They have sent only one email back just saying I hope all is good. So not very happy with customer service either

love the omnicart and V2 . I own the zip navigator but this is a much better cart given its wider back wheels and a longer chassis front wheel. It does not tip over when hitting a depression , going along side hills or up an incline. The only downside is the battery life which last 27 holes but having to charge after every round is not an issue. Its also a much easier cart to push if your battery dies like your normal pushcart unlike the navigator. more imortantly this omnicart package with V2 is more affordable than the Zip Navigator.

V2 is great. As a package, it is almost perfect. The cart is lacking for a decent cup holder. Why even bother putting on the net cup holder, it is worthless. A storage net under the push handle would be nice.
All in all I am thoroughly enjoying walking with my cart instead of pushing my cart.

The product is pre-assembled when delivered so I am able to assemble the rest of them smoothly. However, the last piece I was trying to install is a stop plate then I found out the hex key provided is too big - seems for M4-20 but my all hex screws including the one for a stop plate are smaller or for M4-10. I have contacted a support team but never got a positive response. Their post-sell service is so slow and bad. I am trying to decide if I should return a whole product...

The Omanicart and club-booster work very well together. The system is easy to use, stable, copes with uneven terrain and is very reasonably priced compared to other remote control pushcarts. The automatic shut-off at 25 yards has already prevented me from accidentally losing control of the cart through inattention. I highly recommend this system.

I suggest you review and revise the install directions/instructions. For the average person, they are not very well presented. Hire a technical writer to assist. The fonts are too small and not very legible.
Also, your Customer Service staff is non-responsive, which is not good. Other than that, the unit works well so far.

I was so excited when it arrived. The fedx driver told me that he had delivered three of these exact boxes that very day! I later discovered that four of my neighbors had ordered a v2 ! I play golf five days a week usually and really enjoy this cart. It is quick and very responsive. It is awesome on hills and around our raised greens.. It is not heavy and is easy to roll right up into my van without and disassembly. My only wish is that it had a control on the handle so that I could manually operate it without the remote. Best electric cart !!

I purchased the V2 and cart about a week ago. The small amount of assembly on the cart was very easy. The remote was not paired with the motor but the instructions explained how to pair them.
I have used the V2 3 times, once on a course I normally ride on because of hills. The unit has performed very, having no trouble climbing and controlling speed on steep downgrades. The operator still needs some experience as I tend to over compensate on turns. The unit is very responsive.
18 holes has been using only about 20 per cent of the battery. Assembly and disassembly is easy and the entire unit is only 20 pounds.
My only complaint is that the angle of my bag on the cart makes it somewhat difficult to remove clubs that are closest to the cart. It would be good to have an adjustment for the golf bag to sit more upright.

This product is well made. Its an improvement on my Zip Navigator which unfortunately has a design flaw. If only the rear wheels were 2 inches wider on each side then the zip navigator wont tip over so easily. The Alphard is more stabel being wider and lighter to carry in and out of the trunk amd assembly is simple and fast.

Easy setup in seconds. Battery lasts atleast 2 rounds if you’re not carrying too much weight on it. I had a small/medium cooler with ice Gatorade and water on it and it almost drained the battery after one round down to last bar. After I charged it and played the next weekend without my cooler on it, battery only went about half way.
But I recommend all day long over any other electric cart.

We are a bit disappointed that my husband emailed pictures and express how these wheels are not aligned straight .We spend a lot of money for this item which it took over a month to get. Someone was supposed to get back to him and no one did.
I was so happy to surprise him and now it’s been a few wks since we received it and still haven’t used it.
I gave you a two start because when I ordered you did send an email saying you were delayed on mailing braces back orders.

Very disappointed with the delivery of this product. When ordered I was sent an email the next day stating they were making adjustments to the V2 Pro and that it would be shipped the week of March 10th a month after ordering. The email said I would be very happy with the new adjustments to help speed the set up. 1st after a month with no communication or update I had to call several times before someone answered, when they did they stated I would receive and email in a couple days. A week later nothing. I called after a week and someone finally provided a tracking number. Said I would receive on a Monday but luckily it came on the Saturday before in 2 parts (cart first)which is strange then second part (motor)was delivered a day later. When I opened the cart box I noticed bent screws which damaged the paint and broke the end cap near the clamp arms. Also the handle adjustment is flimsy so if you have to push it for whatever reason the handle is not secured enough and wiggles while pushing. Not good quality or design there. Disappointing to say the least. More care in prepping the product for shipping would be helpful.

The cart worked as expected. My golf course is very hilly. At first I was concerned if the battery will last the 18 holes course and if it has enough HP to go up the hill.
The cart performed beautifully and I am very with the purchase. The wheels are spread out more than some other brand but if you are only carrying one in your car then it should be fine; if you ordered two then you would need to consider the room in your car and your storage at home.
Although I am happy with the purchase. I do wish it was more compact for easy transportation and storage; only issue for me because I have two.

Was doubtful if it would be that useful. But a friend convinced me to try it and I must say it was an excelllent decision to purchase. Makes walking fun. Nothing better than having your cart meet you on the other side of the green versus having to walk back to get your cart. I have used it about 50 rounds now, and this thing is a beast. It can traverse the waste areas and woods as easy as it accesses the fairway. I would recommend it to anyone wishing to consistently walk the course.

I’ve had the V1 & V2 with clickgear carts and now the V2 with the Omni Cart. The Omni cart has some definite improvement over Clicgear. The rotating front wheel makes it much easier to steer, the seat mounts much easier and its cushion is much more comfortable. The detachable front wheel is very nice for cleaning and storing. The V2 is much nicer than the V1, I especially like the easy battery change, I have 2 batteries and just swap them in my car after use to recharge. The key lock on the V2 remote is also a great improvement, it prevents accidentally having the cart run away (which definitely happens).
There is still room for improvement. I miss the CG mesh equipment bag just below the compartment for extra storage and access. The ball compartment is too shallow, it could be deepened to hold more. I’m tall and the umbrella attachment is too short and there is no extension available. The integrated cup holder is very nice, but it needs to have a larger width for wide bottles or 24 oz coffee mugs. Although the cart folds up nicely, it doesn’t click together so you can’t just lift it by the handle or it unfolds.

I have played 6 rounds since getting my OmniCart and I absolutely love it. It's SO much nicer than pushing my old hand cart. I have found that I am not as tired at the end of the round. I have recharged the battery after each round, but the claim of lasting for 36 holes looks to be a fact. My battery is less than 50% drained after 18 holes. I highly recommend this package.

4 rounds played with the TFS and Club Booster. Like having a caddie. My playing partner just got a more expensive cart from Costco, it tipped over on the first hill. The V2 wide wheel base is a plus. Was contemplating the Sidekick, which is sold out, but not sure it is needed.
I am completely satisfied, the only question now will be longevity 3-5 years out.

First impressions:
Diagrams and photos in assembly instructions are pretty low quality and difficult to follow (and I’m and engineer). Downloaded the app and checked for firmware updates. Update available but phone has been in “update mode” for 45 minutes and still 0% updated. When I try to exit firmware update mode it says it’s downloading update…how long can this take?
Otherwise seems good quality hardware and looking forward to road testing soon.

The only reason for buying new was my cart itself was looking pretty rough and the Black Friday of new mechanism and cart for a super low price was too much to pass up. This my 2nd V2. I use the V2 for about 100 rounds of 18 a year. My original V2 was paired with my Clicgear cart. The new V2 has the cart from Alphard included. Original V2 still running strong so I am handing it down to a friend. Looking forward to traveling down the fairways with a pair of V2, in tow!!
