Enjoyed my first round using my Alphard V2 Pro (on BagBoy Quad XL) on a beautiful Christmas Eve day in Colorado. I shot 67 (-5), my lowest round in many years. I’m 61 yo and pushing my bag cart was just enough strain and pain to hurt my results finishing off rounds. Today, walking behind my Alphard bag caddy, I felt pretty strong for all 18 holes and my pace of play was great! Your golf results may vary.

Took my V2 Pro Ewheels out for its maiden voyage yesterday. Worked well (once I actually turned it on) over 12 holes before finally losing daylight. Battery still showing full charge. Slight learning curve choosing the correct speed and timing turns but looking forward to enjoying many more walking rounds. So far so good.

Its been very cold here so just was able to take it out yesterday and it was awesome!!! Wish I would have known about this sooner, walked 5 miles and was totally fresh by not having to carry my bag or push a cart. Love the new V2 Pro, had the V2 prior. Just one issue with the wheely bars, wish they stayed more secure when they’re clamped on and the carts moving. They’re always kind of loose and moving. Just need a little snap on piece to keep bars securely clamp on!

Returned mine. Wheelie bars have a built in defect. The left wheelie bar on my unit would not stay in place. I was told it was because I turned it the wrong way. If that is possible why not put some sort of stop in place to prevent that from happening? Customers service sent me new wheelie bars to replace the existing ones. I used the cart one time, I shouldn’t have to be replacing parts that came pre-installed.

I ordered the V2 Pro, the swivel wheel conversion kit for a clic gear 3 + and the CB Sidekick. It comes with many assembly instructions, but mine came almost fully assembled. Very straightforward.
The swivel kit was easy to install and really works well.
The CB Sidekick setup guide explains everything about using it.
I like to use the "follow" mode most while playing. One course I played had very narrow cart paths with many small bridges to cross, as a small creek runs throughout the course. My cart followed right behind me (approximately 12 feet) without any problems.
I have found it is much more enjoyable to freely walk a golf course than to have to push a cart around. (MUCH More).
I'm 66 years old and a single digit handicap.
And enjoy walking a golf course and believe walking helps me play better golf.

This is just what I needed to save my old achy back from pushing and pulling my cart around. Unfortunately, I think I accidentally moved the wheely bars the wrong direction so now they don't want to lock in place, but it is easy to deal with. I cannot say enough good about this product.

The V2+ Omni Cart has been the best upgrade I ever made to my golf game. The ability to walk any course and not having to push a cart for 18 holes alleviates all stress and tension from shoulders, arms and legs. You can causally walk your pace all while your cart can be easy maneuvered to your ball.
Everything you need comes with the order as a complete kit. Easy to put together in a matter of a few minutes.
If you’re thinking about buying one, I do definitely recommend it… it’s worth the investment.

Once everything was set up correctly it worked great. However, the installation literature notes: "scan the QR code" to watch a step-by-step installation video". That didn't work! I went to the Alphard site and found videos but no installation video for my Bagboy Quad XL. Had to resort to YouTube. Also, written instructions were confusing since there were multiple steps not required for my installation which made it more confusing. Recommend providing step by step video(s) on the site or a link to one that shows the steps for all types of installations.

I've had mine for 4 years and upgraded the motherboard to the V2. Tracks much better, better braking on hills, and the charge has two lights left after 18 holes. It's mounted to the Rovic Clic Gear cart and was purchased via Kickstarter.

Unfortunately, I'm very disappointed after only 3-rounds. The unit often stops and requires me to press forward button . It's reacts as though I pressed either the 15/30 yard buttons. Also the wheely bars, although in the locked position, rotate to the unlocked position during use....very annoying. Also, the steering is jerky and the unit requires constant corrective steering as is does not track straight. Worst of all, customer service is lacking. Submitted these issues more than 48hrs ago....not a peep. The only upside is it is very stable due to wide wheelbase.

I have had my V2 since beginning of 2021. It has performed pretty flawlessly. I am still using original battery!! For the last 3 years I have been averaging about 100 rounds/year use. Without a doubt, this cart has been the lowest cost cart at the highest quality I could find. If you already have a cart it fits, where else can you get an electric walking cart for less than $1K.
You cannot go wrong with this product.

Communication was a bit troublesome. After ordering and transferring a lot of money, it became really quiet for longer than I liked. Query in the mail did receive an answer, but also after a longer wait than I would have liked.
Construction was as easy as everybody mentioned online. (I just made it harder than necessary.) Maybe a tip: the stoppers are where you can extend the axis of the wheels so that it fit on the frame of your cart. Maybe clear to everybody, but not at first clear to me. After finally trying to pull on a wheel it turned out they extended.
The V2Pro when playing golf is as promised: a real help and most terrain it can handle. Most fun is to remote control it around a green. Makes everybody's head turn.
At my golf course the V2Pro is something new, so I got a lot of curious looks.
Lastly, putting the V2Pro in free rolling mode (don't know the exact term anymore) is a but of a hassle, turns out of People are waiting for you 3 seconde is a long time. Also, it is really to get it out this mode, and the pushing becomes really hard then, and the wait even harder.

Bought the Club Booster V2 Pro a few weeks ago and absolutely loved it. First couple of times out I used it on my Bag Boy Nitron cart and it was fine. My home course is very hilly and has a lot of side sloping fairways so the fixed front wheel did create some steering issues. I opted to order the Omni cart and the swivel front wheel is a game changer. The Club Booster and the Omni cart are a seamless pair, steering is a dream and it also conserves battery life by not having to work as hard. Highly recommend purchasing the bundle. Great product so far.

So far So Good. Only about 5 rounds of golf since converting my Clicgear 3.5+ to Alphard V2 Pro cart with front wheel kit. Very impressed with performance which included two rounds in wet conditions. There are a few features on my push cart that I really liked and the Alphard conversion to e-power allowed me to keep them. I'm happy and will update my review after more rounds.

Conversion to the required rear wheel brackets was fairly straightforward. The “test drive” was very easy and the learning curve was very short. I have used my V2 Pro for 6 rounds now and really love the way it saves my back from having to push my cart up the hills. I think it allows for my energy to be maintained throughout the entire round (and it’s been hot here in New England). So far the battery is only using one out of 5 lights on the battery gauge but I do charge it after each round. Glad I made the move to the V2 conversion.

After 5 rounds the wheelie bar would not unlock from the cart after the round. I needed to get tools to pry it open in the parking lot of the golf course. I immediately emailed Alphard about this that day. I did not get a response for a week, which then asked for a video. I sent the videos that day and again did not get another response for another week. The response was asking me to see if the wheelie bars were installed correctly. So after over two weeks of not being able to use the product the only response I've had was asking me to check and see if they put the product together correctly before they sent it to me. I am very dissapointed that I did not find the facebook group before I purchased this, because I would have seen that this was a common issue regarding the product as well as customer service.

I am a brand new user, only 2-3 rounds on my booster. The huge benefit is not being worn out after 18 holes of walking.

The left wheelie bar on my unit appears to have the common issue of folding inwards slightly during use. Serval users have brought this up, my booster also has this problem. Find myself moving it back with my foot several times during a round.

The V2 is, by far, the best golf investment I have ever made. I play some fairly hilly courses and the V2 allows me to walk without effort. I'm walking about 96% of the times I can and most of the rest are due to very high heat indexes.
I must also give kudos to Alphard for their customer service. I accidentally broke a part and when I contacted Alphard about a fix, they sent me a replacement at no cost even though the problem was 100% my fault.
To sum up, I highly recommend the V2 to all golfers.

The booster works well however, if you are converting a current cart, be warned, the directions are not very good for building/installation, there is very little user guidance and it does not turn so well if you have a four-wheel cart (vs single front wheel). Thus far enjoying my freedom to walk the course.
