Bought the Club Booster V2 Pro a few weeks ago and absolutely loved it. First couple of times out I used it on my Bag Boy Nitron cart and it was fine. My home course is very hilly and has a lot of side sloping fairways so the fixed front wheel did create some steering issues. I opted to order the Omni cart and the swivel front wheel is a game changer. The Club Booster and the Omni cart are a seamless pair, steering is a dream and it also conserves battery life by not having to work as hard. Highly recommend purchasing the bundle. Great product so far.

So far So Good. Only about 5 rounds of golf since converting my Clicgear 3.5+ to Alphard V2 Pro cart with front wheel kit. Very impressed with performance which included two rounds in wet conditions. There are a few features on my push cart that I really liked and the Alphard conversion to e-power allowed me to keep them. I'm happy and will update my review after more rounds.

Conversion to the required rear wheel brackets was fairly straightforward. The “test drive” was very easy and the learning curve was very short. I have used my V2 Pro for 6 rounds now and really love the way it saves my back from having to push my cart up the hills. I think it allows for my energy to be maintained throughout the entire round (and it’s been hot here in New England). So far the battery is only using one out of 5 lights on the battery gauge but I do charge it after each round. Glad I made the move to the V2 conversion.

After 5 rounds the wheelie bar would not unlock from the cart after the round. I needed to get tools to pry it open in the parking lot of the golf course. I immediately emailed Alphard about this that day. I did not get a response for a week, which then asked for a video. I sent the videos that day and again did not get another response for another week. The response was asking me to see if the wheelie bars were installed correctly. So after over two weeks of not being able to use the product the only response I've had was asking me to check and see if they put the product together correctly before they sent it to me. I am very dissapointed that I did not find the facebook group before I purchased this, because I would have seen that this was a common issue regarding the product as well as customer service.

I am a brand new user, only 2-3 rounds on my booster. The huge benefit is not being worn out after 18 holes of walking.

The left wheelie bar on my unit appears to have the common issue of folding inwards slightly during use. Serval users have brought this up, my booster also has this problem. Find myself moving it back with my foot several times during a round.

The V2 is, by far, the best golf investment I have ever made. I play some fairly hilly courses and the V2 allows me to walk without effort. I'm walking about 96% of the times I can and most of the rest are due to very high heat indexes.
I must also give kudos to Alphard for their customer service. I accidentally broke a part and when I contacted Alphard about a fix, they sent me a replacement at no cost even though the problem was 100% my fault.
To sum up, I highly recommend the V2 to all golfers.

The booster works well however, if you are converting a current cart, be warned, the directions are not very good for building/installation, there is very little user guidance and it does not turn so well if you have a four-wheel cart (vs single front wheel). Thus far enjoying my freedom to walk the course.

I have had the Club Booster v2 fitted to a Clicgear Rovic cart for quite some time and it worked just as promised. I recently purchased the wheelie-bar Pro conversion package for the Booster V2, and after waiting for months for it to become available, it finally arrived. I installed it (with some difficulty as the instructiions are not as clear as they could be), and it is a whole different experience. Where it used to take several painstaking minutes to set up the cart and get it set on the wheells, this takes less than a minute (once you have it out of the carrying case), and you are off. The Pro modified setup performs far better than the old wheelie bar system by a longshot. 5* for sure! My only complaint is that when collapsed, the wheels are now a tiny bit wider than the inner opening of the carrying case I purhcased for the old setup, and getting it in and out of the case is really a struggle. If Alphard will make a wider carry bag for the Pro wheels with the Pro kit installed, that would be a welcome thing! Still, this is a 5* product! Kudos to Alphard Golf!

Added a V2 to my nitron and it's great! I saw other players using it and they were having a much better time walking than I was pushing so I decided to get one. Installation was simple. 2,500 Miles Walked – Still Going Strong
I received my Alpha Club Booster V2 on November 12, 2022, and from that day forward, it’s been a workhorse in the Florida heat. I’m a retired Army guy and a serious walker — three rounds a week, every week — and I don’t baby my equipment. I bought this motor to help me keep walking without wearing down, and it’s done exactly that.
My Setup Journey:
• Started with a Clickgear 3.0 push cart — solid frame, paired well with the V2
• On December 6, 2022, I added Alpha’s 2-wheel conversion setup ($99.55). It worked, but I found it a bit less stable on uneven terrain
• Eventually upgraded to the Omni Cart on November 28, 2023 ($162.00) — better pairing, smoother ride
• Through it all, the same Club Booster V2 motor has powered every single round

The first round went well. The second round was difficult. The cart didn’t steer very well and ran out of battery on the 16th fairway. I later realized that there was too much weight on the front wheel making it difficult to turn. I made some adjustments and moved the center of gravity up higher. Now it works fairly well. The battery lasts through 18 holes, but the cart spends a lot of time off the ground. I will refine the weight distribution. Hopefully, it will get better.

I love my Club Booster Pro, at the end of the day it pays by itself, I no longer have to rent golf carts, I still exercise, I don't have to be pushing around my clubs! My experience with James and Alex turned out to be one that resulted in the relatively timely resolution of my issue. I purchased the V2 Pro and the Sidekick to use with my KVV GL307 golf push cart. I learned through trial and error that the V2 Pro is not compatible with the KVV GL307 Golf Push cart. Alex assisted in me purchasing a Omni Cart and the assembly was straight forward. I played my first round of golf using the Omni cart and V2 Pro yesterday. The combination performed as expected with no problems. I have not tried the Sidekick yet. I am not actually sure that I need the Sidekick. At this point, I am very pleased with my interaction with the Alphard Golf folks. I am looking forward to playing many rounds of golf using my motorized golf cart!

Love it! The only thing you have to remember to do is lock the remote when you are walking away from the cart, such as going on the green. The first couple of times I used it I set the remote son the cart and it engaged, sending me running to grab it! The conversion kit to make it a 4-wheeler is also a must have in my opinion!

I like walking but had mostly given up since pushing my cart around was wearing me out. Have been using the V2 for a little over a month now and love it. Have been walking consecutive days and body feels good. The V2 set up and usage is very easy and I had it going within 30 minutes. Remote works well and I typically stay behind the cart so navigation is easy. Only caveat is that the battery does not last 36 holes in my experience (fairly normal 6300 yard course). It ran out after 30 holes. No complaints tho. It charges fairly quickly. I was just testing the limits.

The unit itself is really good, but it really needs a cart with a swivel front wheel. Yes it works fine with a fixed front wheel, but it puts a lot of stress on it and looks like it will eventually break. I already had a Bagboy Nitron which I loved so I decided to add a motor to it. Used it twice and already going to sell it, buy a Rovic and get new brackets.

Turned my bag boy Nitron into an electric caddy cart. Would have liked better directions to remove Nitron wheels and attach brackets. Finally found a you tube video to lay it all out. Was actually quite simple and took less than 30 minutes.

Used to have a different electric cart and much prefer the alphard because I can use it with my clicgear with all its accessories. The anti tip bars work much better than my old system without seeing any risk of flipping back like I’ve experienced in the past. The battery life works for a full round although my old electric cart could make it through 2 rounds before recharging. I don’t think there’s any chance my alphard can make it through 2 rounds before recharging but, otherwise, it has worked great so far.

This company has the worst customer service! They made a decent product, but they have no follow-up. I was actually happy at first about the purchase and ordered one for a family member, but when I've been trying to return a part that won't work on my cart, they have decided to ghost me. I even responded to their email about completing a survey, letting them know I wasn't the best person to ask at that moment due to the lack of communication. Guess what? It's been 2 days since I responded, and they haven't replied to that message. Please be advised that once you purchase, you will likely be left without any assistance.

I am very disappointed with your products. I bought a tether follow system and it has never worked. After two weeks of phone calls and email, a representative was willing to help me. I was forced to buy a second system, so I can return the defective unit to you and get a refund.
Additionally, I am sending pictures of the brackets, I installed on my cart for the booster motor. I believe the right side bracket is incorrect.

Have used the V2 Pro for about 3 weeks. Really enjoying playing golf and not having to carry my bag or push a cart. Feeling much more fresh at the end of a round. It’s was pretty easy to setup with my Caddytek cart. Not a big learning curve. You do need to keep your eyes on the cart. Best to keep it in front of you. Navigation works great. Our course is very hilly with some steep drops off greens and tees. No issues. Really enjoying this!

So far I’m happy once out on the course. However I’m having an issue with the tabs not locking into the cart when turning the anti tip wheels. I have to manually push the tabs (especially the right one) in with my thumb which is very difficult.
I have sent a message to Alphard through support with an email over a week ago but have yet to hear back.
Definitely a 5 star rating if I could get this problem corrected.

I was a little skeptical at first, because of how rough our course is, but a friend of mine bought one and I seen that it had no problems on our course, He was enjoying it and how much better he felt at the end of the round. We are senior golfers and we always walk and this makes it so much nicer. If you still enjoy walking, this makes it so much easier and I would recommend it, especially to senior golfers.

First time out and learned a few things.
1-don’t concentrate so much on the cart that you don’t see a hole in the fairway.
2-I now wish I had a free wheeling front wheel on my Clic cart. The cart turns, but not very smoothly.
3-Need to plan ahead as you approach the green in order to position your cart to move to the next tee box. Before adding this motor it was easy to pivot and go, now need to start the turn before stopping my cart to walk onto the green

I received 2 left arm connectors, so I wasn’t able to use the product. Then, the right swim arm was broke, so I had to get a replacement set. Now, the left swim arm is not locking in place. All of this is happening after a single use. I’m extremely disappointed with the product and would not purchase any additional products from this company. Be aware of this product!

I bought the V2 to go on my TourTrek 360 cart. Was easy to assemble even though the instructions were a little vague in spots.
I’ve used it for a few rounds now and it has made walking the course much easier. I just wish I could get two full rounds out of a charge but I knew that wasn’t the case going in.
