The unit works very well, but there are a couple of issues I ran across that some better instructions would have helped. For example, of you charge battery while there battery is in the unit, DO Touch The Remote. I did and it caused a problem. The other thing is more complicated to explain: the levers that lock the cart frame to the unit can be rotated, but you cannot attach the anti-tip wheels if the levers are rotated in the wrong position. Also I am old & I was unable to print the operating instructions from your site. Generally there is too much trial in error to try to learn how the unit works. Thank goodness there were others who use the same unit to help me.

Great product! Works great, set's up easily, handles the course great! If I can make one point: Don't hesitate to buy this if you have a fixed front wheel cart. I don't doubt it works better with a swivel front wheel; however, I had a perfectly fine older model Sun Moutain speed cart V1 with a fixed front wheel and didn't want to buy a new cart. It turns great on grass and anytime there's a slight uphill the front wheel is off the ground anyway. I don't try to maneuver it around greens / bunkers anyway.

This is one of the best golf purchases I have ever made. I play on a hilly course and the Booster works great. It makes the round so much more enjoyable. The instructions for installing the brackets are a bit thin, but easy enough to figure it out on your own.

The only thing that I don't like it the battery doesn't last. I'm on my second battery and I can only do 18 Holes on one charge. Usually after 18 holes there is only one light left and a few time it has shut off on me on the 18th hole. I think there needs to be more done to help the battery last longer. It certainly will not play more than 18 holes.

Due to the weather, I’ve only been able to use the V2 once. It was perfect! Didn’t take me long to learn to control and I was able to walk 20 holes (in 40 degree weather and a very hilly course) and still had 40% of battery remaining. I’m looking forward to using it more often.

Removal of rear wheels and install instructions are better on YouTube. I know in this digital age that everything is online now, but since it costs $700-$800, a detailed install/instruction manual, could be included. Haven't used it on the course yet, (due to NE U.S. weather, but it seems to work well in the back yard). Will give update later this season.

I have used my cart two times. First time was with my 3 wheel clickgear cart but I didn’t like the stationary front wheel. So I ordered the swivel wheel attachment and used it today for my second time. I love the setup that I have now but I have to learn how to better use the battery life of my cart. I know that on a full charge I shouldn’t have to worry about loosing battery life. All that said I do like my new setup after having a MGI Zip navigator cart.

Why didn't I do this sooner! After reading through many of the very positive reviews, thought it was time to take the plunge. I prefer to walk, and the V2 makes a very hilly course much more enjoyable to traverse.

I’ve got two rounds under my belt and I’m really enjoying it - only ran into one of my playing partners and another’s cart on the maiden voyage, lol. There’s definitely a learning curve, but a short one. I’m using the fixed front wheel on my clicgear and finding it acceptable. Sharp turns can be a little clunky, but frankly, if you anticipate them, it’s not a big deal. It’s funny, in that I initially found myself walking a lot faster than normal in an attempt to to keep up with the cart, rather than just using a normal paced gait, realizing that the cart will simply get to the ball ahead of me. After yesterday’s round, the battery still has five lights, so I’ll get a minimum of another round in before needing to recharge. Overall, I’m very impressed and glad I’ve added it my golfing arsenal.

Bought one for my wife's retirement gift. She's used it 4 times and is very happy with it. I played yesterday while she worked and it transformed my whole experience. being able to walk without the burden of pushing a cart with my clubs was truly a pleasure. The assembly was very easy, removal of the battery for charging also quite simple. The remote works well, I appreciate the different speeds and being able to use the Sun Mountain cart that we already owned saved many dollars. Once retired my wife and I will be playing twice a week and at $20 savings each time from the course carts it will pay for itself in less than a year!

I haven't used my cart yet due to weather and holidays, but I feel that I am going to be very happy with it.
I do feel that the assembly instructions left something to be desired. The most lacking information piece was how to install the wheelie bars. How to attach it was sorely missing. Also "charging the remote" info was missing in the general information and only listed in the "Quickstart Guide". Also my BagBoy Quad is probably older, as the instructions for disconnecting the brake cable was different as I did not have the quick release by the spring to disengage it from the housing.
I eventually figured it all out but there were trials and errors due to missing instructions.

Exactly what I needed! Easy to assemble. Remote works very well and is easy to learn the commands. Such a difference between using the V2 and actually pushing the cart. Very stable on hills, etc. For me, good exercise and relaxed golf without getting exhausted. Unsure of exact battery life but I have 1-2 lights (20-40%) remaining after 18 holes.

I purchased this on a big sale after the golf season so I have not been able to take it on the course so far. Just by playing around with it in my yard, I find it very easy to use and it responds very precisely to the remote.
Installation was very straightforward and easy. I would highly recommend purchasing one of these. Keep in mind that it will make the rear wheels for your existing cart approximately 2 inches wider. I will have to account for that on a couple narrow walking bridges on my course. Just something to be aware of.

I did a great deal of research on all different types of electric push carts over the course of several months. I read a lot of reviews and took my time before deciding what I wanted to order & from whom. This company impressed me with their customer service, commitment to quality, product ease of use and dedication to making their product affordable. I decided to get the V2 and convert my Bagboy Tri-Swivel II push cart instead of buying a whole new electric cart. I have used my Alphard V2 about three or four times now and I absolutely love it! I am so glad I chose the V2. My cart has a front swivel wheel, which makes it very maneuverable. It was fairly simple to convert my Bagboy and only took an hour or so in my living room. I have transported it & my clubs to the course in the back of my small SUV with ease. I have recommended this company & their products after numerous inquiries from fellow golfers. I can help others in the group and send the cart down the middle of the fairway until I finish finding my partners balls. I can’t say this will make you shoot in the 70’s but it definitely doesn’t hurt..

I live in Vermont we have about 3" of snow so not very good golf weather , but I was able to get it together and test it in the yard with no bag on it just to see how it operates going to like it from the test in the yard. Give a better review in the spring.

This is my second one! First one is 2.5 years old, and is still in use for my wife's more occasional use and when we play together. I definitely put the first one to the test in that time. I walk 2-3 times a week on a hilly course, and in the summers even rigged a small cooler, so this is a pack mule too. Other than my putter, this is my favorite piece of golf equipment. I love a good walk, but at 63 carrying or pushing is not as fun as it used to be. Good job, Alphard!

Love my Alphard. As I said in video, the only issue I have had was battery falling out from time to time when running over concrete paths or bumpy terrain. I think release button spring is just too weak allowing battery to pop out. Customer service guys immediately sent me replacement spring but I had same issue so I adjoined the two springs and gave it more strength and seemed to fix the issue. But I went a step further and found a much stronger spring at local hardware store ($2), cut it to size and it provides a very tight battery release button and have had no problem with battery falling out. The cart is AWESOME and the customer service is TOP NOTCH. Very attentive to my issues. And don’t let a fixed front wheel concern you. Haven’t found need to be doing donuts in the fairway and it turns just fine with a fixed wheel. Don’t hesitate…buy one…you won’t regret it.

The overall function of Alphard V2+Omnicart is great. Remote and speed control is perfect. There is no problem in up/down hill control as well. But the cart itself is a quite big after the assembly and a little heavy.

I've used it 4-5 times in the last 2 weeks. It works great and is easy to assemble and disassemble, even for me, a 77-year-old man. Learning to use the remote has been easy, except when I press the wrong keys.
My only complaint is you dropped the price by about $100 right after I purchased it. like a day or two. I would have appreciated a heads-up about the price change.

I love “Alfred” my Alphard V2 that I added to my Bag Boy Nitron. My cart is very maneuverable despite its fixed front wheel and, while I wish there was a wheel upgrade for my Nitron, I just try to make sharp turns while on grass. I love the cart; this is my second one. I used the first one about 300 days a year for 6-7 years. There are a few minor engineering design things I would do to improve it.
The charging port is too close to a bump-out on the body, making it difficult to get your fingers around the protective cover to screw it on and off.
The small cord holding the cover seems to 'undo' your actions while unscrewing it. It should be longer and the whole assembly located on the top of the cart, not the bottom.
A rubber protective cover (like the V1) would work easier than the current V2 metal screw cover.
The charging cord prong is more difficult on the V2 (vice the V1) to line up and plug into the charging port.
The V1 remote had a magnetic attachment which is much better than the current setup.
Overall, the cart is the best one I have seen anywhere. It has my unqualified endorsement.

The V2 is an excellent product. I installed it onto a Sun Mountain Speedcart V1. Installation took approximately 30 minutes and the instructions were easy to follow. I have used it 5 times already at my home course and it performs really well. The remote is responsive and the cart goes where directed with ease.
