Love my cybercart.. need a seat though.
Derek G.
My cybercart is really easy to use, easy to navigate, and very strong and durable. It is awkward to carry from house to car, but luckily, I get to just leave mine at the club!
James D.
The cybercart is so superior to anything else on the market. Couldn’t be happier. I would be happier if someone would buy my V2. though.
RICK W.
Game changer! Love walking and not worrying about pushing a cart.
Michael U.
Takes some time to get used to the remote vs the V1. Otherwise, no issues so far.
Edward G.
I really like the Cybercart. One small complaint, the lid comes open too easily spilling thihgs out, But I think I have that fixed. I will let you know, Can"t wait for cooler weather, cause I will wear it out .
Peel C.
Very satisfied but it is heavy
Lisa P.
Tons of compliments from other golfers. Super easy to operate. Battery plenty strong and we have a rather hilly course!
Stephen I.
Very happy with the Cybercart. Easy to get set up the first time. Makes walking the golf course easy as a walk in the park.
Angela M.
Great on any course! Makes your game more relaxed!
Jeff B.
Love it. It’s like going from shoveling your driveway to getting a snow blower. Handles roots and uneven/broken pavement, navigates turns well, and I play on a pretty hilly course and it takes that on competently also. Speed adjust is excellent and responds effectively to remote. My bag didn’t sit cleanly on my last push cart but fits snug here. And the straps are easy to wrap and secure. Also has a couple magnetized spots for accessories. No complaints. Well worth it.
Joseph L.
The Cyber Cart performs even better than I expected. I have friends that use competitors products that don’t have the same stability going up or down steep slopes. It makes the round of golf and walking so much more pleasurable. Can’t wait to get some of the new add-ons that are supposed to be available (seat and cooler bag attachments). I’ll be recommending the Cyber Cart to all my friends.
Gil S.
My second cart from Alphard. Great product
Randy S.
Really enjoying the new cart. I have been wanting to do more walking of my course and the remote control cart makes that possible for me. Easy to use and works great!
Doug N.
This cart is easy to control and is much better than pushing a cart. I can now walk the golf course in the hot summer without getting exhausted! It opens and closes easily.
Manuel A.
Cart runs great and easy to use.
Rick W.
The cybercart has made walking easier and has let me focus on my next shot versus pushing a cart up and down our course. It is a game charger!! Thank you!
Larry W.
I have used the cart 8-10 times and it has been great!
The only negative is I wish the battery lasted 36 holes, but it really only lasts 27.
Eric H.
I love my Cybercart! Makes walking so much more enjoyable! As advertised.

The Alphard CyberCart Review: 7/6/25
Pros:
The Alphard CyberCart construction and overall build quality is unreal! It can climb any hill and traverse any golf course in America… CyberCart will say “bring it on and then some” it’s a “BEAST”. It will carry a PGA staff bag, gallons of water, snacks, and then push you up the hill when tired (ha ha recommended not to try). I would instead call it the Cyber-Hulk. It has a cool design (very sleek), and the controls are very responsive… it makes navigating the course a no problem. The Cyber Cart “look” isn’t over the top and will mix well into other pull/push carts on the first tee … very inconspicuous.
Cons:
Despite its many strengths, the CyberCart has some issues: the lower elastic bag strap, tangles during the unfolding process and it can get frustrating, so much so it led me breaking the securing clip… bummer!
The cart's weight is another point of concern, making it cumbersome to lift and maneuver in and out of my car. Furthermore, surprisingly the storage lid is of poor quality, popping open. I now have tape to keep it secure.
The battery design, resembling a long log that you inserted into a long tube, this could present a problem; debris can accidentally make its way into the tube, causing electrical connection problems.; Alphard does provide a detachable protective lid that unfortunately could be lost in the future … wish it was connected to the unit. Again, could see possible problem in the future of ownership.
The synthetic leather protector on the bag strap tends to slide off, which can be an annoyance. Additionally, the bag straps lack hinges, meaning golfers must have a bag of the appropriate size for a secure fit. Finally, the "opening" mechanism of the CyberCart isn't great, but after practice can be mastered and less cumbersome.
Recommendation:
Despite the issues, I highly recommend the Alphard Cyber for one reason (a big reason) its outstanding build quality. The construction outweighs the annoying flaws. The Alphard Cyber Cart is the best electronic cart by far …. Good luck competitors!
Glenn D.
Love it, makes walking a much better experience. I do find the speed varies but other than that all good
Michael M.
Well worth the spend. Easy to operate, easy to control and battery lasts a long time. Have used it 4 times now and makes walking 18 hole easy!!!
Todd G.
Cybercart is great. I play at a CC that is hilly and the cart performs as needed. Still trying to get used to opening the cart as it is still hesitant to open. I have already cracked the plastic housing to the upper bag holder due to this.
Gary G.
Have played about 6 rounds so far with this. I wish I did it sooner. Cart lasts at least 36 holes without needing a charge. Folds nicely and is easy to break down. Got several guys at my home course looking into these now.
Terry E.
Nice wide wheel base for stability and easy controls
Stephen W.
The cybercart is great. Easy to set up and store. Easy to operate and plenty of battery power. I have not walked more than 18 in a day but the battery indicator showed >50%
Tomlin R.
Awesome cart and wonderful design
Bruce F.
Need a recommendation on what bag is the best fit. My ping walking bag slides sideways and I have issues with the club going in/out smoothly.
Laurence W.
Been so fun at 69 finally getting a walking cart, and it battery ran!!! Really great experience so far, we have some high hills and elevated greens, my never misses a beat. She’s so good I named her “Betty Joe”!!!
You’ll love golf again when you get yours.
Kevin K.
love the cybercart
Mike M.
Have used the CC for 5 rounds so far. Makes a huge difference on the body vs pushing a cart!! An added benefit that I wasn't aware of is being able to find shade during hot days and navigate the cart down the fairway.
Frank B.
Few rounds in and learning to control it like a pro… love the easy setup and fold down -
Matthew C.
Love it so far!
Timothy P.
The cart is very responsive and tracks well. It holds my heavy cart bag well and moves it with ease. The cup holder could be bigger and deeper to hold my hydroflask securely. The lid on the handle compartment does pop open frequently so I will need to get that adjusted. The battery on the cart looks like it would go 36 holes but I’m not so sure about the remote. The battery on the remote died when I forgot to charge it and I had to push the cart. Overall I am very satisfied with the cart especially the ease of battery removal and charging.
Terry Y.
Works great!! Very pleased with how it operates.
Keith S.
Really enjoy walking w my cart - making my rounds more enjoyable-
Pinder B.
It so easy to assemble and put it away with a breeze. If you want a push cart, remove the battery. It works well with my sidekick from my old V2 unit as well.
Nicely done.
Matthew C.
I like my new Cyber electric push cart for the most part. It’s very stable up or down hills and side grades. Easy setup and fold down. This is my 4th electric cart over many years. This is the only one I have owned that doesn’t have controls on the handle. The remote works fine but it’s the only option (besides cell phone) for operating. I would have given a 5 star rating if manual controls were also available. I think this was a big miss.
Rob H.
Game changer for me and my wife. Makes 18 holes so much more enjoyable.
I am having one problem with the front wheel assembly. It releases and falls off when I’m opening it and closing it. Any thoughts?
Walter R.
Awesome, easy to use and a great way to get 14k steps in. Dropped a few strokes as well .
Tom H.
Searched-reviewed the major models available and this seemed have all the features at a slightly lower price. Easy to set up. Good battery life. Very good stability. Remote is easy to use. Holds the bag very well. Works as promised. No issues up or down hills. Good traction. Ordered direct. Arrived in 2 days. Satisfied after 3 weeks of use.
Robert P.
Thought it would be tougher for me to get used to it but after a couple of rounds I feel like I wish I would have bought this cyber art long ago! Much easier on my body than pushing my old golf cart, especially on hills which my course has plenty of! Contemplating getting the follow me feature next?! Not sure it would work at my course with all the twists & turns!
Michael L.
The cart handles easily around the course and in tight spots.
Christopher G.
Love the Cybert Cart. Stable, heavy duty, reliable and easy to use. Great up hills. The gyroscope feature is very useful as it keeps cart traveling in a relatively straight path (so less need to constantly adjust travel path with remote). The cart looks great and has heavy duty construction. The compartment on top handle of cart is really handy for easily storing wallets, keys, sunglasses etc...no more searching my golf bag at the end of my round to find my stuff. The only thing I do not care for is the remote control...although easy to use it has to be recharged with an iphone cable every few rounds. I find this inconvenient. Would much prefer to have a remote powered by standard batteries so I don't need to worry about charging my remote. The good news is you can use you iphone as a remote if the main remote runs out of power. Other than the remote issue I love this cart and enjoy using it.

The quality, maneuverability and ease of use is excellent. The battery is easy to connect/disconnect before and after my round. Charging for battery and remote is very simple. The storage trunk allows for my phone and wallet with room to spare. The magnets provide a secure grip for my remote and range finder. Finally, it’s a pleasure walking 18 holes without having to push my old cart!!!
Kevin C.
I should have purchased this years ago.
Michael M.
Took a minute but finally pulled the trigger and glad I did. Love the walk.
Kim R.
Absolutely terrific!
George O.
Love the cart- I am not a fan of the sidekick.
Mark D.
Excellent product! Just as advertised.
Stephen B.
Love the cart and the responsiveness. My remote will randomly disconnect from blue tooth or just turn off?
Any fix for this?
Marco V.
It’s been a a great product so far and definitely a fantastic upgrade from the V2. Just having it encompassed into one piece is so cool. I am really enjoying it. Thanks again Alphard!
glenn r.
easy to use and sturdy - great addition to my game!
Michael
Works well. I just wish the seat was available
Sam W.
Best packaging I’ve every seen, very satisfied with this cart, does everything advertised.
William L.
I love the Cybercart well. But your e-mail system or the service people do not know how to respond to an email. Looking for a part for the cell holder that broke. No response at all this isn't the first time. I would like get a sand bottle also.
Alan B.
Excellent upgrade from previous V model (which I’ve had since the starter campaign and put 700 rounds on it without any problems). Well designed and thoughtfully includes many useful features (wheelie bars now integrated, sand bottle holder, etc.). Great work Alphard!
Marty M.
A fantastic purchase and product!
Narender S.
My issue with the cart was fixed in a timely manner and I really appreciate the support.
Andrew M.
Everything I hoped it would be!
AJ S.
Solid build. Very easy to maneuver and handle. It is heavy which reflects on its quality. Crazy to charge and a very convenient battery placement. Still getting used to how to fold it and place in my trunk.
Dale P.
I have used my 2025 Cybercart on 4 golf rounds. So far it has been a dream scenario to free my arms up so I can walk without the strain of pushing clubs all day. I did max out the speed a couple times in the first round and the battery may have overheated and it stopped working until the next day. I would recommend to keep your speed at level 3 or 4 all day and it has not happened again since I did that.
Steve M.
I am very happy with my new Cybercart. It is well built and has many features that helped me make the decision to purchase it. I like the design, and the price was another selling point. My country club is very hilly and the Cybercart helps me finish 18 holes less tired.
Thanks,
Steve Mikutowski

I love my new Cybercart! It’s been a game changer. My experience with Alphard has been great from the start. They are attentive, accommodating & very helpful. Thank you!
Rick J.
Great cart and easy to use. Using the remote becomes second-nature quickly. You do, of course, need to pay attention and I have made the mistake a couple times of helping a friend look for a lost ball and forgetting my cart was still heading up the fairway... Folds up nicely. It is heavy and you must take care with getting it in and out of your vehicle so your back doesn’t complain. Full carbon-fiber or titanium frame would be nice, but probably cost prohibitive. Drive wheels don’t have much in the way of ridges/tread, and can slip on wet slopes, so need to steer around if needed. All in all - I love it and can’t imagine playing without it at this point. (Have used for about a month now - 3x a week).
Joseph L.
great product but the cup holder is not usable --- too flimsy, water bottles slide right out of it.
Juan L.
Used the cart for about 12 rounds very easy to learn.
Michael M.
Solid, sturdy, easy to master.
Irving K.
Love this product! Love the ability to fold like a regular cart, charging and battery is easy. The controls are easy, and to be honest kind of fun! Can’t wait to continue to use it.
Bruce P.
The first time I used it I walked 18, and with the SideKick, the cart followed me like a puppy dog, and I walked 5.8 miles.
Denis D.
The cart be lighter would be easier to load in the car for my wife.
Tony C.
Totally satisfied so far. I struggle with upper and lower back issues. The Cyber Cart has been a blessing. I’m able to enjoy walking again. Instead of pushing in the bent over position I can now walk upright which takes stress off the back.
Calvin A.
Works well, a little stiff in opening up the frame,
dee g.
Cup holder SUCKS! Lost my ice and water 3 times in 1 round. Kinda hard to scoop it back into the cup with dirt and grass in it. Then you better remember to disconnect it from the cart before loading it into the vehicle because it will surely break first time you forget. So, thanks for a shitty design.
Dan C.
I’m an 80 years old golfer in need of more exercise. I live in a semi retirement golf resort with lots of older golfers. The Cybercart was recommended to me by a former golf professional about my age. He was right!! I’m getting in the exercise I need without the bore of just walking without purpose. The Cybercart is a great value.
Kenneth G.
I would buy everyone one of these bad ass machines if I could
Amazing
James S.
Overall I enjoy the cart. The cart has been used approximately 20 times and the following items have broken on the cart. 1- the phone holder broke. 2- The clip that holds the cart in place once it is set up broke off. 3- the upper bracket that secures the bag has cracked and will break off totally soon. The build quality on this cart is questionable. I previously owned a V2 and loved it except for the space that it took up in my car. The Cybercart folds nicely and fits in my car well. It is also easy to set up. The Cybercart tips more easily than the V2 due to the width of the wheels. Jim Schmitt

I bought this cart at about 5 months ago and have used it for about 20 rounds. It’s a great cart for the price but with use I have identified a few places for improvement. Good things about this cart id plenty of battery power and cart power to go up decent inclines in the hills of Colorado. It’s responsive and the gyro works well 99 percent of the time but now and then it wonks out and you have to turn the gyro off then back on and your in business. The only issue I have with the cart itself as far as weak spots is 1. Opening and closing the cart is not graceful or easy. Because the way the wheels push out from the middle to open position you really need to find a balance of pushing with one leg while pulling up on the cart since friction of the ground is fighting you as the wheels spread open. I have gotten used to it but it’s not very intuitive or easy at first. The CG on the cart is very high and even though the wheels are wider then most electric carts it doesn’t seem to unstable left and right but going up steeper hills the wheelie bars could be a little longer. I found this out by going up a hill and the cart tumbled backwards. As it fell there was enough torque on some of the plastic parts that they either broke or flew off. The bag cradle detached but I was able to be reattached. The real weak spot was the plastic clip that locks it open and says “release” to close it. The actual clip part that locks it into place broke cleanly off. Now the cart still works and it doesn’t fold in on itself but that is just a point of weakness in the design. Some of the accessories could be improved such as the cup holder. It’s cool that you can put two smaller bottles in it but since it doesn’t really lock into place it has a tendency to rotate and your bottle will fall out. I used it three times and each time my cup of coffee found the ground. Took it off and haven’t used it since. I also roll with a 32 oz metal bottle for water and it fits nicely in the sand bottle holder. The umbrella holder is worthless in my opinion since I can figure out any way to actually secure an umbrella into it and if a gust of wind comes by it flys out. It has some sort of a bungle strap but for the life of me I can’t figure that out. Why not just put a system in place that you tighten down and it actually secures the handle. Have to say the phone holder is AWESOME! All metal! Secures my phone and is very sturdy. I drilled a hole in the upper bin that I run a cord through and keep my phone powered with an external battery. All in all would I buy another cyber cart? Possibly, probably. Especially for the price and the rest of the cart except for those things mentioned are sturdy and well designed. It’s not perfect but it is very good!

Best golf purchase ever! By the 13th hole your body is in full appreciation of having this cart. Swing can remain fresh due to not having to push or pull or carry a bag full of clubs and accessories. Love the cart 36 holes is doable. Don't run it full out speed and it easily makes it. Like having a caddie honestly. 2 of my friends have already bought 1 because of mine.
Michael I.
So, I'm a long-time e-wheels owner logging over a thousand rounds with it upgrading from V1 to V2 and eventually adding side kick. The original I sold to a friend who loves it also. I did keep my sidekick and purchased the new cybercart. I needed help from Alphard to get the sidekick paired with the cybercart but that was a 5 minute phone call, easy peezy. However it has not all been without issues. Firstly the front wheel did no stay locked in place until I adjusted it. Also when picking up to put in car after folded it would ratchet apart and unfold. It was not until I adjusted the handle latch screw did I resolve that concern. Not sure if it will lead to premature wear and I have not taken it up with Alphard. Also opening the cart is still problematic for me and I cracked the upper bag support using it as a way to hold it and opening the bottom. I suspect that is why they show the unfolding of the cart at high speed.
As far as on course performance I am very satisfied. It tracks nice, sidekick makes it truly a walk in the park, negotiates side hills, up hills, down hills with no issues. I'm not fond of the lower bag bungee as a strap would be an upgrade.
Overall I'm comfortable with the purchase as others in the same price range (mgi zip and caddytrek) are not nearly as good negotiating terrain.
With the warranty provided I believe it's a can't lose situation, compact when folded battery access easy very quiet which is something I like also. I hope everyone found this helpful
James S.
I have used it twice now. It is as good as advertised. It was able to keep up over various degrees of terrain.
The battery lasted two full rounds on one charge, over a three week period.
I am happy with the investment so far.
Billyjack R.
Game changer, this thing is awesome! After several shoulder surgeries, I normally have shoulder pain after walking and pushing/pulling my cart....with the Alphard, I no longer have post play shoulder pain and I get to keep enjoying the game while walking.
Mike O.
It doesn’t unfold well. I have had it for a few months and the wheels are already gone because the wheels are cambered out too far. I have a friend who has a Cybercart ad his wheels are straight while mine are obviously cambered out too far each side. His cart goes 20% faster too.
Have a quality control issue for sure. I sent videos months ago asking for a replacement cart. No response…
amy t.
I've had 2 bat caddies. Problems with both. THIS IS FABULOUS
Andy L.
Great product no problems from the get-go
James M.
The control of the cybercart is very easy whether it is tight turns and sending it ahead to your ball. Or even after hitting the green , you just grab your putter and send it to the next tee box without having to walk across and back. Works very well!
Greg M.
I’ve been extremely pleased with my purchase of the Cybercart Golf Caddy, which I’ve used for approximately 35 rounds. Recently, the bracket that secures the rear wheels to the frame cracked due to an error on my part while unfolding the unit. I reached out to Alphard’s customer support to inquire about purchasing a replacement part.
Given the complexity involved in replacing the component, Alphard went above and beyond by sending me a brand-new Cybercart. Their commitment to customer service is truly exceptional. This experience has reinforced my confidence in both the product and the company—outstanding quality and support.
