Works well as expected.
Front wheel lock doesn’t work as delivered, haven’t fix it yet.
Edward R.
The Cybercart works very well. Battery holds a charge for two plus rounds and the remote control functions with precision. The cart is made of solid construction. I could not be happier with selecting this model. Alphard has a terrific product.

M7 vs Cybercart
This is my 2nd M7 Remote cart. I purchased the the first one in 2023 (2022 model) and the latest one a few weeks ago (2025 model). I bought the 2025 at the reduced price $1,399. I sold the 2022 to my buddy when I joined a private club that provided riding carts with membership. My friend still uses the 2022 today and he has not had any problems with it. He uses it 3 times a week. I left the private club last July when I returned to Austin. I purchased the Alphard Cybercart bc it got cart of the year for 2025 just above the 2025 M7 Remote Ultra. I paid the promotion price of $1,199 for the Cybercart. I got rid of the Cybercart a few weeks ago after using 3-4 times a week for the past 6-7 months. It is a very good cart with better handling and stability than the 2025 M7 Ultra. The Cybercart has a gyroscope that works really well. This feature keeps the cart online and makes it more stable. The Cybercart also has a line of site feature between the cart and the remote. This makes it less likely that the cart will end up in a pond, ditch, pothole etc if you loose track of it. I was a little frustrated with this line of site feature because the cart would stop without any warning. The Cybercart is a better cart for the money. Also, even though the Cybercart twin motors were significantly less powerful than the M7 motors, the gyroscope and stable rear wheels allowed it to climb steep hills without falling over or steering off course compared to the M7. The M7 requires that you hold onto the handle to prevent it from tipping over when scaling steeper hills. This isn’t a big deal bc you only have to do it a few times a round depending on the course. What I really like about the M7 over other carts, including Cybercart, (this is my fourth electric trolley) is its speed, remote control range (over 100 yards), ease in opening and closing the cart, the bag mount clips, compactness when closed, pop-up charger port, 36-40 hole battery range, quick charging time if you charge after each round, it’s efficient and sleek design, the ease of removing and reversing wheels (if necessary) and Motocaddy’s outstanding technical support. Where I believe Motocaddy could make significant improvements to all their electric trolleys is to add a gyroscope as a basic feature (makes a noticeable difference in handling) and offer a small soft material storage bag for things like wallet, phone, a couple spare balls, and tees, in place of the very noisy and almost useless scorecard-ball holder. I highly recommend the Motocaddy M7 Remote Ultra.
Finally, if you have the money to waste or you have this lying around, put a small power station in your trunk/cargo space with AC and DC ports. This allows me to charge my M7 and remote after every round without having to remove the M7 battery. One power station charge will charge your M7 for 1-2 months. Because I plug my power station into my 12 volt outlet in my trunk, I never have to remove the power station either. It’s worth spending a few hundred dollars on a power station.

Best cart ever!!
Ron
Josh W.
Solid cart. The remote is a bit sluggish, though.
Darren M.
Very solid build quality and super simple to navigate!
Patrick B.
Way more energy walking 18. Legs are still firing
Michael B.
I am very satisfied with the product itself. However, the instruction manual is difficult to read. The diagrams are much too small and very poorly labeled. As a result, it was hard to assemble the Cybercart.
Aidan C.
I really like the look and the ease of use. It is very responsive and is stable.
My only issue is the remote. You can’t charge it through a wall socket, only something like a laptop or through the cart itself. The connection with the buggy is also quite a problem for the remote, I’ve lost signal many times within 80m and sometimes less.
Otherwise the magnetic features are great for the rangefinder and the remote.
Jack A.
Much superior to the caddy I previously used
Jonas B.
Used it max 10 rounds, maybe even less.
From the unboxing - front wheel lock did not work, the cable did nothing. But the function is not exactly necessary except on slope use, so ok.
After 8 or so rounds, front wheel bending lock mechanism stopped working - the push button got stuck and now is not moving. Well, it can operate without mechanism fixed, only folding/unfolding becomes somewhat more complicated.
The remote charging worked for the 1st charge. Now want to charge the second time, it is not charging. Tried 4 different charging cables, all of them work. But the remote doesn’t charge.
Cybercart is very jumpy and unstable - short, narrow and high center of gravity, falls very easily on the slopes, can not go on the side of the slope, goes down with the front wheel lock not engaging.
For more than 5 years had Club Booster V2 with Clickgear 8.0. It was perfect, one battery died after several years, bought the spare battery and all was ok, no maintenance or repairs necessary. Replaced to the new locking mechanism, which really made for even easier use.
Club booster v2 would rate 10/10, Cybercart 3/10 if that. Quite a disappointment.
Armando M.
I love my new cyber cart no pushing just pushing the button while worth the price
Chris N.
5 rounds in and lost one of the nuts that hold the arms in place. I went to the hardware store and bought the closest thing that I could find to it. When I checked all of the nuts, every single one of them on the cyber car was loose and had to tighten them. I never imagined having to carry a screwdriver and a crescent wrench in my bag in case anything went wrong. I actually purchased five extra nuts in case I run into a problem down the road, but they are the wrong nuts. Honestly, I expected more, but I do love the cart
dennis s.
Easy to operate, only improvements would be a handle or something to grip on when moving in and out of the car.
Very responsive, can’t wait to try out the follow me upgrade.
Reasonable price
Raymond D.
Great design and easy to use.
Jim B.
So far so good. It's a dream. Well constructed.
Dustin H.
If you’re on the fence, just buy it. It took me 12 months or so to finally pull the trigger and after 3 rounds I wish I wouldn’t have waited so long. Cybercart is as advertised and I’ve had no issues. It’s very stable, easy to set up and break down and store in the car. I purchased the trunk storage box and it’s great. I have been highly recommending this cart to everyone who asks!
John R.
While I was a bit disappointed in how long it took for me to get my Cybercart, I am happy with it so far. I was sent a video that made it easier to fold/unfold the cart, which can be a bit cumbersome.
Still getting used to the remote control, but overall happy with the performance of my Cybercart.
Scott H.
I’ve really liked the cybercart. It’s sturdy and well-made and does a great job of toting my heavy cart bag. I haven’t had great luck with the tether follow sensor - on steep slopes it tends to go sideways and the cart tips over, and the TFS unit doesn’t stay in place well when it’s clipped to the bag. Problem was solved when the TFS unit eventually fell off my bag and was lost when I was using the remote. Now I just use the remote and it works better anyway. Customer service has been top notch; very responsive. Had a problem with the battery and control box receptacle becoming misaligned and damaged. Alphard golf sent me new parts relatively quickly and it’s been working great ever since.
Kip A.
Total game changer!! Love not having to push a cart with clubs and 20 beers on it, I let cybercart do the work for me!!
Thomas A.
A great cart! Even at our hilly course it’s good for at least 27 holes.
Richard W.
Have only used 4 times so far. Certainly less fatigue after a round. Have had trouble either cart wanting to head to the right when first unloaded. It may be something in my unfolding. But must watch to see if a mechanical problem with the front wheel brake. TBD.
Patricia P.
It took a little while for me to receive my Cybercart but I've used it a few times and love it. Opening it up is a little difficult but is getting better.
Jon G.
Assembly relatively easy. Front wheel lock out not adjusted properly but didn’t try to fix it yet. Seems straight forward enough. Super simple to operate.
Lee F.
Love it! Stable and easy to use.
Mike S.
Absolutely a game changer. Took a round or two to get used to not having to push and where to put it but now I am “strolling”instead of walking pushing a push cart. Played at 36 at Sand Valley two days in a row and battery lasted just fine for 36, handled the hills excellent. And I was noticeably less sore. Magnets for range finder and towel, the right amount of storage. Buddy of mine has the kind you add to your existing cart and he loved it too. Saw the competition in action and both of ours were better all around. I finally made a good decision on a golf course. HIGHLY recommend/game changer
Andrew Y.
So far so good
Must be careful going up stiff hills where cart might flip over.
It happened to me and need to make it in manual mode to push up.
Extreme side hill too.
And it is so difficult to install cart seat.
I did follow youtube instruction but aligning the screws are still difficult.
I would insert a nails as guide until putting screw one by one. Once the holes are out of alignment, you might have tough time to get the screws in properly.
But it is the nicest push cart out there.
David G.
I have used it twice so far and really enjoy it.
YUN J.
I have the cc for little over two weeks, had about half a dozen rounds in it already, I’m impressed so far! Had a mgi at navigator for three years and put 1800 miles in that, mgi was a solid cart but very easy to tip over at hilly terrain, but cc handled those terrain at ease, much wider wheel base and lower center gravity than mgi. Also compared to mgi, cc folds much faster and easier, and it’s not much more heavier than mgi. I received a bunch compliments already! Now the speed on cc is slower than mgi, so I suspect the motor on cc is not as strong, haven’t had my heavier cart bag on cc yet, I’m curious how it will affect the play time on the battery. I wish cc would have something to keep the track of the mileage also. I will give it 4.7 out of 5, and definitely will recommend to anyone who is looking for a remote control golf cart.
Kevin C.
Great product, works really well, handles rough terrain with ease. The only issue I’ve experienced is that my remote occasionally turns itself off. It’s an irritant, but by no means a deal breaker or big deal. Love the cart. Packaging was superb, by the way. A+++++
John W.
I have only used it for two rounds but I love it already. Great remote, easy to use. The cart handles my course well and it’s very easy to navigate.
Michael K.
The only thing i do not like about it is the water bottle holder bottles seem to fall right out
But the cart is extremely great and easy to use
Chris M.
After being introduced to the concept of an electric cart at a recent golf trip I came home ready to get my own. I spent a few months doing research and setting the Cyber Cart. It is better than I’d hoped. The build is fantastic. It stows away perfect in my car. Playing is a completely different experience. Really enjoying the walk. Love the storage one great on board touches like the magnetic areas. Super easy to operate and the battery is a breeze to remove and charge. As for operation it’s a beast. Up hills, down hill speed control, and the gyro keep steering down to a minimum. Go get yourself one, it’s the best golf purchase I’ve made since I got clubs!
Kim F.
I bought this for my husband and he loves it.
Ross T.
Cybercart is excellent. Sturdy, functional, and fun!
Todd F.
Love my Cybercart!
Bernard C.
Exceeded my expectations, so far. I’ve always enjoyed walking the golf course. The cart has made playing golf more enjoyable.
James L.
I’m playing with it ln my neighborhood. Due to medical issues in the family I haven’t been free to play. Thursday , weather permitting is it. Can’t wait. I’ll post updates Soon.
Alex C.
Cart was extremely easy to set up right out of the box. Folds up nicely and easy to setup right out of the trunk.
Cart moves easily and the remote is very easy to use, battery life lasted me more than 36 holes (multiple 9 hole rounds throughout the week.
Highly recommend to anyone interested.
Bobbie P.
So far so good! I had been told they were able to change to the silver with green that I requested but that didn’t happen.
Emery S.
Included instructions were for previous model. I had trouble unfolding; had to call Alphard. Have only used trolley twice but am happy with performance, so far.
Michael G.
Overall, the product is what I expected. The remote control is easy to use, battery life is as advertised, and it is very stable on various types of terrain. It is a little heavier than I expected, not the easiest to open and close…and does not appear to lock in when folded.
Karyn O.
So far so good, battery life is great, a little difficult to push in freewheel mode but manageable.
Don U.
The Cybercart has been a great product for me. I have always been a walker and using a push cart for 20 years. I really am amazed how much more energetic I feel on the back 9 when using the Cybercart vs a push cart. The steering is intuitive after an hour or so using it. I look forward to adding the follow caddie as soon as it is in stock. Hopefully Alphard will still honor the bundle pricing as that was my intention when I ordered a couple weeks ago. Great product. Don Ulrich
Bonnie G.
I have only used it once - but it was fantastic - easy to operate - charge was outstanding. Can't wait to use it again this week!!
john r.
Purchased for a friend he is very happy with the cart.
Aaron G.
I received and unpacked my CyberCart, got everything set up, fully charged it, and then took it out for 36 holes across two very different courses. The first course was relatively flat and a pretty relaxed round. The second course was much more demanding and VERY hilly.
I didn’t recharge the battery after the first 18, so I was a little nervous heading into another full round on the hillier course. I started the second round with 3 out of 5 battery lights remaining, and after finishing the full 36 holes, I still had 2 lights left. Very pleasantly surprised.
Rick B.
Works very well. Easy to setup. Heavier than I thought but very sturdy.
WILLIAM P.
My cart works great and folds very nicely. The battery is very compact and charges easily. It also has nice stability. My only issue is that the gyro doesn't really keep the cart traveling very straight on hills, even small bumps. I've just learned to avoid sidehills. Otherwise it climbs nicely. This is a very good product and I'd recommend it to anyone.
Carlos D. C.
Easy to unbox and enjoyed it on the course.
Peter V.
Very easy to use and helpful on long hilly courses where I would normally get tired pushing a cart. I am CO where the altitude makes it especially difficult walking.
I suggest you add to the instructions to use clamps to hold the frame together while installing the seat post. It works much better than the cardboard box suggestion. Otherwise, it was very easy to install.
Steve J.
Only complaint is the sidekick, it’s run into me twice during the 1st round and loses connection only 20 yards away. Remote guiding works much better.
George K.
The cart is to upright and very heavy.
John B.
I've used the Cybercart for 6 rounds. I really can't speak highly enough of the experience. I'm 64, and even the simple act of pushing a cart started to wear on me during a round. This cart makes walking enjoyable again.
After the second set up/take down it pretty much comes naturally now. It's beefy, but I don't have any trouble lifting into the back of an SUV. The initial pairing of remote occurred on it's own, all I had to do was power on and go. The remote comes with a magnetic pocket clip that I find handy to use.
My local course aren't that hilly, but I've had no issues with stability over bumpy terrain.
I get three 9 hole rounds before battery reaches 2 bars. The remote has lasted longer.
I pretty much love this cart and consider it one of the best golf purchases I've made.
Doy T.
I’ve only been able to use my cart once since I bought it but this usage far exceeded my expectation. I went from the ewheels V2 (with speed lock) to the cybercart and the set up was significantly faster and easier. The on course performance surpassed the V2. I notice on inclines and declines the cybercart showed better traction and control. I’m glad I made the switch and look forward to many more rounds with it.
Treven D.
The back wheels are wearing? Can I get some wheels to replace?
Michael c.
I play 3 times a week it saves my back not tired after 18. it operates easily
David L.
LOVE this cart!!!!! very stable
Paul T.
I have been using a V1 E - Booster wheels for 6 years, with a clic gear 8.0+ and finally decided to upgraded to the Cyber Cart. It has been a huge leap forward and exceeding all my expectations, Highly recommend it.
Andrew
Great cart
Hope to have long relationship!
David D.
Took a while to arrive but well worth the wait. Used it today for the first time. Highly impressed, solidly built and very stable even in strong winds. Powerful motors and very responsive remote. Storage is also good and it fits nicely in my Volvo boot.
Patrick B.
Easy set up, easy to use remote control and battery life is great. Cart is very sturdy albeit a bit in the heavy side
pierreemmanuel Henri G.
Use 4 times on the course.
Love it, very easy’to use, a lot of space for gear, battery can make 27 holes without problem, very stable, for me is perfect but…
The only point is the weight and use a lot of space in the car. personnaly i don’t care, my bag and my trolley stay at my caddy master club.
But if you have to put it in your car every time you play can be a problem
Bruce M.
I have used the cart for 3 rounds so far. It performs well on all of the terrain that I have covered ( and I spray the ball at times). It would be nice to have controls on the handle so one does not have to use the controller for all commands. But, I like the cart.
Steve D.
My cybercart works as advertise. My only issue is that the brass connection pins for the battery with the cart need to be more robust.
John S.
It's a great cart, I enjoy it very much.
David S.
While I’ve only played two rounds with my new cybercart, I love it already. It’s easy to control, takes every hill on the course with ease, and stops on a dime. Easy to fold/unfold while also being easy to fit in the trunk of my car.
Kyle H.
It has added an entertaining element to my game.. AND.. saves a little energy besides. I think I look forward to driving the cart as much as playing.
Andrea L.
I have a question, in follow mode I can use the remote controll, the sidekick remote controll, to command directly the cart to go forward or turn, like in eletrical mode. Now I have to use the two remote controll eachother, to command directly the cart.
Steven B.
7 rounds so far so good no issues whatsoever
Charles A.
Best product you can buy!
john N.
Finally got to use it the last two weeks the weather in upstate ny sucks but cart is awesome and the guys at my club are like what is that because they all buy the same lame cart that is tippy.
This thing the wheels stay on the ground going up hill stable as hell love it
Harry M.
The CyberCart works great. At 77, I still get some good exercise walking the 18 holes, and get to enjoy the spectacular views of western Montana.
Mary A.
So much easier to walk 18!!
Kim M.
The Cybercart is an excellent ECart. It is advertized to get 36 holes on one charge. My experience has been that it has only lastedfor 34 holes on the first two charges.
Brian C.
Ive had the cybercart out for 4 rounds now. Had an issue with the handle just dropping down randomly the first time out, figured out it was just a loose bolt. I have a callaway cart bag and it works great with the cart. One of the big selling points is you don't have to get a bag designed for the cart like other companies. One thing I wish it had was a regular strap for the bottom of the bag instead of the bungee cord but thats minor gripe. The cart seems to be well built and battery is showing to only be down around 25% after 18 holes so looks like plenty of life to do two rounds. Folds down to a very manageable size and takes 2 min to get it set up and ready for the round. Highly recommend if you are considering an electric cart this seems to be a solid pick.
David J.
The cart has worked well for the most part, the golf pencil would not hold a pencil, that had to be modified with some wiring shrink wrap. I like the gyro control feature, way better than the V2 model I had previously.
Jeffrey P.
Only a slight issue with the handle lock. Whether through shipping or the course being a little rough, the locking mechanism stopped holding. Easy enough fix. Just took the magnet off on the other side of the joint and tightened the bolt that ran through the joint. Reinstalled the magnet and everything is working as intended.
Scott A.
Handles great and moves well through hills and terrain
Tony C.
Finally got to try out this week. Really impressed so far. I really enjoyed my walk not having to push my clubs up hills.
Jasen L.
My cybercart is great!! Taking to Bandon this weekend.
Mike G.
Great experience customer support great.
John T.
I used it today for the first time and it was awesome. Worked like a champ. I had used the Club Booster V2 for several seasons and loved it. But the Cybercart is the best.
William S.
Everything I expected and more.
Now I need all the accessories too…
KEITH C.
The best just the best!
Gerald D.
Makes walking the course very enjoyable
Vai A.
Lasts longer than V2. Easier to pack with less parts. Narrower than V2 making it easier to manoeuvre. Enjoying it very much
Andrew N.
shipping was super fast
Aaron C.
I really enjoy the features and the convenience of the cyber cart. Being able to charge phone while playing is an advantage to keep gps on apps going
Mark B.
I have owned two other carts prior to this one and there is no comparison
gary h.
The only problem I had was it shutting off multiple times during the only round I have been able to use it on. It also got a mind of its own 3 times where you hit the stop and it decided to take off in a different direction and the only way to stop it was to kill the battery.
Harold z.
The card is excellent. Has two main faults one the bars that prevent Card from tipping over are too short. Two the wheels don’t have enough grip. For wet courses that are hilly otherwise the card performs excellent
Jon H.
The Cybercart is definitely worth the money. It operates so easily up and down the hills. It’s way better than pushing a cart around leaving me feeling much better at the end of 18 holes. Highly recommend it!
Dennis G.
Works great, the different speeds are really nice.
