So far everything has been expected. Had to call customer service for a few questions and they were very eager to help
Ray B.
This system is easy to use. At the course, I can attach my cart to the V2 in seconds.
Michael R.
Click Gear 3.5+ collapses and in the trunk easier with the Alpahard 2.0! Quick and easy!
DAVID E.
I love it, but it could have come with some instructions.
Hector B.
Great product! Love it!
Donald E.
I purchased the V2 and put it on my click gear push cart with the double wheel kit. This works better than I ever would have imagined, and it is making my golf rounds much more enjoyable.
Jason F.
Very happy with my purchase, works great with my Caddytek .
Enjoying going even more
David S.
The product is excellent. Engineered well and built tough. Customer service is excellent. I sent an email to the folks at Alphard and they responded very quickly. The only fault I found are the instructions and operational information. The inserts were very confusing and not up to date (i.e. insert said multiple spacers were sent but only one was included. Even the videos online were not very clear. It took me about 3.5 hours to install the first time, but if the instructions were clearer it probably would have taken me 30 minutes.
Edward K.
The installation was quite easy and I enjoy how easy it is to set-up at the course. 1,2, lock in place and off you go.
Thomas B.
It was pretty simple to convert my bad boy golf cart to make it motorized. On the course it is easy to use and I love how my back feels after the round.
Scott G.
Love my V2 Pro, really enhances the golfing experience. As an avid walker this allows me more time and energy while golfing and still have some fuel in the tank when I get home from the course.
Battery life is great, play 18 holes with plenty of life remaining.
Customer service has also been great, asked about tracking as FedEx never updated and got a speedy response. They followed up with me as soon as they saw movement from FedEx without me asking, this doesn’t happen much anymore so I’m impressed.
The tracking was a FedEx issue and not an Alphard issue - the folks at Alphard made it their problem and put me at ease.
Michael S.
Fantastic product. Love it!
Michael M.
My home course does have a few uphill holes on the back nine. Not tired at all now with the V2. Best purchase!!
Earl B.
Probably me but I did not find the videos all that helpful but with trial and error I finally got it together. I’m more of a paper instruction person and think it would also be nice to have those to refer to. Operationally on the course is good, has made me less tired at the end of the round.
Alan P.
Used it once. Very happy with it. Did not turn over on steep up hill green. I look forward to use it again.
Mike R.
Love the V2 it was easy to convert my existing push cart to electric,I still got great exercise while golfing,i beleave I got the same amount of exercise, with that being said I wasn’t as tired by the back 9 where my game would usually fall apart.
Tim R.
My wife and I play at Brookhaven CC in Farmers Branch (Dallas) Texas. I bought the Club Booster V2Pro for my Bag Boy Quad XL cart. Assembled it and off I went. I loved the new way to play a round of golf without pushing my cart. I don’t become so exhausted after 15 holes the old way. Loved the power device so much, I bought my wife a V2Pro + Omni Cart!! We both have much more energy after the rounds!
Timothy J.
I am very impressed with the V2 pro. It has plenty of power to get up hills, it doesn’t tip, and the battery will easily last 27 holes. It also charges fast. The remote works great and is easy to use.
My only issue is that I ordered the V2 pro to work on my Sun Mountain speed cart. The Sun Mountain cart does not have a swivel front wheel and after the second time using it, the plastic bracket/fork that holds the front wheel in place broke. I’m sure there was just too much lateral stress when turning. Subsequently, I ordered the Omni cart, which obviously works very well.
Tatiana B.
Absolutely love it, I called it R2 (Star Wars) easy to operate, very mobile, it is my toy !! Very happy that I did it , will recommend to anybody
Jeffrey H.
Bought this to convert my ClicGear 3.5+ during the black Friday deals, what a great investment! Installation was easy enough, I had to bend the seat bracket (easy if you have a vice), and after the first round decided to buy the front swivel conversion kit. While the single front wheel worked fine, the swivel kit makes steering so much easier.
If you've been on the fence about buying it, don't wait. So much more relaxed when walking 18.
Jason P.
The Club Booster V2Pro for Bagboy Nitron was recommended to me by a friend that purchased the Cybercart. This was a great buy. Easy to assemble and use on a regular basis. I went back and forth on getting one with a follow feature. I did not find many comparisons videos. Typically I drive the cart with me or slightly in front of me towards my ball. No need for a follow feature at this point. One thing to note with any of these units. The wider the cart the better. This is very stable traversing all areas of the course. I have a friend with an alternate brand and we noticed the narrow stance is prone to tipping on the same areas my cart drives.
Elizabeth A.
I converted my existing Clickgear 3.0. It was pretty easy to switch over from the rear wheels to the brackets. I have used it 5 or 6 times now and it works great. Plenty of battery power for 18 holes on a hilly course. Easy enough to set up and get ready to head to the tee.
I am considering swapping out the existing fixed front wheel on my cart. The turning could be a little smoother if that wheel were not fixed. But that would be icing on the cake.. I am very happy with my purchase.
James D.
It does what I bought it to do. It was needlessly difficult to put together. The charging port cover is way too hard to take off/put on, especially for something you need to do before every use. The charge port cover on the remote is terrible - doesn't stay inserted and always in the way. The metal wheel spacing brackets are too small (I am using the largest ones) so the unit actually slides side to side during use. Overall, I expected better engineering for the price.
david f.
Everything went well -- from ordering by phone, to delivering at my club in Salem, Oregon.
So, kudos to all involved in this excellent process.
Dave Fiskum
Charles R.
Perfect! Everything I wanted in a power cart.
Audie T.
This is the best addition to golf since golf clubs! Our home course is very hilly and this makes it up the steepest of them.
My wife and I golf a lot and we walk almost every round we play. The V2 has been a game changer!
I recommend this to every golfer who prefers to walk and wants to play the back 9 without tight muscles between their shoulder blades from pushing a cart up the hills. This cart is for you! You will love it!
Mark G.
The battery life has exceeded all expectations. I’m on about round 15 and still getting almost 2 rounds per charge. Have way more energy for the late holes when using the electric.
Ross F.
I appreciate Alphard working with me to replace my three-year old V2 with a new V2 Pro at a good price.
Tod L.
I’ve had a great experience with the cart. From my trunk to rolling away takes about 2 minutes. Everything works exactly as I hoped. The quality is first rate. My favorite thing is that I can leave my cart on whatever side I’m on the green and then walk to the next tee without having to return to the cart. Never thought about that benefit before and love it. Would buy this again in a heartbeat.
Hoorak
Easy asembly and easy of use.
Very well made product. satisfied
Allan J.
Just like having a caddy! Now as I stroll between tee and green I’m checking scorecards, adding notes, and not pushing a heavy cart up hills. I loved the ease of retrofitting my Bag Boy Nitro to accommodate the new motor!
This has changed my game!
Big thanks

Since I got the V2Pro I am walking most rounds now. I use the remote with my old Sun Mountain Speed cart. It works great. Response to the remote is great. I mostly send it off in front of me and guide it where I need it to go. The remote is easy to use and fits in my back pocket when I’m hitting a shot. Charging is simple. I plug the V2 battery in overnight before a round and in the next morning it is ready to go. I ‘m not sure how far the charge would go, but expect it would last for at least 27 holes. Getting the battery in and out of the unit can be a little tricky, but overall it has been great. I actually have the sidekick unit, but haven’t used it yet. Will probably try it out soon. I just haven’t had time to practice with it.
After a few months of use while walking 2 or 3 rounds a week, I really like the product and recommend it.
Michael B.
So far the cart is working great. Hoping it keeps working so well.
Michael D.
I have now played several rounds and loving every minute. Being well into my 70’s I have also played several 27 hole rounds which I haven’t done in years.
I plan to take a few videos of my set up and time on the course for everyone to enjoy (hopefully). Stay tuned….
Steve P.
Best golf purchase this year. simply easy to use and worth the investment. if you like golf and walk the course. it’s a wonderful experience
Bryan V.
Great product so far!!! Easy to use. I now have an electric caddie! Walking the course was never easier.
Dana A.
My device did not arrive for 16 days from the date of purchase. I could have received the same device from Amazon within 5 days. If you prefer customers order through Amazon, you should make them aware of that.
The video showing how to retrofit to my ClickGear 4 did not show how the device was shipped. Steps could have been skipped, but I needed to figure that out for myself.
My hope is the device operates better than the shipping and instructional information.
Matthew G.
Game changer for walking at a fraction of the price. Used it a dozen times or more.
Thomas P.
Love the V2 Pro! I put it on my CaddyTek Lite Auto 360, which took about 10 minutes. Setup is quick and easy, it goes everywhere on the golf course that I need it to go and the battery life so far is outstanding. When I finish 18, the battery life indicator still shows >80%. It's easily the best golf accessory I've purchased. The only negative feedback I have is that it doesn't come with operating instructions. Fortunately, YouTube has it covered.
Michael B.
I used to cart Saturday for the first time and shot my career low. I had eight birdies and one bogey. For a smooth 65
William R.
Installation wasn’t exactly a breeze, but once I got everything oriented properly and found the axles extended it was a snap. Took it for a spin then installed the swiveling front axle…such a difference in handling! Cutting the brake line took an act of faith but it all worked out. There was nothing on controlling the cart in the instructions so went to the website and all is forgiven
shelton w.
Redesign is a much better product quality wise!
Jeff B.
great product, makes walking a round so much easier than push cart.
Carl S.
The V2 pro has really changed the way I feel after walking a round. It works perfectly and is super simple to set up at the course. Thanks again for a wonderful product
Stephen G.
I would like to say that this is a great product. It does everything it advertised. Easy to assemble and use. I would buy this again if needed.
David M.
Since retiring 3 years ago I have been playing 3-5 days a week; riding most of the time. One of the guys I play with most rounds is a classmate from the Air Force Academy. Over the last year we have been talking about starting to walk so I started looking into conversions for my Bagboy Quad. Several of the guys in my Saturday gaggle have the V-2 Pro, one even has the Bagboy Quad. They all were pleased with their V-2s so I ordered one. The instructions and videos were very helpful with one exception. The instructions that came with it had nothing about attaching the cart to the motor. All of the videos I found showed hinged clamps but the ones mine came with were solid. It took me a while, but finally realized that when the stabilizer wheels on the back are rotated into position, they lock into the notches on the bottom of the clamps. Ive used it 3 times now and found it easy to operate and maneuver. I guess I didn't get it fully charged the first round because it died on the 18th fairway. Fully charged for the second round I still had 5 lights on at the end of the round. I decided to see if it would go 36 holes but came up 2 holes short. Fortunately my home course, Randolph AFB, is pretty flat. Overall, I'm fully satisfied and would recommend it.
Scott G.
Game changer for me. I like to walk, but the chore of pushing my cart was taking its toll on my back. My home course is a challenging walk. The V2Pro made it a much more pleasant experience for me. Walking no longer affects my game. I just focus on playing now, not recovering every time I walk up a hill.
Not to mention along with the dual front wheel kit, this thing has no issues climbing or traversing rugged terrain.
Barry R.
I am happy with my Club Booster V2Pro and looking forward to when the Sidekick in back in stock. Alphard's customer service is great and I've played 6 rounds so far and no complaints. The walk is better than before. Thanks.
David O.
I really wanted to love this. Unfortunately the battery life is abysmal. In my part of the country, many of the courses have hills and elevation changes which cause this cart to work a little harder than a completely flat course. That said, my brand new cart often dies by hole 14 or 15.
The turning radius on this is pretty poor as well. I don’t think it can go more than 15° left or right from the center of path that the cart is on.
Additionally, I have had multiple issues with the cart tipping over when navigating descending hills.
Lewis G.
I have many friends with the Alphard V2, and made a decision to purchase one. It was a great choice and I love it! Had it for a few weeks and it has been fantastic.
David C.
So far so good. I've used it twice and can say that it is easy to use and assemble. It takes a little patience to become a competent driver but once you get it you'll enjoy it. I definitely feel better after my rounds. Less soreness and more energy.
Mike M.
The cart comes off the booster when stopping. Even at speed level 2, if I try to stop it comes apart.
Eric V.
Bought and received quickly, easy install to my cart. Worked well and played 18 holes with no issues. My only complaint is it came with no directions on how to use the remote. Not showing what all the different buttons on remote control.
Matthew H.
Just took it to Bandon. Did great, was able to get 27 holes out of one charge including Pacific Dunes and half of Trails. Freaking love this thing.
George W.
The stopper plates did not work on my sun mountain cart so I had to work out an alternative method. The club booster is excellent though
Stephen C.
Easy to assemble and operate. Have used the club booster twice already and it’s a pleasure to use. I’m really glad I got the swiveling front axle kit.
Ray R.
Super easy to use and setup was a breeze. Battery life will get your 18 done, but not 27 holes..
Jordan
New version is way easier to setup and breakdown.
Robert D.
Had my maiden voyage today with my ProV2. I have nothing but good things to say. My course is somewhat hilly and the ProV2 handled the hills with ease. I am very happy with my purchase.

Overall it’s pretty great, but in retrospect I would have just purchased a cyber cart rather than converting my Clic gear. The Clicgear is a great push cart and adding this essentially ruins that. It can still be used as a pushcart with the V2 on there, but nobody is going to do it. It’s just way too heavy. By the time you add the swivel conversion, you are at nearly the same price point. Yes you can still fold the Clic gear, but not with the V2 on there so that’s basically irrelevant. You sacrifice the best features of the Clic gear to get an additional feature that’s pretty nice.
I performs well. My course is very hilly and spread out. V2 is flawless on the steep hills on my course. It saved my legs and energy more than I expected. I play several times per week and walk 95% of my rounds. The V2 has made this noticeably easier.
I wish the remote just ran on a regular battery, or at a minimum was USB-C. It’s another thing I have to keep charged, and have to keep a cable for because its not C. I know it works with my phone but I despise using my phone on the golf course. I use my phone the other 20 hours of the day, and have no desire to use it on the course.
I like it and will use it every day but damn. Some small improvements would make it so much better.
Marci Horrie H.
I recently committed to getting more steps in each day and have found that walking while playing golf is a great way to do so. I found that pushing my cart wore me out to the point that it wasn’t enjoyable. The V2 Pro has been a game changer! Setting it up was relatively easy (watch the videos) and I can get a quick 9 in while getting my steps in and working on my game.
Jeffrey F.
It only took 20 minutes to remove the wheels and install the brackets to mount the V2Pro. It works great!! I spent the money I was going to use on a new driver and couldn’t be happier. I like to walk the course and this just makes the round that much more enjoyable.
Kimberly L.
My husband is very happy with it. The battery lasts a long time which is really nice!
Ian E.
Awesome product, absolutely changed walking courses
Elmar M.
The Club Booster V2Pro is really easy to assemble using the included parts. It also performed well on the course. It’s just a shame that there was no mention anywhere that a swivel front wheel is almost essential for optimal cornering. Everything worked very well on the fairway, but on paths or asphalt, cornering with the remote control was practically impossible.
Greg H.
Instructions were useless, didn't align with what was delivered. Videos were useless. No instructions provided for the remote, while somehat intuitive would be nice to have instructions. You know, like what is this white button?
Have far will the cart travel from the remote, how many speed options, etc...
Pretty poor job
Warren W.
Awesome!! Love this item!! Installation was easy and fast!! Would highly recommend this purchase!!
Albert C.
I have used it several times now , no problems with the battery life, no problems turning with fixed front wheel. My cart is a bag boy nitron , I attached the seat on the opposite side so I never have to take bracket off and works perfectly fine not interfering with the v2 pro attachment! Best set up ever !! Makes walking so much more enjoyable !
James D.
Works Great!! Climbed hills like a Billy Goat!! This things a Beast! Very happy with my purchase!!!
Jeremy W.
Overall pretty easy assembly, works great on the course.
Kevin N.
Love the club booster. Added the swivel wheel conversion kit which makes the cart much more agile. Have gotten a lot of interested questions and comments about it while playing. Before the club booster, there would be times where I didn't use my Clicgear 4.0 and opted to ride a cart instead, especially on hilly courses. Never the case anymore!
Edward S.
the KVV mini pro can officially be added to the compatible list with the same brackets as the other KVV carts. went right on with no issue. finally got to use it today and it performs really well. used about 40% of the battery charge on 18 holes on a fairly flat course. very easy to control. Walking without having to push the cart was a huge help. no where near as tired at the end of the round as usual.
Kent N.
Easy to set up and easy to use in the course. Makes walking less tiring and much easier on my back vs pushing the cart before.
Aurelio V.
Just received my V2PRO this week. Since you do not ship to PR I had to find other shipping alternatives to get it down here. Pretty awesome equipment. Just have three issues to share with you:
1) the left bracket will slightly turn to the.
right side when the wheel touches the
ground. I think the fix would be to
simply make the bracket locking
mechanism a bit longer.
2) The red light on the unit never turns
off. After charging for an initial 5 hours
it was still on. Since the unit is new as
per the instructions I went ahead and
charged for an additional 10 hours. All
the white lights were on indicating a
full charge yet the red light remaind
on.
3) No reason to still be using a microUSB.
to charge the remote. It's 2026 you
should be using a "C USB charging
cable.
Other then that it's a pretty sterdy machine, no issues going up hills or going down. I would recommend the V2PRO for golfers that would love to play 2 rounds per day.
James K.
Love it! I should have bought this years ago. I decided to pair it with a Rovic 3s and it’s the perfect combo for me. I like the different speeds. I do leave it in free wheel push mode until the first tee box to save battery. I have yet to burn through 1/2 the battery life in 18 holes.
Scott R.
The V2 is such a game changer. My cart handles the hills and terrain easily.
Frank M.
Being in the northeast and waiting to get out on the golf course. I finally was able to use my V2 pro for the first time and I love it. I had a batcaddie 3xr which wasnt bad. Just didnt like the small wheel base and the lack of storage options. However, the V2 pro is a game changer since i can use it with my cliqgear 4.0. Push cart…
The only option I wish the V2 Pro had was a USB port….
Nicholas D.
Haven’t used on golf course yet. Did try it out in the backyard and was very happy with the control. Was easy to setup. Only time will tell
Robert E.
Got my Omnicart and V2 Pro and have used it several times. It took a while to get, probably because of it being a Black Friday special, but for the most part I'm very pleased.
The V2 arrived with a broken axle bushing, which I did not notice until the second time I went out. I sent pictures to customer service and waited a few days for an answer. Was finally sent the part, and muddled my way through the installation. Don't know what their policy is if you're not mechanically inclined.
The set up is simple, the controls work well. So far no more problems, and the biggest surprise is the battery life. I routinely walk 7+ miles on a round, not a flat course, and still have four out of five indicator lights showing. Better than I expected!
Richard A.
Everything is fine except the left bracket is bent. I installed it an it didn’t fit straight on the bar. I looked at it and discovered it was bent. Been too busy to email so when I got this survey, it reminded me. Thanks Richard Anderson.
John S.
Alex was both very helpful and professional in this transaction. I received my product in a timely fashion and I am really enjoying it on the course.
Thank you Alex
John B.
Works great with my Clicgear 4. Good price. Easy to assemble and maneuver. Makes walking the course more enjoyable. Battery lasted for 18 and 9 hole rounds first time I used it. Probably would not chance it for 36 holes between charging but it might work. Glad I purchased.
Regan H.
Very pleased with the Club Booster V2Pro that I added to my push cart. Works fantastic and makes my rounds walking much more enjoyable. Would highly recommend.
Art M.
Product came well packed and assembled pretty easily with little challenges. My carton had some plastic pieces in it like something got broken in transit but I could find nothing broken or missing. I assume it was remnants from a previous item. My product was entirely intact. After assembly I tested it in my backyard before running it on the course but found the open space of my golf course makes it even easier. The conversion of the stationary front wheel to the swiveling dual wheels adds to the stability and flexibility. Although I think the single wheel would have been just fine. Even my wife can control it. I do find the remote mount a bit cumbersome to manipulate since I don’t like keeping the remote in my pocket during play for fear of accidental triggering and think perhaps the addition of a magnetic mount system might be a bit quicker while on the course. All in all Im loving it. The battery has plenty of life for 18 holes. Assembles and disassembles quickly and easily and is not too heavy. Time will tell
Robert T. H.
As a retail employee at Dicks. I wish they would go about offering us retail employees a discount. Something to allow us to test the product and then buy it at a discounted price.
Mathew B.
Excellent customer service. I ordered my V2 booster during the Black Friday sale and took delivery after my season was over (early snow storms in Michigan this past fall). I had questions about charging and storage and received an email composed by a human being that clearly addressed my questions. Can't wait to take this puppy out for a roll.
Russell W.
I used the V2Pro on my Sun Mountain Speedcart and was impressed with its performance. Takes some getting used to the navigation with the remote. It is going to be great to walk 18 holes without pushing a cart.
James C.
Fantastic product
David B.
Relatively easy to set up. Spacers came loose a couple of times. Will try it out this week with warmer weather.
Mark B.
Really easy to put together and I walked my first round yesterday. It worked like a charm! Great product so far!
Randall A.
Just received. Need to wait for the snow to melt to try it out.
Paul T.
Caddy is GREAT - course is a bit hilly but a very good walk. MUCH easier without pushing the cart up & down!!
I made a mistake with the wheel width set-up - but service was exceptional to get that all squared away! Very satisfied after 5 or 6 rounds - and looking forward to continued use of the caddy and resulting easier rounds and better scores! Thanks!!
Orvin G.
The goal was to find a motorized golf caddy that could fit in the trunk of a Miata. The Club Booster V2, Clicgear Rovic RV1S 2.0, and Clicgear seat all fit in the trunk! Golf bag and Clicgear umbrella go in the front seat and footwell.
Micheal S.
Before reaching half of the estimated 500 uses, my battery has died. Being outside of the warranty window, Alphard will not provide help but want me to buy a new $230 battery. So just be sure you budget some extra money for a battery after your alphard dies.
Robert B.
I've only used it four times, so I can't give it a five star.
It was easy to covert my old cart to accept the new motor. The permanently attached wheels for wheelies and locking the brackets is a very nice upgrade.
It's very stable and easy to maneuver. I've played 18 holes for time and it appears I'm using about 25% of the battery on a hilly course. My friends who have older models use about 40%.
I highly recommend the unit.
