One Receiver tube comes with bolt and nut
Dale C.
The wheelie bar brackets were just the key to keep the cart from tipping on a couple of steep slopes on the course.

Front cap of tube came loose after first use, but worked as needed after adding a little glue to it.

Arrived in record time. Easy to install. Now stop the rain. This is the Willamette Valley.

I would suggest a website improvement.
When I converted my clickgear , the brackets I bought did not come with the extension for the anti tip wheels.
To me, this was not clear from my website purchase. I had assumed that the extension was part of the bracket assembly, as I did not encounter a suggestion to purchase them when I selected the brackets.

Customer Service we’re so helpful in replacing the receiving tube for my wheelie bar.

In today's dog-eat-dog world, it's truly refreshing to come across genuinely good people like you. Your exceptional service has left me in awe, and I cannot express my gratitude enough.
I recently lost a custom part for my V2, which was neither a warranty item nor available for purchase. When I reached out to you with a simple inquiry about my options, I never expected such a kind and helpful response.
Your prompt reply and willingness to send out a pair of wheelie bar receiver tubes, despite the shipping costs, have exceeded my expectations. Alphard you give us all hope as you have proven that there are still companies out there who genuinely care about their customers.
Thank you, Alphard, for going above and beyond. Your remarkable service. I am truly grateful for your assistance.

Alphard golf customer service was 100% satisfactory to my needs. They stayed on my concerns until the job was complete. The replacement part that I needed was lost by FEDEX. Customer service sprang into action and took care of the rest to my satisfaction.
Thank You again

This bar has solved my issue of having the rubber pads fall off. I was having issues going up hills when my bar would spin and the rubber pads would be "spit" out of the clamps.
The receiver bar holds my clamps into place and I haven't had any problems since!

The team at Alphard were great at sending out the wheelie bar receiver tube which has seemed to fix the problem I was having with keeping the clamps in place and not having the rubber pads come off. Fingers crossed it continues to work!
