Swivel Conversion Kit for Clicgear model 3.0/3.5+/4.0

The V2 is a round energy saver. Converting my current push cart to a motorized push cart makes walking a round of Golf so much more enjoyable. I no longer have to park my cart close to the next hole; instead I can park my upgraded cart anywhere and have the cart meet me heading to the next hole. Less steps I have to walk to retrieve my push cart. It was very easy to convert and also very easy to assemble at the golf course. This is an awesome addition for walking a golf course.

I’ve had my V2 for 3 Years. I have over 150 (18) hole rounds on this battery. I have a clicgear walking cart with the single front wheel. I just added the swivel conversion kit and have used it 5 times. It’s a game changer! So much easier to move around the golf course. Very easy to install! I now use 25% less battery power for an 18 hole round. This item will help save my battery in the long run. I highly recommend the swivel kit.

64 years old, decided to start walking when I play after many years of not. Started using a Clicgear 3.5 and pushing it, had a couple of buddies in the group with the V2, asked a lot of questions and eventually purchased. What a game changer vs pushing. Just like taking a long, casual walk. Setup was a breeze, including attaching the swivel kit, took maybe 30 minutes, if that. Flawless after 5 rounds with it. Hills, no problem, side hills, no problem. I think it has 6 speeds and is easy to get it to match a comfortable walking pace. Best golf purchase I have made in years.

What a great set-up.My new cart beats the heck out of my golf partners MGI cart.

Kit works great. But if had to do over I would pick the Omni cart special and sell my Clicgear to make up difference. I prefer the single swivel wheel. The double is limited to 45 degree wher the single can make 90. Plus the double does not back up well

Purchased the Club Booster V2 and conversion kit for my Clic Gear Cart. Pretty easy to install and works like a dream. My golf buddy also purchased and it makes walking courses in our area so much nicer. Would recommend to anyone that walks golf courses. I have had no issues completing 18 holes on a single charge but not much battery left after that. Minor gripe is with the remote. It has a charging port on the side covered by a silicone cap. The cap continues to come off as you use the remote, again minor gripe that I fix with a small piece of painters tape. The App is great, my buddy forgot his remote at home and was able to use his phone to run the cart.

Love the whole system. Works great at the course up and down hills and is as much fun to drive as playing golf! I will be much more anxious to walk when I golf in the future.

I never received this item in my shipment despite paying for it. I have contacted them many times and their customer service has never responded. Yet, they email me asking for a review!? At this point, I need to contact the Better Business Bureau and my credit card company. I would be very cautious purchasing from this company.

Conversion wheels to a Clicgear3.5 was super easy. Nice quality. Wish there was a better way to attach the brake cable if not cutting off. That would make it a 5+ product.

The front swivel kit has been outstanding. I can’t believe how fun it is to use.

This add on provides improvements to the original clicgear. Greater mobility because the cart turns more easily without the friction of having to drag the front while while turning….. probably helps with the battery. Also provides more stability as the foot print is wider.

With the conversion there are at least 3 major improvements I functionality. #1 steering, it turns on a dime and can be navigated through narrow openings. #2 going up steep hills used to be a wheely with the original set up. The front end is heavier and all four wheels stay grounded going up said hills #3 Extended battery life. The 5 light dots indicating a full battery charge , had 3 lights left at the end of 18 holes an improvement of 2 lights and perhaps another round on a single charge ( haven’t tried that yet). I would recommend this HIGHLY as a vast improvement on maneuverability of the click cart Which enhances the enjoyment of the golfing experience

My swivel conversion kit, for my clicgear cart was easy to install, and a pleasure to use. This retrofit has replaced the fixed front wheel I used to have on the cart. Now my turns are negotiated easily even in the rough.

Swivel kit was relatively easy to install except for one minor hitch. The mounting holes in the swivel kit were 90 degrees off of the existing holes in my 2.0 Clicgear. Fortunately I was able to drill new holes in the Clicgear. I’ve been able to use it for two rounds and really like it. I carefully measured and it actually folds down a bit smaller than the Omni cart, even with the two front wheels. Looking forward to using it next season here in the Chicago area!

I love this two wheel conversion kit. Ease of turns is immeasurably better than a single locked wheel. It’s a cheap fix, and the driving experience is so much better than the original cart. Well worth the money. Get one.

I feel 20 again, walking 18 holes, then going to work teaching martial arts classes all evening. The best golf investment I`ve ever made. I`m a new man because of this wonderful V2 Booster. Greg Roy

Installed my new swivel kit on click gear 3.0 fixed wheel. It is amazing. Less resistance, turns on a dime and tracks true. Recommend to any one with fixed wheel. So much better!!!

Works well turns easy and can do a 360 on a dime better than the single wheel.

I like the swivel kit compared to the single wheel because it makes the whole unit turn much easier. The single wheel, especially on pavement, caused a lot of friction with the surface. In the longer term it would cause more wear and tear on the front wheel.

Works extremely well has made a lot of difference in the amount of battery used each round and steering the cart is very easy. With the original fixed wheel on my cart I barely had enough battery to finish one round, with the new wheels I now could do two rounds without charging.

VERY VERY easy install. Haven't tried on the course yet, but have tried it outside the house and the turning radius is much better than anticipated. Should be amazing. Thanks Alphard! keep up the good work.

I love it, it works well where I don’t have to go backward anymore, I just turn the cart around since it is easier to do. It uses less battery because it is very smooth.

Easy to change the one-wheel to the dual. Glad I kept the original back wheels. I didn't see anywhere on your promotions that those wheels would be necessary. Maybe I missed it? The new setup is far superior to the original. Thanks. John

I'd rate the wheels a 5, but I can't bring myself to say I "love" a pair of wheels. While I'm not an especially handy person, replacing the front wheel of my Clickgear 4 went relatively smoothly, and the wheels work well with the V2, enabling it to turn sharply. I find the Clickgear a little easier to open than it was before, and I like that the two wheels you remove from the back of the cart go on the swivel kit. And the cart folds to a size not much larger than before the conversion. I'm glad I got the swivel kit.

Works well. Its more stable than 3 wheeled original, less prone to tipping, especially in high winds with an umbrella.

I have had this kit now for 2 months. I have about 8 rounds with it. This past round, the bolt and nut holding the steering rod came undone when I was playing mid round. I was able to place a tee in it to finish off the round. I did not think this would happen so soon if ever. Also the right front wheel being closer to the down tube support hits when making a right turn. Besides these issues. I enjoy the system and see the value over the single straight wheel on the clicgear 3.5+ system. I am glad I purchased the unit, just have to fix the main issue.

Overall, very happy with the conversion. The cart now turns right and left easily. Much better than before. My only complaint is that the cart tends to turn left on its own. This requires that I turn right to keep it going straight. Not a big deal.

Replacing the original one wheel setup with the two wheel setup was very easy. After modifying the wheels and upgrading the electronics to V2, the first time out was very positive. 1. Cart drove in a straight line 2. Turning was so much easier with the new setup 3. Having reverse mode was a positive enhancement Overall, I am pleased with the enhancements and still pleased with the ability to fold up the cart without major effort.

Had a bear of a time getting the two main screws off. Stripped the heads, finally had to find a way to get a vise grip on them. Otherwise, not a problem. Almost intuitive. Instructions were OK but hard to see exact parts, but once disassembled, no problem figuring out how to attach.

Installation was difficult, but not the fault of the swivel kit. It took a couple of days to remove the 2 screws that hold the front wheel on the clicgear. I had to resort to wd40, liquid wrench, reverse bits, a torch and the rubber band trick. The only downside of the swivel kit is that it is bigger than the three wheel push cart and is difficult to fit everything in a medium sized SUV. I have to put the rear seats down.

It seems that the wheels turn to easy. Can I tighten the wheel axle? Also is harder to fold up. I think the non turning front wheel handled better.

Easy assembly. Just remember to keep your old wheels as it doesn't come with wheels.

Came in quickly easy to install works great. Only thing is the two screws they sent to attach to cart back out on golf course so I had to put in some bolts with lock washers. All good now

This steerable front axle makes the Clicgear cart much more responsive and maneuverable, especially if you have a heavier golf bag. The unexpected benefit was that the V2 axle now needs about 1/3 less battery power to get through 18 holes! Installation was easy, and the folded cart doesn't take up much more room than the original version. Great upgrade and re-purposing of the old rear wheels!

After seeing a few people with the Alphard V2 on the golf course, I purchased an Alphard for my click gear 3.0 push cart a few weeks ago. It was very easy to setup and use. I did not cut the brake cable on my click gear as suggested in the setup instructions in case of future needs. Today I used my cart with the Alphard V2 and I was very impressed. Since this is my first motorized cart it took a few holes to get use to using the remote. After that it was awesome. At the end of the round (18) holes I had 4 of the battery lights still on. This was surprising since my local course has a lot of hills. I think I could have played another full round before charging the battery. The cart did not flip over regardless of how steep the hill is. This is a great device. I completed the round and did not feel tired and I am almost 70 years old. One note it is important which way you turn the Alphard V2 when attaching it to your cart or you may find when you push the forward button it may go in reverse.

I bought both the V2 upgrade and the swivel kit. It’s has fundamentally changed my V1. The battery last longer and it turns so much easier. Worth every penny!

Glad I switched. It makes turning and control so much easier. You don’t have the issue where the single stationary wheel gets stuck and won’t slide side to sideways de.

Easy to install, but added a stabilizer bar to stop the jingling of the wheels.

The turning is much better with the front wheels. Cart is very stable. Reverse is a little awkward because the wheels turn but that is not very common. Glad I have them.

Game changer! I know guys who don’t have the swivel conversion kit and the turning is choppy at best but with the swivel conversion kit it’s pure butter!

Easy to replace my original conversion kit front axel after the axel broke when I drove it into a spot I shouldn’t have. Took all of 10 minutes to remove the old one and replace it with the new one.

Converted a Clichear 2.0 using the wheel conversion kit. Had to self engineer a solution as screws do not line up, however once the brake assembly and front wheel w insert is removed from clochear it was easy to drill holes and use the provided screws!!!

I completely upgraded from v1 to v2, added a front wheel swivel kit and wheelie bars. Game changer and not too difficult if you are somewhat mechanical minded. Definitely recommend.

The swivel conversion is a nice upgrade to the clicgear 3 wheel cart. I love the engineering that went into this piece that allows the cart to function as it originally did and folds up perfectly. However there have been a couple of flaws that have emerged that aren’t a big deal, but I had to fix them. First one was that the screws provided to attach it to the cart stripped out. I fixed it by drilling through both sides and just using a screw and nut combination that has worked great. The second issue is that over time the screws and nuts on the sway bar can loosen up. If you don’t watch them and regularly tighten them up, they can come undone even with the locknut. Still it’s a great product and would definitely buy again if I had another clicgear.

I like it. But the first time I used it I lost the nut and bolt and three washers that holds the bar to both wheels. So had to go to ace hardware and get that. I guess going forward you need to check all the nuts and bolts.

Easy to change and a real improvement versus the single fixed wheel. Much easier to turn. It takes a little time to get used to how quickly it turns compared to the single wheel. Love it.

If you have the clicgear fixed front, the swivel is a must and a GAME CHANGER! Really easy to install as well.

The most innovative product I have purchased in years. The conversion to my existing pushcart was seamless with clear directions and the reuse of the rear wheels is applaudable. In my opinion this concept is the best on the market. There are many positives around the design and ease of use of this product. Certainly, if you are in the market for an electric pushcart you will not be disappointed with this Alphard Club Booster.

The conversion kit is a no-brained add-on to the V2. It adds stability to the cart by converting the 3-wheeler into a 4-wheeler. If you have the V2, you should definitely add the conversion kit.

This swivel wheel accessory is an absolute must have if you currently have your Alphard device attached to a fixed front wheel cart. Turning is much easier. With this accessory your battery charge lasts much longer. My cart was much like turning the Titanic late into the round before I upgraded to the swivel. My CG3.O still collapses just fine. The only negative is, after installation of the swivel unit, you lose your ability to perform manual braking. Parking lot assembly/disassembly requires creativity. Avoid downhill lies. Marketing won't make you aware of this lost convenience. Still worth it!

This conversion kit works great to replace the fixed front wheel on my ClicGear push cart. It does make the Alphard Club Booster work a lot more efficiently - easier to maneuver and the battery lasts much longer! The one down-side is that you lose the parking brake. An ok trade-off for the increased efficiency, but an issue if you ever just want to use the push-cart by itself.

This front wheel conversion is a game changer for handling. The battery lasts longer when it doesn’t have to fight to turn the cart, unlike the stationary wheel that came with the click. If your using the remote, the cart straightens out as soon as you release the L/R button. The conversion also allows for a tour bag to sit lower, between the wheels. Bag is more stable.

Defiantly the way to go. Turns much better and smoother also much more stable for off camber areas. Defiantly refer to a friend

I'm a hard core Alphard V2 user for 2+ years, playing 3 days per week. I finally found the perfect combination to make golf life enjoyable especially at San Clemente golf course a very hilly layout and challenging course to walk however, with the Aphard swivel wheel kit the cart is stable especially on turns, side hill, and downhill, and the maneuverability with the remote control is smooth & fantastic. I purchase the Alphard Swivel Two Wheel Kit for my Clicgear #4 cart, well worth the investment. It took less then 10 minutes to install. It's made maneuvering around the golf course easier and more fun without the stress of when the cart will tip over(single swivel wheel). I absolutely like the way the swivel two wheel responds to the remote control, it's lot more stable with two front wheels. Highly recommend the ALPHARD TWO WHEEL SWIVEL KIT.

Switched to this instead of single front tire on my clic gear 3.5. No issues with set up. Cart turns much easier especially in the rough. Only issue that occurs is trying to back up cart…. Overall, great product!! Would recommend

I've walked over 1600 miles with my Alphard kit, and finally had to replace the front kit because someone in a golf cart ran in to it and broke it. Outstanding performance. I also walk very hilly courses, so it saves me a ton of energy.

The swivel conversion upgrade to my clicgear push cart was the best thing for me. The cart is now stable and easy to control, with the new addition of the V2 Alphard power wheel set. I would recommend this set for golf who enjoy walking the golf course.

Adding the two front wheels was a snap! Reusing the rear wheels on the Click gear for the front swivel is brilliant engineering. Ultimately, it makes the maneuverability of my cart. Incredible. I love it!

Certainly turns better than with the single wheel ClikGear, perhaps a bit too loose so the cart waggles when driving however the gyroscope seems to keep it in line.

Easy to assemble. Haven’t had the chance to use it just yet but I am looking forward to use all summer long.

Good quality, good service in getting the product. Only thing that would help is some sort of a dampener on the tie rod to help keep the front wheels in a more steerable position. They are all over the place when you hit some rough terrain. Thanks to all, Dave C.

I love the change kit for my Clicgear and customer support guys! I received the kits and noticed 2 screws came with the kit could not be firmly fixed on, but later I learned that it was my mistake not carefully check the installation suggestion on YouTube. Addition to my mistake I lost those screws! I immediately contacted to customer support and they mailed out those lost screws and fitting.
