Great Cart! Better than I expected. Easy to control not as fast as the V2 but plenty fast. I have used twice but haven't paired the Sidekick to the Cyber Cart yet. Cart comes pre-paired with one of the remotes, but you have to pair the sidekick to the remote and sidekick. Directions are for V2 and not Cyber Cart. Haven't had a chance to trouble shoot. Cell Phone holder broke after first use. Company was really good about sending me a replacement. Cell Phone Holder is a must in my opinion. Charge seems to be plenty for two rounds. I charge each use though. Excellent so far.

Love it; a follow cart is the best way to play golf. I love to walk the course, the cybercart by remote is great, but sidekick takes it to a whole new level.
Out of the box I had trouble getting sidekick to follow. A quick email to alphard solved the user error and it's been flawless since.

I've been using the Cybercart with the Sidekick follow accessory for about 3 weeks now. The Cybercart itself is amazing... stable, easy to control and very capable. If I had one beef with it then it would be the weight of the Cybercart when loading and unloading from my vehicle. A lot of electric cart users are older guys like me who want some relief from the back pain of carrying or even pushing a 3 or 4 wheel cart. The very heavy weight of the cart even without the battery negates that, and I'm finding it tough to load and unload.
The Sidekick is another story. When it works, it's fantastic. Simply strolling down the fairway with the cart following is a terrific experience. The trouble is that it just doesn't work half the time. Either I push the follow button on the remote but the cart doesn't respond, or the Sidekick loses its orientation and just spins in place before finally giving up and sending the error signal. I'd consider returning the Sidekick (not the cart) but as part of the bundle it wasn't that expensive and it's a real treat when it works. I'm very sure though that Alphard could do better.

It took 12 weeks to be delivered rather long, but I am very pleased with the trolley. It is fun to play golf.

I trully enjoyed using my NEW Cybercart.
Its has a wider stance than MGI, easy to manuever, reaction time is so fast, and controllable. GPS works great!
It simple to fold/unfold and store in the trunk.

I have used Batcaddy for 10 years and wanted to upgrade to a cart that follows as you walk. I like the sturdiness and stability of the cart. I used it with the remote and couldn't make the sidekick to work at first. I wish the instructions are more clear and state that the cybercart has to pair with the sidekick before it can follow. The customer service is prompt, but depends on who you get. I almost gave up on the sidekick till I got James, who had all the patience to explain and walk me through connecting the three and make the sidekick work. Now I am satisfied. Honestly for 5 days I was frustrated and almost wrote a bad review for the customer service as I was not getting any responses from my email. I hope other customers won't suffer from this.
Overall: A great product. Will see the longevity and review again in a few months.

I love the new cybercart. Amazing. I would say that my new battery definitely does NOT last 36 holes, more like 27 holes— which is a bummer. The cart is well made, easy and intuitive to use, and makes the 18 hole walk a whole lot easier! I have the sidekick, but haven’t set up yet.

Would give it 5 stars but the left wheel motor died on my second round. Customer service was good and sent a new wheel/motor within a week. Easy install. Cart is now functioning great with long battery life.

Love the Cybercart! As a disabled Vet with spine and hip issues, I was finding it hard to push my cart and enjoy golf. After getting used to the Cybercart (took 2 rounds), I find that my legs and back are no longer tired. Further , the hills on a few holes that used to really gas me out while pushing my cart I now find easy to walk. Thanks!!

I love the cart however the sidekick is difficult to use and control so only use the remote. There is no advantage to the side kick
