V2/V2Pro Battery

The most I got out of a brand NEW battery was 25 holes. VERY DISAPPOINTING. I love the V2, but the battery is overrated or mine wasn’t up to standards.

I’ve had my club booster V2 for just under 2 years, and the battery life is terrible now. Used to go almost 36 holes when I tested it the first couple times, now it has died on me on hole 17 and 18 my last two rounds. I estimate I’ve used it for around forty 18 holes rounds.

Definitely great for saving your back and personally I think any electric cart helps you stay more in tune with the course and focus on your game. Initially I did enjoy the Alphard V2 but the quality of parts is poor. I’ve used it roughly weekly for the past two years. Within those two short years I’ve already had to replace several parts including the battery which is not cheap. I’m disappointed that the V2 won’t last longer considering the price. The fact they have so many replacement parts readily available for purchase makes it clear that they don’t expect their product to last. I’ll probably opt for a dedicated electric cart this next go around.

My first battery didn’t last very long. I’m hoping this one is better. Fool me once… The system is pretty good though. There’s definitely a learning curve and tips and tricks.

I only got 120 charges out of it (over estimated as I played 120 rounds and took a cart for at least 10% of those) and it’s advertised to get 300? It didn’t slowly die either. Just abruptly stopped working on the 7th hole on a full charge. Reached out for help but it’s been more than a week with no, non automated response. Reluctant to continue with buying a new battery every year or 2.

Spare battery , good quality product.

I bought the extra battery to mitigate the risk of forgetting to fully charge the battery in use from the last round of golfing competition on a 3-4 days golf tour

I now have a backup in case the other fails.

Battery will no longer hold charge. Lasts only 14 holes one year old. Very disappointed in your customer service. No one has returned my messages, just bot responses. Not what I expected after a great first year using the V2. Now what do I do. Not impressed!

Good battery but only get about 22 holes of charge on a pretty flat course.

I had used the V2 for just over a year and started to see issues with the V2 wheels just turn off two or three times during a round. Disappointed the battery only lasted a year! Funny story: I play on a hilly course, on one of those of those times when the wheels lost power, I had to go chasing it down the hill. Haha! I appreciated that the new battery only took 5 days to get here so I could continue to use the V2 wheels with my cart. That’s for the quick shipping.

Works well on flat courses but seems to run down fairly fast on hilly terrain. I play Torrey Pines North course once a week and the battery is run down to the last light on the 18th hole.

Purchased a second battery in case I want to play/walk 36. I rotate the batteries between rounds of 18.

This golf cart is just like having a personal caddy. I have walked some pretty hard course’s with pretty steep Hills, and was not tired at all. You would not go wrong if you bought this cart.

After a couple of years my original battery pack won't moke it through 18 holes. The new one has full capacity and now I also have the old one as backup in the bag, since it is pretty light. I do wish that they had a little more capacity. One problem I find with the design is that someone's when I hit a bump the connection is briefly interrupted and the unit has to reboot and it stops and becomes unresponsive for 20-40 seconds.

This is truly a great purchase if you have already bought a push cart and didn’t want to buy a new electric one. I have only used it several times so far but absolutely love it.

I have been using my Alphard golf V2 on my caddy tech for almost a year now. I have a trip up coming to Bandon Oregon next week. I Purchased a second battery to maintain the rigorous schedule of two rounds a day. Quality of the battery is excellent, shipping time was 2 to 3 days, customer service also gets five stars excellent rating.

Product was exactly as described, communication was great, very quick shipping.

Replacement battery works well. Hopefully it will last for more recharges than the original battery did. It’s small enough that you can carry a spare in your golf bag.

Having a second battery insures I will have power in the middle of a round when a battery did not get charged.

The battery is excellent and shipping was very fast! My only complaint is that my original battery quit working and it was still under warranty. I was as told by you to contact Alec from go fund me, which I did. I got no response. So I was forced to purchase a replacement battery. I have had many people purchase Ewheels because I have given them such high praise for the product and service. Unfortunately the warranty has been disappointing. Please let me know if there is a better way to get the under warranty battery replaced. Thank you!

I bought the V2 battery thinking (mistakingly on my part) that it would work as part of the V1 to V2 upgrade. That is not the case as both have different connection systems and fit differently. I can return the V2 battery (at my cost) for a refund but a new V1 replacement battery is not projectted to be available until September, at best, and cannot be backordered. Customer service has been very prompt to reply and helpful in their responses. Good job there.

First things first, my Alphard Club Booster V2 electric eWheel has made golf more fun & enjoyable than I could have first imagined when I bought the eWheel earlier this year. Because I wanted to keep walking playing three times per week I decided on Alphard Club Booster V2 because it converted onto my exsisting push cart, keeping my cost down. There were afew carts available for less and many more out of my price range. so I decided on Alphard it looked like a high quality product, boy was I right. What makes a high quality products great? CUSTOMER SERVICE Dept. After 5-months my battery started to under perform only lasting less than 18 holes. I reached out to Alphard via Internet help website. I recieved immediate reply and solution, a battery replacement via free delivery. Because I play three days a week I decided I needed a back-up battery to avoid future issues. I purchased a back up battery they sent it 2-day express free delivery in time for my next golf outing. Quality performance from the very beginning, eWheel performed extremely well on hilly golf courses like San Clemente, Hidden Valley, and Tijers Creek, etc. When you have a customer service department like Alphard I have no problem recommending Alphard eWheels, and for the advit golfer who plays 3 to 4 times a week I also recommend you purchase a backup battery easily stored in golf bag, it's slender design makes it easy. My final comment about V2 battery; it's powerful, last 40-holes between charge but, recommend charging after each round, or have a backup battery if you play often per week. Love the extra battery! I typically get about 32ish holes out of a full charge on the V2. Bought this spare so I can always have power. It also helps me run the previous battery completely empty so I prevent creating a charging memory on it. GREAT product! I love my V2 and so does everyone at my course!

Had a V1 with a Clicgear single fixed front wheel for 3 years. It was great. Upgraded to V2 with a Rovics (same company as Clicgear) swivel front wheel. It's at least 10 times better. And having seen several different electric carts on the golf course, V2 with a swivel front wheel cart beats anything else out there that I have seen. Battery is good for 27 holes; didn't make it 36 holes. But I bought a spare battery, so it worked out just fine. And the Alphard E-wheels V2 is comparable in price to most other electric cart prices that I've seen on the course. Forget the tether, but the remote is great and the anti-tipover wheels are worth it.

Golf every other day sometimes the following day providing time. Slip one in to charge return home charge used batt and slip other fresh batt. into motor ready for next day round of golf.

This is a second battery for my V2. I always have a back up in case I forget to charge the original.

Love my ewheels V2 I recommend it to all my friends at the club and I think it helps my game...I’ve always been a walker, now I am not tired on the back nine

Absolutely love my eWheels! I use the tether and remote while playing and suggest the wheelie bars and a spare battery! This makes walking way more enjoyable! Use tether when in wide open areas and remote when in tight spots. Everyone that plays with me now wants one!!!!!
