this is my 2nd Alphard, and they are awesome!
Aric P.
I've used this unit for over a month and it works flawlessly! Great Design and programming
Mark W.
Works great, takes hills like a champ
Kiho Y.
I like it very much. No problem, works fine.
Glen B.
One month using the Cb V2 with Speedcart. Absolutely love it. Makes walking the course so much more relaxing. Would be great if an optional collision/obstacle avoidance AI sensor accessory was available to prevent accidentally hitting objects, avoiding bunkers, water hazards, etc.
tony c.
new one still in the box. first one i bought has given me problems with the mother board and had to replace a wheel motor. still having issues with the new motor not pulling on sloops and it veers off to one side.
Edward D.
I walk the course five days a week. We have numerous steep hills and the now electrically powered former pushcart has definitely helped me ascend these hills with greater ease. The controls are easy to learn and the daily setup is quick and straightforward. I recommend the Alphard to any golfer who enjoys walking the course.
Ernest J.
I still haven't use it! The first time I used it, at the six hole the left wheel stop turning to move the cart forward. I held up the golf course. Embarrassing! The left wheel will not turn. Your team want me to do a diagnostic before I can get a replacement. This is not helpful for customers who are busy. I do not know, what are they going to tell me next, that my warranty is out? Maybe you can help me and I can fill out this review, when I actually start using it.
Chris V.
It was so easy to put together and easier to use. After a couple of holes I had the remote figured out and WOW, how much easier it was to walk the course. The hills were no longer a challenge. Friends of mine saw it, asked about it, and intend to purchase. It will be a great summer and many more to come!!
sergio s.
It ook a long time to resolve my issue due to the fact you had run out of carts. But it works well with the cart I bought separate.
Jason A.
Awesome and easy to install
Karen M.
I purchased this cart for my wife for her birthday and she loves it. We live on a hilly course (The Golf Courses of Lawsonia in Green Lake, Wisconsin). The cart handles beautifully on the hills---up, down, and side-slopes. A full charge easily gets her through 27 holes, even with the hills. The assembly was very straightforward and the remote functionality can't be beat. We were planning to upgrade to the follow-me technology, but the remote is so easy to use we might just stick with what we have. Overall, a great purchase and she's enjoying her rounds more than ever!
Myoung J K.
I used it for 3 weeks and I like it.
Gary O.
Being 70 yrs of age, I still enjoy walking my rounds of golf. Back problems restricted pushing and pulling my cart. After considerable research of electric carts, I came across the V2.
I decided to "pull the trigger" and purchased the V2. It was very easy to assemble and disassemble before and after rounds.
Being able to walk hands free is refreshing and I'm am very satisfied with the V2.
Evan K.
I love it. Able to enjoy the game 2x
Frank N.
I have two of these units. They by far are the best remote controlled golf accessories on the market. Easy to assemble and work fantastic.
susan G.
It's much lighter than the Remote Control Motocaddy so I can easily lift it into my car since my club that i belong to doesn't have any more storage room to keep it. The charge lasts over 27 holes and it is easy to control. Easy to put my click gear and attach it myself. The wheelies keep if from falling over on the uphills and downhills that we have. Wish i had bought one sooner.
William H.
This is an absolute game changer for me. No more pushing 30-35 extra pounds around anymore uphill, downhill, high grass.... So much energy saved. Especially in the heat. It'll pay for itself in about 40 rounds. You save money, and get exercise. Win win.
Glenn F.
Easy to assemble to my existing cart. Found it pretty easy to navigate around the course.
Nice product!!
Richard V.
Converting the CliqGear to a remote controlled motorized unit was very easy. The hardest part was removing the screws that held the front wheel on. I’ve used the V2 for two rounds so far and I love it! Incredibly stable and hard to tip over and easy to operate. My playing partners all have other makes and all have tipped theirs at least once. I look forward to walking many more rounds with the V2!
James S.
First time out was very enjoyable. Unit worked well, easy to use. One thing though. Clic Gear will not fold up completely do to motor/battery . I can't put it in the trunk of my car. Have to use my SUV
Gregory L.
Absolutely awesome addition to my equipment!
Dan E.
This the best golf purchase I have made in years. I am 70 years old and not having to push a cart is the greatest. I have watched the prices of e-carts for quite a while and decided this was the best deal for me. Thanks for the great "wheels"!!!
Mydee L.
My husband got this for me as an early Mother’s Day gift. I love to walk when I play, but getting harder for me to push my cart uphills. It took my husband 30 minutes to replace the back wheels of my SunMountain speed cart and attached ALPHARD V2, charged it and off to the golf course the next day! Golf was so much more enjoyable knowing I don’t have to push my cart uphills. All my friends in my league are asking about it. I must have forwarded the link to your website a dozen times.
Paul T.
Easy set up! Easy to use! I have a 4 wheel Caddytek cart and it works fine with the fixed front wheels. But a swivel wheel conversion for this model would make maneuvering much easier.
Danny P.
Everything was as I ordered it. The V2 is a good product.
Lawrence K.
Put off buying this for quite a while. What a mistake! This thing is fun and makes walking the course so much more enjoyable and less tiring. Plenty of power remaining after 18; easily get 36 holes out of it in one charge. One suggestion: maybe a USB output so you could charge your phone or the remote.
Kevin R.
I have used this recent purchase a couple of times. What a game changer!!! No more “cart path only” for rainy days. Two others in my regular foursome purchased boosts recently. There will be boost cart races down the fairway soon.
Fairway Zippy
Shon H.
The V2 is phenomenal! It performs a lot better than expected. As a matter of fact, it is superior to a motorized cart my girlfriend bought that cost nearly $3,000. It's easy to operate and the gyro capability is awesome! I play at Gold Hills GC in Northern California, which has a lot of elevation changes. I play from the middle tees, which is rated at over 6,000 yards. Although the V2 is advertised to play 27 holes, I never loose more than one level of indicated power. Other than a small headscratch of how the brackets were placed on the cart I purchased, everything else was a breeze. Must get a cart with a swivel front wheel(s). Thank you V2 for saving my back!
Keith M.
I am very excited about and happy with the booster v2 and the swivel attachment for my clicgear 3.0. So far I only have been practicing using it when I go to the driving range as I won’t be playing a round of golf until June
Kraig S.
The Alphard V2 works great. Easy to attach to my existing cart with the conversion kit. No more pushing up hills just need to follow it and enjoy the course.
Kraig
Milton D.
I have only used the Booster V2 once for 9 holes. Like it so far. Not a 5 because of support takes to long in getting a answer if you get one.
Will update after a few rounds on the course.
Jared T.
Ordered mine and love it. Very responsive and handles rough terrain very well. Like it better than my playing partners unit which he paid almost double for. Just purchased another unit for our pastor. Will be adding the follow feature once it comes out.
Rajiv Y.
I recently purchased the Alphard Club Booster V2 for my BagBoq Quad XL Golf push cart.
First of all, the product is amazing. I wish I bought this product sooner. The installation was very simple and I was able to convert my BagBoy Quad XL push cart to an electric remote controlled push cart. I have used it on a few rounds and it has exceeded my expectations.
Question to everyone and I am not sure if this is a question for Alphard or Bag Boy.
When I remove the Alphard electric wheels by unclamping the two connections, I can’t seem to collapse and fold down my BagBoy Quad XL push cart. Is there something I need to do specifically. I am pushing the button to collapse the push cart but it does not come down.
Or is this feature not available anymore on my Quad XL push cart once I install the clamp connections on the back of my push cart?
Thanks
Randy W.
Had an MGI cart that gave up the ghost. Since I already had a SM MicroCart, I decided to go the V2 route, as I like to walk the course, but hate to push a cart. So far, so good. Easy setup and breakdown. No way battery has 27 holes per charge in it, but not an issue overall.
JoAnn S.
I’m very happy with my V2. It stands up to everything they say. I’ve had it out for a handful of times now. Our back nine has been very wet. Cart is well worth it. We are now going to buy another one for my husband.
Doug K.
Bought the Alphard V2 and absolutely love it. I use it with an early version of the three wheel Clic Gear and it is very simple to attach before your round and even easier to disassemble after your round. If you like to walk the golf course and not carry your bag or push a cart, this product is perfect. It is a joy to play golf with the Alphard V2
John H.
Exceeded my expectation and half the price of my first electric push cart
Paul C.
There is only one. The Alphard V2 power cart with the Rovic RV1S is the best priced power cart on the market today. I will admit the battery is a bit difficult to remove (for the older golfer) but again you with the Rovic RV1S swivel front wheel cart… Hands down the best!
George R.
The unit is awesome. I now enjoy a totally relaxed round of golf without being tired on the last few holes. It is too bad that you do not offer a few color options on the wheels to go with the color on you attached cart.
Mark S.
Wow, what a difference to use this new wheels. I invested in the Click Gear 3.5 and many attachments for it. I didn't want to buy a whole power cart.
I waited to turn 55 to get the seat attachment but never installed it because it was too heavy.
With the V2 wheels golf is easier, more fun and cheaper.
I picked up the front swivel wheel and it is well worth it.
Even with the swivel kit I can still fold it up. I have the seat, cooler, umbrella all attached and works well.
Upgrades... Maybe (haven't tried the tires yet)
1. I added BMX tires to the rear wheels. Took 26" tire, cut in half and zip ties it to the wheels, probably do it to the front too. Much quieter and shood give better traction.
2. I bought the old school belt clip for $8.99 on Amazon. The one that has adhesive knob that attaches to the remote and slides into belt clip. Perfect solution
3. I took a rollerbag suitcase I bought for $10.00 years ago and use it for storing my wheels, seat, cooler, and several click gear attachments.
I love this V2 so far. 18 holes with 2-3 of 5 bars of power. Haven't tried spraying it with water to clean yet. But that's a nice feature.
I would have bought this years ago if I had tried it out back then.
Great purchase,
Mark S.
Dalton C.
My friend and I made our purchase at the same time and received our order 2.5 days later! We have enjoyed every single minute since then with these wheels! Nothing beats walking down the fairway freely. Gone are the days of lugging your bag over your shoulders or grunting uphill with your pushcart!
Raymond B.
Had mine on order for five weeks with Amazon so I canceled and ordered straight from Alphard and they shipped right away. I’ve had it two weeks now and it works great.!!! Lovin it!!
Kerinda R.
I love to walk while playing golf, but our home course is so hilly that I struggled to walk a full 18. Now I can walk 18 without any trouble. I love it!!
Michael B.
I enjoy walking when I play golf but with age and back problems it’s hard to push my BagBoy Quad without pain. Since converting to the Alphard V2 walking 18 holes is a breeze and I get a lot of stares and smiles from other players on the course.
Christopher P.
Since I have added the V2 Club Booster to current push cart I have walking and enjoying the game of golf. I would recommend this for anyone who wants to get out and get some exercise.
Ross F.
I like the product's adaptability and the fact I still get to use my Clicgear seat, umbrella holder, etc.
christopher j.
I ordered to convert my Caddy Cruiser one v8 cart. The process to change out the rear wheel brackets was easy and the whole process took about 15 minutes. I was concerned my four wheel cart without swivel front wheels would have difficulty with maneuverability. Turns out my concerns we unfounded. It turns and spins effortlessly. I love how it works!
JEFFREY M.
Easy to assemble. Works like a charm. Was able to use a cart that I loved, get a remote controlled cart with auto braking, for less than $800. Can't beat it.
Andy K.
So worth the money. Easy to put together and use.
Glenn G.
I wondered how much easier could it possibly be to have an electric cart vs a push cart. Well it’s a whole lot easier. The V2 wheel attachment for my clickgear cart is awesome. So easy to attach and using the remote control to operate is simple. I had the learning curve mastered after a couple of holes.
Great purchase, I recommend highly.
Lan H.
I love walking with my Booster V2. Not having to push my golf cart is a luxury, since I like walking on the golf course.
It performs like expected (Booster's features). The battery with axle is no heavier than a golf bag with clubs. I use the Booster with my CaddyTek cart and the wide span axle of the back wheels makes it more stable than some of the electric push cart with a narrow axle span.
I gave a rating of 4 out of 5 stars because the bulky remote can be smaller and thinner and it should have some kind of attachment to use on your belt when you are on the greens. Also, the battery should have a feature to protect it from over charging. In it current design, you really need to set an alarm to unplug the charger otherwise you can damage the battery.
Sundaresh R.
Easy to put together. Highly recommend the swivel wheel kit in front. Enjoying playing golf even more with the V2!!
Dale R.
One of the best accessories that I've added especially with the hilly nature of my course. The only issues that I've had since I purchased July 2022 are the rubber pads on the clamps that attach the booster to the cart and one broken wheel bracket on the front of my Bagboy quad XL. Both issues I feel is because of the torque placed on the clamps and front wheel brackets due to the front wheels being stationary. I've ordered the new swivel accessory which I believe will eliminate that problem. In the meantime hose clamps on the brackets keep the axle locked in place as in the picture.
Troy R.
This is a well-designed retrofit for the Clicgear push cart. There was a supply chain issue with my model and Alphard communicated timing issues and delivered faster than expected. Customer service was super helpful and responsive. I've used the cart three times now and love how stable it is in hilly terrain and the battery has plenty of power left at the end of the round. It is fun to use and my back is far less fatigued at the end of the round.
Chris S.
I really like it but I think the remote is too sensitive, I often hit the buttons accidentally when it’s in my pocket or when dropping it around the greens, tee boxes etc…
Kyle D.
Works great with a carry/stand bag even though my Sun Mountain Speed Cart has a fixed front wheel. The wheelie bars prevent tipping. If you like to walk, the V2 Club Booster is a must have. High quality at a great price. Will easily go 27 holes on a single charge. Easy assembly, and great customer service too. Look forward to trying the CB Sidekick once it’s back in stock.
Patrick F.
Best purchase I’ve ever made! It completely changed my golf game. I love the freedom of walking without carrying or pushing a bag.
Sandra P.
Love it and makes walking the course so much easier!
Customer Service is excellent and responds quickly.
No regrets purchasing this product, just wish i had done so 10 years ago.
Joe M.
Great product. The absolute worst customer service though. I’ve waited two weeks for customer support to get back to me because I’m having issues with the motherboard. Really disappointed with Alphard considering I was one of the original backers of the V2.
Chris S.
Works as advertised. A genius product as it’s half the cost of a full blown remote cart.
Donald k.
Alphard v2 club booster is great.its on my original Tour trek one click.i didn't do a video on operating the cart but it performs wonderfully and saves me a lot of energy. Thank you Alphard.
Butch N.
Works great makes walking and playing so much easier.
Reed A.
Fairly easy to convert my Mountain Speed Cart. Easy to maneuver on the course, even with a front wheel that doesn’t move. The remote control is easy to operate, the clip for the remote is not a plus and I do not use it. The set up, once you transport to the course, is easy but lots of steps, the price makes up for that. All in all an innovative product and lets you keep your push cart. Honestly if I did not have my own push cart I would have looked elsewhere.
Kurt K.
Great product.... truly enjoyed the first round with it... will never go back to pushing the cart again.
Mark C.
Started with a V1, upgraded to a V2. Probably 400 rounds before battery got weak. Still gets around 14-16 holes. New battery back to 27 holes. Up to around 600 rounds. Works out to less than $1.50 a round. Have friends with other remote trollies. None have been as durable as Ewheels. Best remote trolly solution out there. Getting ready to purchase another just in case original dies. Already paid for itself many times over. Who knows might last another 600 rounds. Won’t chance it as it is a must have for me now.
Brent B.
I also have an older Kangaroo cart as well as the V2. Although I have had the V2 a short time I like a lot more. It’s smoother, silent running and maintains selected speed going down hills. I think it’s the best thing out there.
Jose G R.
I'm enjoying my Alphard V2 e cart, it gives me a lot of energy by not pushing my old cart.
I feels like walking on a Park. I recommend to all Golfers.
Jeff S.
It is like playing with a caddie. I love it…
Frank W.
Works great for us. We live being able to walk and not have to worry about pushing the cart.
Larry H.
Great product! Works better than advertised.
John P.
I have used my V2 twice since it arrived and found it easy to use with a small learning curve. The battery held it’s charge without any concern and it definitely has made walking the course a lot easier and enjoyable. The conversion for my Clicgear Model3 was easy and didn’t take much time before I was able try out the V2.
Kelly O.
easy adaptation on my Tour 3, control is easy, function on the golf course is excetional
John M.
Got my V2 for a bag boy compact 3 cart. Stationary front wheel.
Can’t get out yet on the course too much snow. But drowsy and some lawn cleared up took it out for a spin around the yard. Worked great. Even did some turns on grass and gravel. Works fine.
Will probably get and extra battery to have on hand. Looking forward to walking not pushing this upcoming season.
McKinley P.
Best golf decision of my life. Love it.
Rick R.
I love this product. It took less than 1 hour to install on my Rovic push cart. It’s incredibly stable on uneven terrain. I have not tipped over once in the rounds I have played using it.
Rodney G.
Have only used one round. Worked great!
Made walking and playing the round much more enjoyable.
Patty S.
Easy to put together and makes walking a breeze. Am thrilled with it, so far!
Emery H.
What took me so long. Lol
Right price & hands down the best.
Makes my game and walk on the course a relaxing day.
I recommend the V2 for all golfers
Danny D.
I have only had it out on one outing but was extremely happy with its performance.
Don L.
I am very happy with the V2 booster. Have used it twice and it has performed really well. The only problem that I have encountered is with the remote. The cover for the recharging port will not stay plugged in, and in fact inadvertently got completely pulled out when I unplugged the charging cable. I have not been able to get it reattached. I'm wondering if I can remove the cover in order to pull the retention plug back through the hole. I would appreciate any recommendation.
Doug D.
Got it last week and assembled in a couple of hours. Today was my first round. Learned in the parking lot that it matters which way the axle goes on. Pressed forward and it ran into me! All good after that though. Loved it! So great just being able to walk and play without carrying the bag or pushing a cart up and down hills. Could absolutely tell big difference in energy the last six holes. Recharged after 18 but the battery indicator looked like I hadn’t even used 50%. Very happy to have made the move!!
Ed M.
I haven't assembled it yet, but I'm drawing on my good friend's experiences with the product. I know I'll love it.
Maurice L.
Today was the first time being able to try this out and it worked great!!
Andrew B.
I have loved the Booster! The only thing I would like better would be if the battery would last for two full rounds. Lasting only 27 holes doesn't help unless I carry an extra battery.
Robin L.
I have had my Alphard for two weeks, and have used it three times. I absolutely love! After 18 holes, I do not feel the fatigue that I felt when using a traditional push cart.
Dan A.
We purchased our second set of these wheels for our second home. The first set I had the club install and this set I installed myself. It was extremely easy to install on my Rovic cart. We love the easy of walking the course with an electric cart. Especially nice if you have a course that charges for a riding cart and you want to avoid the fees. Also a great form of exercise to walk about 6 miles on 18!
Thomas S.
I've had the V2 for over a year and played over 200 rounds with it. I love to tell people that I get more exercise with less fatigue than when I used to push my cart around the course.
This is simply an amazing product, competitive in price and outstanding support only needed because I've lost remotes. I previously had the V1 which operated for over 1,000 rounds and had the same experience with reliability. The V2 promotional material says 27 holes on a charge - I consistently get 36 holes on a flat course and still have a charge left. Simply a great product!
Graham L.
I had the V1 for about five years and probably use it for about 80-100 rounds per year. It was still working great until it accidentally ran into a pond. I got the new V2 a few weeks ago and after playing about a dozen rounds, I can say there is no comparison. My wife still has the V1, but I can see her upgrade also.
Jeff W.
My Club Booster is attached to a Bagboy Quad. It works great and the battery is strong enough to easily get me 27 holes of power. I elected to modify the Cart so that I could fold the Handle down while keeping the rear wheel arms solidly in the fully open position. That lets me get it into my trunk with the Club Booster attached. I did this because some of the reviews mentioned that the rubber pads on the clamps were wearing out requiring periodic replacement.
Pret L.
Easy to assemble and operate. Very stable in side slopes. More we than adequate battery life.
Mike G.
Love it...hate I waited so long. Total game changer for people that like to walk. Really easy to setup and disassemble.
Jim K.
Thought I would want the follow me cart. With the gyro and different speeds, no need. Just saved myself a lot of money.
Mark D.
The product came with the exact brackets I needed for an older Sun Mountain push cart.
Total time to get the cart ready to roll was 15 minutes. The remote and the iPhone app both controlled the push cart really well. After charging the large battery I went right out and played 18 holes on a moderately hilly course. It was a great experience. And I could have played many more holes. Walking along without pushing my clubs made the whole experience better.
Ken C.
Love my Alphard club booster V2. It makes golfing so much enjoyable. As you can see from the photo , my two golfing buddies also have one. My only complaint about it is the fact that there is only steerable front wheels upgrade for the tripod Clicgear and the four wheel Bagboy carts. I would highly recommend to everyone. It was money well spent.
Troy D.
Sorry I can't send you a picture or video in action, because I'm in the process of getting cataract surgery on both eyes and can't play golf for a month. But just so you know, I love it!!
